Boska Al Madina Restaurant

I recently visited Boska Al Madina Restaurant and ordered a mango juice to beat the heat. However, the experience left me disappointed.

Imagine this: you order a mango juice in the scorching heat, and what do they do? Serve it without ice, like it's a cruel joke. But wait, it gets better. Ask for a cold one, and they hand you a glass of diluted misery that barely resembles mango – more like sad, watery disappointment.

Oh, but don't worry – the receptionist has a genius explanation. They're all about serving mango juice at room temperature, apparently for the sake of some absurd authenticity. If you dare to ask for it cold, you're in for a tasteless disaster.

They are not treating customers with well.it's feel like they are giving free food to customers.poor service. They didn't even deserve 1 star for their customer service.

Customers should be greeted! They make us feel odd by not smiling or asking us to wait. To avoid making customers uncomfortable, all personnel should receive basic customer service training.

Order took 30 min to be served, chicken wings were not tasty rather very spicy. Seafood soup was ok, chicken garlic sauce was mushy. Mutton noodles were very good. We used to be happier the previous visits and will unfortunately not come again.

I recently tried the butter chicken at your restaurant, and to be honest, it was a disappointing experience.

The dish had an EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF FOOD COLORING, which not only stained my hands but also raised concerns about the potential health risks associated with consuming it.

REAL BAD QUALITY OF TANDOORI ROTI. RAW DOUGH GIVEN MORE OR LESS RATHER THAN THE ROTI.
QUALITY OF PLASTIC CONTAINER IS ALSO VERY CHEAP. IT WAS BENDING DUE TO HOT GRAVY IN IT. I HIGHLY DOUBT THEY ARE FOLLOWING THE MINIMUM HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO THE PRODUCTS USED.

Amazing Shawarma, their garlic was swapped with something else which was nice actually, a more milder sauce.
The bread fresh and slight crisp and the chicken slices were well cooked and in proportion.

Price wise it was more then affordable and can give the top shawarma restaurants a run for it's money.

If you buy one, you'll end up asking for two more.

Service was fine but food wasn't good at all. Beef masala had too much of chilli powder in it that I barely could eat it. Paratha was chewy. I could not enjoy the meal at all.

Delivery service is very bad they are so rude and unpleasant behaving they pay for the food.

We usually order from them. Delivery service is quick.

Hot n sour soup.
Chicken corn soup.
Chickem Manchurian and fried rice.
Dinner meal (chicken fried) and many other items are just great.

Great Chicken Biryani,
Great Breakfast Menu,
Friendly delivery and Fast Delivery as well.
Very convenient and satisfactory.

Their Chicken Charcoal's nice. Everything else is just standard or lower, nothing special. Also the worst customer service ever. Even if it's delivery, take out or dine in.

This is the place where we can have indian, Chinese, north Indian & Pakistan food variates.

Food items are good. Tea if not fresh milk, we have to send it to lab to certifying. Adjusting extra sugar is a master stroke I have to stay visit my washroom additional 4 times. Palam pori is a pure let down case.

This is the worst restaurant, I have ever visited in Dubai. You will go there only once in lifetime.

Some food items are tasty but some are not at all good. For delivery they will take more than one hour even for 500m distance. Of you are paying by card it might more than that.

One of the best grill in the town. Good Quality and Quantity. Lot of parking available. Seprate family space available. Keep it up.

Worst service and management, I had a bad experience here even they don't deserve 1 star, worst food and service, delivery people or so rude and throwing food, then simply waste.

You can dine in, take out and also call for delivery. I must confess they've got one of the best Biryani in the whole of silicon Oasis

Good food at Reasonable price. Good breakfast. Chef should be little careful while preparing food as many a times we find small pieces of bones in chicken wraps.

Customer service is OK, ordered for vada and ghee dosa. Ghee dosa was really crispy and full of Ghee it was flavoursome. But vada was not that good but ok. Chutney was good.
Last time we had poori from there it wasn't good.

Very ridiculous staff and delivery service.they took my order at 9: 03 and when i called them back at 10: 13 they were like there is no order. These are such a ir responsible guy. This about there delivery and staff now there food.

Of course an above average restaurant with variety of choices from meals to burgers to shakes and juices. Value for money menu. Prompt service as well.

Worst delivery service i got in my 2 year dubai experience.order dosa at 9: 05 and didn't recieved it till 10: 05 the time i am posting this.dont know when i will recieved it.on Thursday i order dosa and got puri's instead of them. What rubbish they are doing i dont know

A cheap and great experience personally, their interior could use some work on it, but their fast service surely makes up for it. On a tight budget this could be a decent lunch spot with a variety of quality dishes.

Guys u can try anything but never ever try mutton keema smashed intestines dipped in gravy, not recommended at all.

Very bad taste of shawarma, today just bought two shawarma from them one for me and one for my colleague here in le solarium building.
Taste was not good and after eating feeling vomiting and foul smell in our breath.
Its seems they serve old chicken or dead chicken.
Now suffering with food poisoning

This restaurant should be banned. Their staffs are arrogant, treats customers as if they are doing some favor to us, cashier/owner sitting at billing has very bad attitude, behaves as if the entire Dubai is running because of his skills. Food is terrible, one of the very few restaurants in DSO you can see unhygienic practices in every corner of the restaurant. Two times I tried food from there, both the times I had food poison, it is almost sure that the oil used is reused for months of cooking.

Green tea 2 AED charged. Dear madina owner, make money on right way not fraud.

Your staff said tea 1.5 Aed for mint leaf additional 50 fils. What is this?

Terrible service, if you place an order over the phone, they treat you like doing a favor; they are not polite at all, even if you say 'good evening' the answer would be "HUMMM. TELL ME" ; you provide the phone number, they never take correctly, ask you again and again and very rude The staff is completely incompetent and doesn't know how to deal with customers. They don't bother to provide any additional information, it gets extremely frustrating to deal with their demeaning behavior - VERY RUDE. Hope this message will reach the owners.

It has so many varieties of food. Average taste but you get all the items for a reasonable price. That's the good thing here. If they improve on the South Indian (SI) breakfast for the breakfast it would be great coz all the SI people prefer dosa and idli for breakfast most of the time.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Had my dinner here. I ordered beef fry and kerala porotta. The food was just below average for that high price and to make it even worse it was not even close to authentic. The beef fry was so salty and it spoil the entire dish! Porotta was so pathetic! Not crispy or pluffy enough! Don’t serve food if you don’t know how to cook it properly!
Also, you should not call yourself a SouthIndian or Kerala restaurant!

Bad service, promised me 45 minutes delivery, which went to 1 hour, then 2 hours. And they don't even care to update.

Offer Mediterranean food that really melted? With Arabic gulf, indian mixed spices. Ofers a lot of delicious plates that satisfy wide range of consumers with effordable prices.

Poor Customer Service! Specially the cashier mostly they will ignore you, and they don't know how to reply through WhatsApp and make some sandwich or shawarma without gloves.

This restaurant I would say is average. Their service is good and the ambience is great. They've got some little secluded place for families that want to be alone without interference from other customers. The prices of their meals are average. You can get fresh juice there and paratha is available. They've got some ATM around them for easy accessing of funds to settle them in case you need one. You can check there sometime, you may love it more than my review painted.

I want to give 0 star if possible. The attitude and words from the staff is far beyond your craving for their food. What use of good food if you dont have the attitude to communicate in good manner. Hope your bussines will do well and for sure me and my friends wont be eating here.
