Worst Service for us wholsalers, and imp/exp from Dubai. Had a bad experience with staff there today.
Strange Rules, no paper work or legal quotation.
Please revise your internal rules.for this shop!
Also staff not intrested in getting clients.just like "u may go"

They sell built in diswasher. But their installation does not include basic built in door fixation. Hence they leave with like this and say the job is complete. Sorry but this is not job done

I highly recommend this distributor who provides quality products and very good customer service from inquiring process - to purchasing processes - up to warranty periods services. Really bad purchasing experience and service although the value of my purchase was 9k AED. I faced different strange things during this purchase, one of them was that they sent a guy with very dirty hands (Like a mechanic or so) to setup the refrigerator! Very substandard.

Homewide.located just about 200 Metres from the A Ra station at Baniyas, in Al Wasl Building and about 50 Metres from Jesco Supermarket and Shiraz Nights / Hatam Al Tai Restaurant, this establishment turned out to be a mind boggling visit. I was there to buy a coffee grinder and it turned out to be a BOSCH users paradise. Everything a person can contemplate of and relate to the brand was available at this store. Now whenever someone mentions, BOSCH, the correlating word to pop up in my mind shall be HOMEWIDE.
