Bounce Dubai stands out as an exceptional destination for fun and excitement, offering an experience that is both exhilarating and memorable. This trampoline park, nestled in the heart of Dubai, is a vibrant hub of energy and joy, making it an ideal spot for birthday celebrations, as evidenced by the two fantastic birthday parties I've attended there with my eldest son.
This place is one of the most amazing places I ever met. When I met this place all of my bad mood’s go away I just have fun there, and the staff’s there are so friendly specially, hobby and Zainab love you guys “Bounce X in Dubai Festival Mall”
Bounce by itself is a great place to visit. However, when we visited the place yesterday, I left my 8yr old son and his friend to enjoy while I awaited them. My son later on told me that an elder kid bullied him while leaving and hit him inappropriately. When I called the venue to complain, it went to their call center and the lady assured me that someone would call me back imediately, which did not happen. I am extremely upset and anrgy with this incident and thr lack of care from Bounce
I recently visited Bounce X Festival City and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. If you are planning to visit with children, I would not recommend it as the activities are not exclusively for kids. I noticed a lot of adults playing alongside children in the same area, which could be overwhelming and distracting for younger visitors.
Additionally, the queue to buy tickets was extremely long and it took a significant amount of time to get to the front. To make matters worse, I only found out after purchasing my ticket that free drinks were included, but this was not communicated to me beforehand. This lack of transparency was disappointing and left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall, I do not plan to visit Bounce X Festival City again. While the activities themselves were enjoyable, the long wait times and lack of communication about included amenities made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I would recommend looking for other venues that may be more suitable for families with young children.
Very good place for the kids specially for birthdays parties. Our daughter had good time with her friends. The coach Gorilla (Kishan) is amazing. Dexter made sure as well everything was perfect. I recommend 5
I went this Saturday with my kids and the staff was super unprofessional there was nobody to look after the kids and supervision plus there was a guy named Abdur Rahman who's behavior was so unethical and unreasonable with the customers I wish if I could rate this place less than a star bounce overall is a good place for kids but here in dubai festival city unfortunately we went through something that ruined our all day.
My son had the best birthday here, kids super enjoyed it. Our host Fayelle was very attentive and saw to all our needs and made sure everyone at the party was having a great time.
Took a group 8 kids during the recent Eid holidays. The experience was great, including booking efficiency, safety, friendly staff and lots of fun of course!
Over 15 yrs in UAE, extremely bad and unprofessional staff, especially the Kenyan girl at the reception at 12.20 on 8th December, (not the one in the cafeteria). She has very bad customer skills and very bad attitude. Needs a lot of intense training. Behaves like she is doing you favours, can not answer simple questions and ignorant. Very disappointed. Will never return. (Festival City)
Our experience with Bounce was really good. We highly appreciate ever smiling *GLORIA's* hospitality and warmth. She extended best possible support whenever we needed guidance. Kids loved the way she attended and motivated them. They found her jovial and kind ️ We definitely look forward to more fulfilled visits to Bounce. Thank you
Amazing place, happy place for my child, staff are unique happy and so professional. They play with kids and work on their physical and mental wellness. Their camps are amazing. Thank you team, all coaches, Dexter, Kelly, Aya, Roberts, gorilla, coach X, Ali, Alex, and all. From Dana.
Best place for kids and teenagers physical activities. The facility is massive multistorey with loads of physical entertainment. The staff are highly committed and readily available to assist. Their best staff is Kishan who I am sure is an asset to thier business. My daughter is a special child and we had the privilege of Kishan's guidance and support. I have never seen anyone who is deeply involved in customer's happiness like Kishan. He has given special attention to her and made her cross all obstacles. Million thanks and prayers to Kishan. I highly recommend him for personal classes. We will definitely come back.
Safety policies given on the website do not match with what is actually going on. The centre refuses to accept any liability in cases of injury and when we went all the kids were bouncing around wearing their shoes. We thought that special socks or training shoes would be given.
Reception staff are not very friendly and treat guests in an unwelcoming way. They made me feel like I should be grateful they are allowing my kids in! Especially “MaryAnn” who refused to give me the socks before I pay AED5 although many people get them for free for the first time but it all depends on how much the reception staff like you!
Very expensive if you have 3-4 kids. I would recommend choose the full day pass AED190 if your kids are spending more than 2hrs in the place.
6+ years have the most fun.
Junior Jumper area is very small and kids get bored quickly. 1hr is more than enough for that area.
My daughter tried, she didn't want to leave:) It was amazing, she was jumping, playing the obstacles and even playing soccer: D The staff was amazing, thanks a lot to the employee who was in the jonior jumpers area, who made my daughter busy and well entertained. There is a cafe, that has yummy drinks and food which makes parents waiting enjoyed too. I highly recommend Bounce-X and maybe will enroll my daughter in their accademy so soon.
