Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers

My company always chooses the Bonnington to host meetings due to its facilities and location.
I have to say for me it is Christina who shines among the team. We recently had members of the team come over from a year ago and Christina remembered their names, their preferences and made everyone smile with her energy and politeness.
She remembered I love Diet Coke and would send 2-3 cans upto the meeting room after lunch for me! An absolute star and is the main reason I will be returning!

Great stay, well pleased. Cheeky Camel Bar is a good spot, hat's off to the team, Craig, Joel & Moosa.

Short but sweet stay

My friends and I were so impressed with the exceptional personalized service provided during our short but sweet stay in the hotel. Thanks to the entire Front office team, esp to Mr. Vikas the front office manager and to Ms. Marian from reception, she gave us a truly memorable experience from the moment we check in til our check out. She assured that we are always having a good time, checking on our needs daily, and go out of her way to make us really comfortable. She was always there for us

The rest of the staff, from the front desk (Marian), to concierge (Nimesh & Satiik), to restaurant (Jayson and Indri) and to housekeeping. ALL of them were all very warm, attentive and accommodating.

Thank you for this experience. Can’t wait for our next visit

It’s a nice hotel. The first time we went we got a good room but the second visit we asked for an upgrade but they couldn’t meet our requirement and we got a smaller room. Overall good experience will visit again.

What great night with my family for oyster night. Great food great atmosphere we have enjoyed food & drinks who was serving us Joel was great personality. Time to time shafraz who check our table & make us comfortable. Thank you to the whole team at cheeky camel

نظام الغرف والشبابيك مختلفه مرره كل غرفه تختلف عن الثانيه نظيفه وتنفع للعوايل وقريبه من المارينا والجي بي ار

الفندق لا يوجد لديهم مصداقية! والمدير العام المتواجد بالاستقبال ليس لديه اسلوب بالتعامل مع العملاء الى درجة انني اردت ان اشكيه عند الشرطة بسبب تلاعبه بالكلام،، غرفتي كانت بالطابق الثالث عبارة عن مرقص من كثر الضجيج والاصوات العالية وطلبت تغيير غرفة ،، التكييف في الغرف ليس قوي ولم استطع النوم ،، لا يوجد مطعم، يوجد بار فقط سألت موظفة الاستقبال عن اسم عامل قالتلي بامكانك سؤاله بنفسك! عمال النظافة محترمين و لديهم اسلوب افضل بمليون مرة من الاستقبال والمدير … طلبت تنظيف الغرفة لان سلة المهملات صغيرة للغاية فباقي الاشياء بقت بالخارج، تم رفض الطلب وبعد محاولات وافقوا! ندمت ندم العمر انّي اخترت الفندق للإقامه و لم اتحمل و غادرته بعد يوم واحد فقط… لا انصح به على الاطلاق!

Great stay!
Quite, good and clean rooms.and most importantly, a very friendly staff.

My stay there was fantastic.
The hotel's interior was lovely,  and it also had a fantastic view.
My favorite spot was by the pool.
The hotel staff were quite pleasant and accommodating.
It's not far from the marina mall,  and there are two supermarkets nearby.

I stay in this place and find this very calming amidst maddening clamor of dazzling Dubai. Clean lobbies, pretty secure and at the end, has very warm and Cooperative staff.

Im a resident at Bonnington Tower, and I must say that all the team is doing an amazing job! Especially Abubakov, the security supervisor. We had an issue with our parking and he went out of his way to fix it for us.
Even tough this was outside of the scope of his responsibilities.
Im a happy resident because of the great team in this building.

In previous buildings where I lived the service was disappointing and nothing worked. But in Bonnington this is different!
So Im happy to have found a place where, when you encounter an issue, it's getting solved.

Visited this hotel to consider living here for long term basis such as one year. Due to budgetary reasons, we have not taken this hotel apartment to finalize. But still the interior design and all the amenities looked very nice. And I loved the McGettigan’s below! What is more, this place is near to Wokyo ramen restaurant!

I haven’t yet visited the hotel and I am disappointed already only the booking reception is very horrible, I called to book and one guy told me I will transfer the call, and no one answer, I called another number which is phone number a girl answered I told her I want to book she said hmmm let me check hmmm I am not sure give me time I will call you back and she never did, and she’s tried to contact her on same number she never answered back, there was another third number that I called one guy answered me and told me will transfer me I told him I got transfer many times and no one will answer me or call me back, he said oh really how come? , I told him yes you think am liar? He said ok ok I will do it by my self I told him for my booking and he said no take the delux room, I told him it’s ok I want the superior room and he keeps on reappearing and insisting to take the delux room, then he said wait will transfer you to reception, I told him I have told you no one will answer me earlier then he just said wait and he talked to the same lady who answered me and she told him to tell me the rate is change.

