The worst company I have ever worked with. Firstly he never shared his location as they are not located in the same address that mentioned here. I have ordered the trophy it was damaged, scratched and the printing was wrong. He refused to fix it and ignored my calls.

This is our 2nd transaction with them and so far they were able to deliver goods as expected. They are easy to deal with in terms of sending quote and tracking order. Will order from them again

Terrible customer service. Forgot to check reviews before connecting with them. Plus very arrogant staff. If you cannot give a quote on time and follow a deadline, just accept it rather than talking soo arrogantly.

The representative said that they already sent it to me, then was asking for my email address. Ridiculous customer service and a very unprofessional company.

Do not say I am not a customer and all. I can even share proof of chat. Don't waste anyone's time. If you cannot deliver a quote, then don't know if you can deliver any order.

Advice - please get a better customer service team.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t even think about taking a step to deal with them. Read the rest of the reviews & save urself a headache.

Horrible experience.i had order some pins and markers for our golf tournament.they delivered it 15 days after the event even when they took full payment.they eagerly said go to the courts to complain.once payment is done no one answers the call or responds to emails

I've enquired - sent emails and whatsapps and made phone calls - because Branders has a specific product that my company would absolutely love to have, but there's just no response. I would love to change my review so please Branders, if you just respond to me I will change this! I just really need to get some work done, and y'all need to employ some people on the phones that will actually respond to potential customers.

Unprofessional with the worst customer service! I paid 8000 dhs for an order and no one bothered to call me for 2 weeks to let me know the designer was “sick” and the order wouldn’t be completed in time for the event!

Been trying to get in touch through calls and have sent enquiries but no reply. Not reliable.
