Lot of toys available here, kids enjoyed a lot but the only concern is the price is little high when compared to other toys shop, may the the price is based the place where the store is located, fantastic shop my kids enjoyed and bought some toys the quality of toy is good.thanks for nice collections.

By far, one of the most visited bookstores. The staff is smart and quick.

They always have SALE CORNER or OFFERS AISLE how I call it.
Sadly though, I found out last week that they no longer offer Travel guides reference/books except in Dubai Mall.
I went to buy a gift last week, and they offered me a free gift-wrapping service since my item was tiny.

Nice place. I am disappointed when most of people knows the rest of stores but they don't know where the bookstore is inside the mall

The shop is located on second floor of Mall of Emirates. It's from Sheraton side and close to Vox cinema.
I bought a book for myself. And they had a discount BTW

I remember Borders being a book shop but I would say this is largely a toy shop. Great if you want to buy toys for the kids and get some of the more in current and in demand books but I think the books selection is a little narrow. In terms of cost, I would say it's on the more expensive side. Overall the store is full of toys and books. Staff were approachable and helpful.

It has very big collection of books.it has place to sit and read books. It has very friendly staff. Only the prices should be a little less.

Medium sized Bookshop. Starbucks coffee shop inside so that you can have a mug of coffee while reading in peace and quiet. Books comprise less than half the floor space though. If you want more choice you need to try a bigger branch of Borders in another mall or try Kinokuniya Bookworld in Dubai Mall or Magrudy's in Jumeirah Beach Road!

Borders have absolutely everything for kids from school bags to paper glue! Spent 2 hrs shopping school items and it was absolutely amazing! When visiting the store meet Vishal supper helpful person and helped me to check out quickly!

Excellent store, with a various collection of everything. Where you will find something you enjoy overhear. A great choice of books, games, stationary and toys.

They don't put price tag on stuff and when ask about the price they give wrong price which is less when we buy we realise that the price is much higher. I would call it cheating your customers.

All of the workers at rude and they seem mad one of the workers tried to help me and when I told her I want to see another product she LITERALLY WALK AWAY TO ANOTHER PERSON AND THE OTHER ONE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY then I took a product and when I tried to pay for it IT WASNT IN THE SYSTEM like how would you do that so the guy at the counter was nice but he couldn’t do anything so he asked his boss and he literally said in a bad way and face full of anger that it wasn’t in the system so I can’t give it to you like you don’t have to be mad

Very good service, even at rush hour, pre-Christmas rush. The ladies working there are doing amazingly well. Perhaps a few more staff are needed at rush hour?

I give it 4 out of 5, but the ladies are a 5!

Good variety but don’t count on the staff to be helpful! I asked for 3 books only one of them was official available cause the another staff member knew she saw it in one of the shelf’s. As soon as they search in their computer it shows that they don’t have it. At the end I found the other books by myself after they told me they have it. Besides that I asked if they have any books about history law cases or biographies of famous judges, again a no. Found 4 different books after myself. If you go there make sure u bring enough time to search for things yourself and don’t count on them.

Really poor selection of books. They don’t even have magazines anymore. Really weird for a bookstore.

This store has good collection of books compared to some other Borders stores. I love their collection of wide range of kids books. Sometimes they have good deals on puzzles but don’t expect the best price on many books. If you are not in a rush, I would advise you to compare the store prices on Amazon and you may be surprised. There is starbucks inside but most of the time chairs are not kept clean. Some times staff were friendly n helped us but most often, they dont care to listen or help the customers.

It's my favourite place to visit inside the Mall of Emirates. Whenever I go MOE I don't miss to visit Borders to review the books. The Starbucks within the Borders is a perfect set up for the readers.

If you are looking for a good Book-store in Dubai, Borders is one of the best places which you can find all different types of books and magazines. Particularly the one in Mall of Emirates. Probably has the largest number of choices.

I had been looking for a particular type of weekly planner for a while and had checked online and with most other bookstores in Dubai, to no avail. I decided to ring up the Borders MoE branch, and was met with a very helpful lady on the phone who immediately knew what I was looking for and offered to WhatsApp me photos of the various colour options etc, answered a few extra questions I had and finalised an order for me on the spot over text. It’s being delivered to me at no extra charge (free delivery for orders over 100dhs) in the next couple of days. Being offered such fantastic and efficient customer service during lockdown/quarantine was such a pleasant experience! I first fell in love with Borders at their old location on the other side of MoE back in 2008 when I first moved to Dubai, and am glad to see they’re still providing great service and reliability would recommend their WhatsApp ordering/delivery service in a heartbeat. Thank you guys

My favorite bookstore in the city, you can pick a book, have your coffee in Starbucks and enjoy hours of reading inside the store. They usually have everything I ask for, and if not they are willing to help me find it or order it. Great place for any bookworm!

A lovely destination for the whole family as we, my wife and I, enjoy our time there looking through different books and my little daughter enjoys her time reading and playing around. It helps to have starbucks cafe there too to enjoy a cup of coffee while reading too.

Awful customer service ever! Forcing a shopper to exchange an item for any other promotional items because of a system restrictions. Seriously? ! Used to like the experience and variety of merchandise they have but a proper retail system in place is essential!

Bought my sister a particularly expensive 2020 daily planner from Moleskin at Borders MOE for Christmas. She went back to exchange for a different colour, with no receipt as I had not been informed that she would need it. The reception from the staff was appalling - rude, curt and incredibly unhelpful. After asking who else she could talk with that would help, the attendant replied that he was the one to speak to. He also insisted all customers should know about the receipt - if I had been informed I would have given it to her!
Completely shocked at the standard of customer service. Looking through the reviews, it appears I shouldn’t be surprised.

I will give it three stars for having a good selection of books of various subjects. Although a pit pricey. Helpful staff.

A good book store with variety of items to choose from. Well located near the parking. A little overpriced but the range of products are really good. They have everything from books to stationary to toys. They have a place to sit and read. The only issue are very less pay counters so it will take time to finish your transaction.

Well, prices are very high, tried to wrap the book and spent about 20 min just waiting as they couldn’t decide who suppose to get it done:)

Great if you want to get a few novels to past time away or making that tedious flight go fast. Good selection in the 3for2 section and generally a reasonable amount of choice for the 'serious' reading.

Large variety of books for toddlers and kids are available there.
A mini Starbucks is inside the bookstore.

Expensive but great ambiance.you can sit and read, there's Starbucks, the store looks colourful, books well segregated

Borders Bookstore at the Mall of the Emirates is a large store catering to all your requirements of books and related matters. Stationery, writing material, reading material etc etc. Move around at leisure and pick up what you need. Overall a very rewarding experience.

The second best in Dubai, good promotions, always updated on what's new, very helpful staff, but small Arabic section

One of my best go-to's in Dubai for a good read, some music and my espresso. Really excellent experience Was looking for a book and tried the help desk. They ordered it and called me once it was available. Like the stationary selection and high quality pens and pencils.

It's a good book store with some good deals but they don't have good deals on stationery though.