What are they trying to do to let there customer go away or they just want them to book an expensive room?

اللي ماعجبني بالفندق ان شطاف فالحمام ماشي حتى نظام الاجانب ان يطلعلك ماي من الحمام الافرنجي بعد مااااشي. لازم تشل معاك سطل اذا بتحجز بالفندق

The hotel is good, clean and tidy but the front desk stuff have to work on their service. Asked for discounts because I stayed there for over 15 night but can't, asked for at least something and ignored me.could have just said no politely.
Hope they will not ignore customer.

I am not happy with this hotel at all. I have been waiting for a refund of my stay that I cancelled since December and we are now in March and I have not been refunded. I have been following up with calls and emails and all they say is I need to follow up with accounts. It's really not fair I am really tempted to call the Dubai police as this is not acceptable.

Service is very slow.
I am waiting for almost 2 hour for checking in. They are saying once room get clean we will give it to you. We are waiting in reception area, but no one even approach to us. After 2 hour still they are saying cleaning is going on, wait for some time. We are arrived at 12 pm & still 2 pm we are waiting for room. We know checkin time is 2 pm, but response from reception are terrible.

I love this place. My second time in this hotel and still my favorite. Near to marina mall (10-15 min by walk), and near to jbr beach (15-20min by walk). It was a real pleasure every day to walk to go to this two places. Near to the hotel, 2 supermarket, coffees, Irish pub.was feeling like at home.
Totally in love with the swimming pool view (11th floor), water with a perfect temperature, lovely personnel (specially Jewe!) and clean room with confortable bed. For me, the best balance quality / price.

Excellent apartment, clean, spacious, plenty of storage. Kitchen appliances a bit outdated but in good condition. Irish pub downstairs, close to DMCC (37) red line metro station - 5min walk, 10min to Dubai Marina and 20 min to the beach.

Very dirty duvet, and the attitude of one of the managers was very bad when I requested to bring one bag from my car

Amazing hotel and they were so welcoming to us. We came here for our honeymoon and they treated us too. The swimming pool at the top was very cool and the restaurant was excellent. Food there was delicious.
Massive thanks to the staff at the hotel here. Not right in the main areas so not that busy around the hotel, but the hotel itself was very busy

Chose this hotel mostly for the location, it's 5 minutes to the metro station and 15 minutes to the Dubai marina, jumeriah lake towers now has many restaurants around and a convenience store just opposite, as for the rooms they are reasonably big and well furnished, will definitely stay here again in a future visit

Clean and calm place. Friendly staff. But very far from city center. Apartment is good but not well organized. We had a three-bedroom apartment, all with one king/queen bed! This makes it difficult when you have a big family of boys and girls. Some bathrooms have no hoses which is not acceptable for Muslim families.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my sister and a friend, and overall we were delighted with the service we received. The manager Steven was just amazing and very accommodating! Its the perfect location to explore Dubai. The hotel itself was clean and modern. Thank you xxx

Good place to be at the very heart of the new dubai. Good access and plentiful of surroundings thing. This is a great place to be for visitors and tourist alike.

The area where it's located is very quiet and pedestrian friendly, it's also very close to the Dubai trains and tram. The staff are super nice and helpful. This was my second stay in this hotel and both times I had a great time.

I've been very comfortable during my stay in your ***** Hotel, ambiance as i'm expecting makes me satisfied and gives me relaxation. Your staff are accommodating well specially the reception, bellboy and Guards. Facilities overall are very good as well.

Very comfortable rooms, good location. Clean and well looked after. Perfect for when you have business at the JLT district.

Is good location good spa swimming pool parking cars but it's very very bad internet, unclean pillow not clean dishes and spoon dirty lamps that is near bed also they fix some problems in bathroom after I check in.sory it not will be my first choice again it getting OLD.

Second time now in this hotel and tooked better room "clubroom" and it not even as good as the Superioroom?

First morning to breakfest and tree times they moved ourplace cos somebody had given the table they gave us first?
And thats not ok becourse there was person who show you your table.

This is my 7 th time in Dubai and second time in this Hotel.and after this i think last time in Bonnington.

My rewiers are usually positive.still 4 nights to go.

موقع الفندق رائع وهادي ومنظم ومسبح وسبا جميل وموظفين مرحبين ومبتسمين ولكن انترنت ضعيف جدا يادوبك تحميل دردشات واتس أب كمان لايوجد شطاف في الحمام الرئيسي وكانت هناك تسريبات بالحمام تم اصلاحها بعد تسجيل الدخول ولمن فتحت بطن المخدات صدفة كانت صفراء متهالكة او قديمة ولا تبدو عليها النظافة كذلك الأباجورات والملاعق.
