One of the worst restaurant in Karama. Very bad handling of customers food quality is extremely bad.if you want to have good food experience better to select some other restaurant

Went with my wife and kid, family section was upstairs. Ambiance and service was neat and nice. Must try the Malabari Biryani, if you like rice.

Very good place and the food prices are also very good. Its good for casual dinning on the weekends.

They have good food but they don't know to treat with customer.
If we order something if they they made bad if we complaint some thing is not good then they will reply yes if you want to order then order otherwise don't order

I will suggest to the restaurant management please remove this kind of staff they will damage your sale.

I oder here last three yrs. But now I feel this is not same restaurant I used to oder quality is finished. I ordered on today again on 1 July and restaurant send me half of my order n charge me full n wen I called they said now it changed in menu some of my starters were miss they charge u n not giving ur order properly n person who takes orders he talks too much.he even said put comment on Google I don't care.

It was a very good experience for me I visit there with my friend some days ago, we order some food there it was really delecius and yummy, the main thing is quality and quantity both are good, the service team is also nice and humble, its a good for food lovers there price is also considerable, we enjoyed alod here I recommend all of you people to come here with friends and family and enjoy a yummy treat here

Worst restaurant ever in Al karama do t go there they deliver the Burn food and denied to exchange the food Horrible experience today

Good food, excellent service, either delivery or dine always received order on time and proper taste as wanted.

Worst service the person who is receiving the call he is not sending Oder properly not giving reply first he is giving the trust of food after he is refusing that it’s finish after food is came at home we gave address of Al hamra he went to jabeel building worsttt service

Loved the taste Charcoal Chicken of Boom Boom.
Ambience and atmosphere is good.
Outdoor Waiter is really friendly and serves accordingly.

Now a days coming worst restaurant in karama. U can see today I order Puri Baji set for breakfast this is what I got. They change the Puri after calling then the curry is kadala curry for Puri.

We went to this restaurant, place, service, food are really good. Price is affordable as well. Their grill chicken i can recommend it is really tasty.

Very bad experience. We ordered palak paneer. And they gave us Paneer butter masal. The person on call was very rude. Honestly the staff they need to change if they want to grow up their business.

So far HIGHLY RECOMMENDED "mixed fried rice" tasty as a mother's home cooked food! Love it!

They serve great variety of delicious pulao. Must visit, specially during night as this palce is open 24X7.

Rude staff, ignorant and arrogant. Ignoring customers for take away orders. Especially the night staff, Mr. Rasheed. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic behaviour, knowing customers are waiting still constantly ignoring. The night duty counter supervisor doesn’t do anything knowing the behavior of his staff also no action or feedback is given and same attitude is being shown by Rasheed. This is to address the owner Mr. Yousuf to get rid of such staff who are spoiling the image of a good restaurant.

Worst experience with boom boom, I ordered for food they it’s very near just 500meter away, they took one hour, if I call the cashier he is telling okz wait for sometimes there making it, nonsense staff and they don’t have value to their customer.

Not good taste wise, lot of oil even in Grill chicken. Compliant and still response was bad, so rude behaviour.

Firstly if there is option of zero. I want to give 0 rate.we r there regularly coustmer but today I call there for order. The person who is receiving call is very very rude and He is fighting with me it’s been like 2 years we r going there and the person behavior is too much bad I fell very bad.from next time I will never go there.m posting this because the way is talk with me very very bad.

Suggestions to boom boom- guys please maintain good customer service even if we come 3 am.
There was a Karnataka guy he was excellent. Current working staffs disgusting!

Very good restaurant to clean your stomach. I had zhensvan fried rice and after having it with in 5 minutes it was like tsunami.thanks for cleaning my stomach boom boom.

I just love to eat out at boom boom. Though the staffs are friendly. Frequent visits are paid by me for ma regular tea. North Indian, South indian, inter continental menus are available.
