I had an absolutely terrible experience with Boxit. After paying a significant amount of money for storage of my office belongings for almost two years, I found most of my items were damaged upon retrieval and do not get me started on the customer experience. I was shocked when I saw my items, it was clear that they were not taking care of during the storage period nor were they stored properly. When I raised concerns about the conditions of the items, no one from Boxit was helpful in anyway. The lack of accountability taken by management was appalling! Whenever we asked for upper management details to resolve this matter, the team refused to share any contact details. To my knowledge, upper management is based out of Kuwait and has no clue how his team is treating their customers. I implore anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a good and safe storage company. In short, my experience was super disappointing and a nightmare. As part of the agreement, it was in boxit's scope to reinstall all my items in the new location and this was already prepaid, they left the items laying around for almost two months until we finally gave up and hired a company to do the job. They offered a 1,000 AED reduction in the final payment to compensate for what we estimated to be over 40k worth of damages. Our concerns were also shared with the boxit team and they just ignored us.

Horrible experience, horrible company, lack of professionalism. Had a terrible experience dealing with them. Stored my items for a long period of time and was paying them the equivalent of renting a warehouse just to insure that when I take my items back they are still in perfect condition. It was obvious that they store the items in a poor condition and pack them like that as well, resulting in damage to almost every item stored with them. Not to mention the missing items that are yet to be returned. After communicating back and forth for almost 2 months, their team stopped responding after offering a ridiculous compensation that does not even match up to 2% of the damage they caused to the items without even considering the rent time lost as their team did not finish the installation of the items.

Good reliable service. Boxit combined pickups from multiple locations and returned them to a new location with ease. Would use them again.

Used Boxit again. Quick and reliable pickup from Ilyas, Brian, Shams and Robinson. Appreciate the excellent service.

Pick-up person Elias was great, wrapped up all my belongings and took extra care of my fragile luggage pieces and boxed them and wrapped them well. Amazing experience, would absolutely use their services again.

I have been using Boxit for the last 4 years. The Boxit team have superseded all expectations in terms of storage and delivery. The staff are friendly and very accommodating and the prices are very economical and reasonable and quality of service is fantastic. Bravo to Boxit and the Boxit team and would recommend them to anyone anytime!

Changing my review to 1 start, they were very professional pickup all the furnitures but at the time of delivery I got, damage furniture, missing parts, missing stuff, i called and complained they sent someone to fix the furniture but still some parts were missing. I would recommend if you are going to use the service take pictures, document your stuff and be very careful.

If you want to hire responsibly, go with Boxit Storage. The management team cares deeply about their employees and their employees will reflect that back onto you and their work. The team is careful and meticulous. They will go out of their way to make sure your are satisfied. Their team leader Elias is a benevolent and highly professional person and he creates a lot of harmony in the team and as a customer, I felt it too. All of your stuff will be handled with care, they will make special boxes for your special outsized items and everything is carefully indexed with photos and numbers. I couldn't have done a better job myself. I wish I caught everyone's name because they all deserve to be thanked personally.

I was actually pleasantly shocked by how great of a service this company and its team provides! Moving in a week with plenty of things still in limbo in between boxes, half packed bags and so on, Brian and the team (Javed and Shezan) jumped into the task like it was their own house! They kept calling in for more support and we had 5 guys packing and storing our things. The great part is they were expecting an ordinary pick-up yet that did not stop them from adapting to the situation and performing their job perfectly. I recommend this service probably more than any service I have received in Dubai. I think this is an excellent services even for moving houses not just for storage purposes. A big thanks for the sales team, Annie was absolutely fantastic.

We needed somewhere to store all our belongings from our apartment for 3 months. After much research, we decided to go with Boxit as their customer service was great and they had a lot of patience with all my questions. Suba and Ani were excellent! I can only recommend Boxit with all superlatives. Quick and efficient online quote by Salma, Perfectly organized timeline by Mahmoud and the team which came and packed my items under supervision of Julius was on top level. Super efficient, very fast, careful of all items very kind and friendly. They left an impression my items will be all safe. Brilliant!

Wanted to store my boxes (with not immediate use stuffs) while shifting to a new place. Contacted many space providers and everyone had a huge minimum space I had to rent. Unprofessional and dont respond. I drove 2 hours to drop off equipment to store and they wouldnt give me the address. I am disgusted by this service

Mr Ismail and his crew of 6 did a great job packing our entire villa. Even when I packed our own furniture, they reinforced all of them up to their standard, in order to survive the long storage time. Mr Ismail took extra care handling all our glassware and offering advice about the best way to pack for long term. Recommended.

Really simple to follow. I got the WhatsApp number from the website and messaged Salma she was helpful and informative. I got my boxes packaged up on a date and time of my choosing. Pradeep was really helpful and he sorted it all out for me. He wrapped up my suitcase added the bar tags and posted pictures so I can check them on the app. Made my life easier. Thanks.

I’d like to thank Boxit for their professionalism. Everything from the booking to the collection was perfect! I got an Ad through Instagram which I registered and they got back to me within 24 hours which was extremely helpful, with all the details costs etc. I was lucky to even avail their offer which was for me a blessing.