This is one of my kids favourite hangout. They get to have fun while burning a few calories. The staff are friendly and you can even drop off your kids for some fun time whilst you pamper yourself with retail therapy. Great spot to celebrate birthdays too.
It was one of the must try i would say for the ones like adventure. It was our first time, we went as a group of 10 adults and 6 kids, it really fun didn't have enough time to cover the all the activities. All of enjoyed all the activities and kids about 110 cm tried the activities and come of the hesitation. There are couple of downside, 1. As its open area they didn't explain the list of activities so we spent most of the time in trampoline 2. Kids area below 110 cm is too small/simple for the price.
We gave the feedback about the first issue and the manager is Ace is kind enough to extend our time a bit to cover the area. Over all the stafs are friendly and must visit place.
Total lack of flixibility with the expired cards. The kid was ill and could not use all the purchased hours in one month. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY MULTIPLE ENTRY CARDS IN BOUNCE, the saviigs are not worth it anyway.
Worst first experience ever! Driving all the way from jumairah just because their alquoz branch closes earlier as the call center confirmed I can redeem entertainer in festival city eventhou its mentioned that its for alquoz! Once reached there no one even tried to understand, they took my number to listen to the call center and call me back, but never happened!
A favorite place for my kids to enjoy.this area is huge.many different sections with different terrain, your kid won't get bored.the staff is super, highly trained professionals.loving and caring.this place is not only for children's but adults too.if you want your inner child to come alive visit this place.the cafe serves fresh n delicious food n beverage.hygieneis maintained. #bouncexrocks #dubarocks.
If I can put zero I would, worst manager ever, Edmur and Tarek had the worst behaviour ever. I cannot believe Edmur is even a manager there! I purchased the 10 hour package, misplaced my card and then they tell me they have NO record of my purchase. Even after showing them proof of my Bank transaction to bounce. Never coming here again.
Had bad experience with the services, was thr as we hosted birthday party, it was over crowded, host was slow, half of them were unable to help, party hall not available when it was meant to be provided & half of the party gifts provided even tough we have paid for specific gift.
Was clean, an amazing place for kids especially. I love the fact that sanitizers are all over the place and covid regulations are adhered to and are taken seriously.
The attendants speak well and are there to help whenever there is need. A very good thank you to the team. These guys are the best, I wished I took their names, but the management should definitely reward their great service.
Very big freestyle terrain park. It is a bit expensive though, and they charge parents if parents follow the children in the area, which is unfair and makes it more expensive.
Parents without masks Staff in junior area are not professional asking kids about personal life at home Staff didn’t say anything to parents in junior area without masks
Our children really enjoyed the kiddie bouncing area. After each session the area is sanitized and cleaned for the kids waiting for the next sessions. During this time it was a relief to see the play area being diligently cleaned for letting the next batch enter. The play-area guide made sure the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time by introducing jumping games and obstacle courses which all added fun for the children.
Great place with such nice, friendly and accommodating staff! We have a 6 year old and a 1 year old toddler that enjoy both of their specified areas for playing. Our kids really had a blast and had fun with all the activities. Great to note that there is also a cafe area for the parent to stay and have some coffee and some snacks.
It’s a nice place for kids, there is a separate section for the small kids too. Had a birthday party here and was fun. Something to keep the kids on the toes.
Nice place. Easy to access as it is part of the festival city mall. Drive to the P3 parking towards the south and you can conveniently find a place with easy access to Bounce. You can save some calories to be burned inside bounce rather than walking a long way.
The staff is very attentive and helpful. Kids really enjoyed their time in there.
Today was second time I took my two kids to this place. Last week they had fun and I decided to go there again. However, today was a different story. First, the at the entrance, the staff didn't want to give the discount for the siblings, eventhough after I mentioned that last week we had the discount and that information was passed to us by two other staffs. So, I paid it in full ao my kids could enter the summer camping. Later when I returned the same staff finally decided to talk to the supervisor and I was right. They canceled the first payment and made a new one including the discount.
So much stress just because the staff are not well organized and the information is missing somewhere.
Second issue today was when I asked my kids what they have done, I was surprised when they said that they played freely the whole time. So, we are payment for some activities, as they call summer camping and the kids ended up doing free playing.
Very disappointed with the experience we had today and I hope they make we get what we paid for.
Really fun for all ages. I felt like a kid again after such a long time. Definitely recommend this place. However, beware of your stamina and avoid getting injured.
JUMP! an expansive area consisting of trampolines and more trampolines. A couple of supplemental activities thrown into the mix and therefore makes children and adults alike become teenagers once more. Lots of laughter and fun and frolic to be had - for 1 hour. The timings are difficult to manage as they begin from hour to hour which basically denies time if you are late in entering. Enter and 9: 30 and you still have to go out at 10: 00. But it’s a vast area so managing people by time is understandably difficult.
