Do not buy this brand for your wedding ring or couple ring. Especially in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. They don’t have actual product in store and ask you to buy based on assumptions from sizer (which deliver us wrong size even 2 size wrong) and then when actual product came in wrong size. At first they refused for refund. Even re-order or modifications is not possible. Either staff or the higher manager is worse in terms of the product, they recommend you a ring one size higher without knowing how big that would be in actual product! Even we requested for resizing of the ring for twice, they said yes and then wrong size came. Feels like they are not good in English and one of seller even blamed for my English. Poor communication and customer care service. We bought one set of two ring and we spent 3,000 aed for both and left for nothing but regression and anger.so disappointed by customer service. Better to buy jewels at other branch in other country if you think if you know what luxury brand should look ike in terms of customer care. No product at store. Assumption of ring size failed communication… It was a total mess.
