I’ve purchased a goods almost 2 month back and returned the refrigerator but till today they haven’t refunded to me and when ever I checked with them, they are saying today or tomorrow and every time they are postpone and telling not from our side and account department is responsible and they are not sharing more information where or how we can follow up and check with their account department

This is for everyone who wants to buy build-In appliances from this store. Make sure to confirm if they do full installation or just delivery as their partner homewide is kind of trying to avoid do full installation. Despite sales people’s promise they avoided this and didn’t want to install my build-in. Make sure you have written email that they will do full installation with cabinet alignments etc so later they try to sneak out and not do it. Remember if they don’t do full installation than your warranty and applicants performance will disappear. Be careful and don’t only trust words

I bought everything from here in a one big purchase (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc).

I was so happy with the experience. Every aspect in the process was satisfying. This includes the prices, selection, professional delivery and installment, awesome customer support (specially the whatsapp channel).

Every person I interacted with left me with a positive impression. I had few hiccups, first installing the dryer on top of the washing machine, and second in having problems draining the dishwasher. The level of support that I got addressing my problems was outstanding.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BOSCH
For such a highly priced brand you would think that it’s because of great quality and perfect customer service, that’s definitely not the case, i bought a dishwasher and after few years is stopped working properly, the main issue is that it’s been over 2 months now and i wasn’t able to get it fixed through Bosch themselves, not because of an issue in the machine itself but their service people, they came is once to check only, charged me 160aed then never heard from them again, and since the stopped answering all the numbers they had, or they gave after that or even given to me by the many big stores i asked, online numbers also do not answer, wether it’s for a showroom or service center.

Bottom line: DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING THIS BRANF

I'm been coming to the store more than 5 days continuously and visiting the shop for my home appliance purchase. Ms. Farah has been the most patient and helpful sales person you could ever ask for. She explained us every bit of technology and helped us choose dishwasher, oven, Hood etc all in go. Best shopping experience for sure. They deserve more than 5 star.

I would thank all who are working in this shop for their patience of keeping my appliances in their store for nearly one year! I bought Bosch oven and exhaust because I thought, that Bosch brand is associated with quality. What a disappointment! Poor quality with bad service. I have to buy a new kitchen staff now, thank you bosch for my new expenses.

My 2 year old dishwasher broke down and is now very expensive to repair. I chose Bosch as i thought the brand made quality and long lasting products.
But i deeply regretted it. Thankfully i only have one Bosch appliance and its the only thing that broke.
My LG, Sharp and Samsung last more than 5 years.
I will never again buy Bosch or its other brand Siemens.

Very bad after sales service, we have bought all appliances from here, after 5 months washing machine started to make a big noise, they came 2 times to check and nothing happened then they took it for fill week without response and they returned back and same issue was there, will never buy bosch again