Justification for lesser stars: Most of them are trampolines, which of course goes with the theme. But a more mix of other adventure stuff would have rounded off the experience. Staff seem to be mostly intern type teenagers. I hope safety is not a concern here in case if any incident.
Very wide playing area, great for jumping.but todlers for my experience is not so good on jumping they get feel bored on it but still amazing place with is you can enjoy to play.
WOW! Just WOW! It was a super fun activity for us! Place is great for parkour stuff and if you have tons of energy to spend! It's our first time on a trampoline place and everyone from reception, upto the lovely lady at the locker area, upto the staff attending to the jumpers were super friendly and approachable! Ace, Marvel, and Aisha helped us getting our first few tricks right! It makes me want to sign up for their freestyle academy! Please try going here, especially at their Festival City branch at least once in your life if you are in Dubai!
MUST READ FOR PARENTS: FACILITY AND STAFF'S FIRST-RESPONSE PROCEDURE/PROTOCOLS AND TRAINING WILL NEED A PROPER REVISION BEFORE A MAJOR ACCIDENT HAPPENS
I am writing an incident report that needs your management's attention to prevent recurrence of such untoward incident.
We were at Bounce (16 July 2021) at Dubai Festival City to attend a party, there was a place with like a firefighter's pole (approximately 2 meters in height) that kids can go down to, my son hesitated a couple of times because he was not familiar with it, eventually the staff was able to convince him to try it. He grabbed the pole reluctantly unfortunately he gut stuck and did not slide as he gripped on the pole too tight.when he was coached to release his grip on the pole by the coach, he released his grip too much which resulted in his fast descent eventually twisting his ankle as his feet landed at the bottom of the pole.
The staff who encouraged him to try it clearly does not know how to handle such situations, first if you are to encourage a kid to do something new, you should support them all the way, maybe another staff can assist kids from the bottom or have some type of harness strapped as safety precaution on kids who will do it for the first time, a fall from that height could have resulted in a far worse injury.
Next the staff does not really know or is not confident enough in providing first-aid to an injured child, they were more busy defending themselves in such situations which is unacceptable. I had to climb up and go down to my son and assess him personally.
There is no first-aid kit readily accessible for the staff to use for the patient, they had to get it from somewhere.
The supervisor came and tried to address the situation, but instead of listening, he kept on talking at first until I eventually asked him to listen and understand what we are going through. He manipulated my son's foot which could have aggravated the injury. In such cases they should protect and stabilize the injured part, place in a comfortable position, put ice and bandage to the affected part, it was also difficult to extract my son and bring him to a safer place and there is no clear protocol for such situations.
It was fortunate that most of us are healthcare professionals and was able to handle the situation appropriately.
SUGGESTIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF - Train the staff proper first-response in such cases. If they are trained like what the staff claims, then clearly the training was not effective. Do it regularly, like conducting drills, so that if ever the situation calls for it they will be confident enough to execute it and prevent legal issues.
- Provide readily accessible first-aid kits through out the facility, like every 25 meters, in this case the staff can readily offer it to the patients when its needed.
- Train the staff on proper handling of such situations, the act of listening says a thousand words, there are a lot of workshops on handling situations
- Hire a professional safety officer, who can assess the whole place, the activities being done or performed by kids in the facility, conduct a risk-assessment and find ways to mitigate the risk and prevent serious accidents from happening.
As a customer and most especially as a parent, I hope that your management can look into this matter and address it efficiently, please remember that it will only take one bad/serious accident to cause a lot of problems for everyone.
It was very amazing, I love working out, it was a fun way for me to work out and have fun with my friends at the same time with my friends, big up to Coach Mo, he was good
Lovely staff and professional. Great atmosphere for the kids. Such a huge place to enjoy ur time with ur kids while having coffee the kids can play and have fun!
Great facilities. Staff require some brushing up on customer service.
If you going with younger kids, you will need to buy an additional full price pass else they don't allow you to accompany the kids on the trampolines.unlike the other parks in DXB.
So after the mess and wasting my time in the qouze branch We went it the other branch and it was worst It’s a great place but needs good managers Those ones were failures It’s a total waste of money
Great day jumping around for the kids, staff are very professional and the place is designed with safety in mind, you can easily pass 2 hours here, while parents can relax at the coffee shop, definitely worth trying
Great space configuration and introduction of parkour course made our visit more exciting and challenging. The team/coaches were very professional in maintaining the traffic despite these health & safety restrictions from current pandemic. Personally, Bounce-X (DIFC) is simply much more better and advanced to Bounce (Al Qouz)
