We were looking for a specific foot cream, unfortunately the saleswoman was a bit overwhelmed and giggled with the other saleswomen who were standing around. We found the cream, paid and left. Kindness looks different.

What I saw I don't want anyone to see and experience the guy pharmacist was soo rude and he was unprofessional I felt like he is kicking me out of the store, please check before hiring.

I like this pharmacy. Especially LG Boots pharmacy.

We all know that employees have a target that’s why they try the marketing method to promote prodects but it is too much and too annoying. I stopped going to Boots because of this.
I wish they would learn from Boots branches in London. They only help you when you ask for help and that’s the right way of dealing with clients not following them around and promoting prodects and making you feel like yoy are the ugliest person on earth by saying (try this serim for whitening, try this for dark circles, buy this for acne etc). I would never go back again.

No wonder Alshaya employees r all same what do you expect from in store staffs if thier so called Area Manager once visited n was so rude to the promoter she literally said the promoter getout bcox she was leaning on shelf, This is an Area Manager tht lady was from Uk i asked the other staff there who was tht lady bcox she wasnt in a uniform n it was odd as a customer to see lyk tht behaviour i was curious she said shes Boots Area Manager n by the way these promoters r not even boots staffs so why is tht mannerless lady nagging around? She works for alshaya better deal with ur staffs or maybe she forgot her roots she needs to check up on her! What a view of a company wow if i was at instead of tht promoter i would have dropped a police complain against tht insulting speech n next day tht lady would find herself back to her own country! Uae has a rule on respecting individuals no matter if u r a manager or whoever they can complain against u

Unfortunately very rude staff who talks to you from very far away and doesn’t even bother themselves to come and speak next to you. Will definitely not come back and find a better shop that this one

Don't let the name fool you. They don't carry the boots brand. Just expensive big pharma brands.

Located in a really useful location. Very affordable prices and good service from all the staff, especially one lady from Nepal, my apologies I don't remember her name but she was very helpful. My experience over here was great. I will recommend this store to everyone.

Yesterday i visit dubai mall outlet there was sale i ask your staff girl for early anti aging product and she recomend me no7 lift & luminate triple action night cream i trust her and I purchased, after reach home i asked dermatologist and did some research this cream is for 45+ age i already tell me age 27 but your staff don't know anything About right products? You are playing with customers skin only you want to sell your product you don't care about skin.

A very well stocked pharmacy with variety of options for beauty care as well. The staff over there were so friendly. Highly recommended.

The Filipino Lady who worked here was rude and ignorant even her colleagues encouraged her and she couldn’t even speak with customer service never coming BOOTS work on your employees

Landline number needs to be checked and should provide the contact where someone is available to assist the caller. I tried calling on this no. 04 419 0301 but there is no one picking up phone.

Just been served in Boots Dubai mall. Absolutely disappointed! Sales assistant had no manners *what do you want? * she slams the products on the the count and when I challenge her about the prices and so called offer 2 for 1 she becomes very rude and starts laughing with her colleagues. Never ever again I’ll step foot in. Will rather go to Burjuman. Boots staff are amazing there. How do Boots employ people like these? Stay away.

Sales women will point out all of your insecurities to the point where you feel uncomfortable just so they can sell the products. It was also very unprofessional how they would literally follow me from aisle to aisle when I clearly expressed a few times that I did not need any help!

Had a lot of help from a member of staff named Daisy last night with a product. Already notice a difference. Bery informative and friendly.
