Just amazing customer service.

I am based out of Abu Dhabi and had an issue with my espresso machine. Upon calling them their guy Khaled actually assisted me by helping me troubleshoot my machine through sharing videos step by step what needs to be done. Saving me time and effort in getting the machine all the way to dxb.

This single star is just because I have to put one to post this review. The fact that Breville Sage UAE denies service to Breville/Sage appliances that are not purchased from them deserves no stars… Many Breville and other appliances are brought into the UAE from the U. S.and It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to ensure that they are used with the right transformer to adapt them to the local power requirements in the UAE. Breville/Sage UAE refuse to help owners of these appliances in servicing and repairing their Breville/Sage appliances if not purchased locally from them based on the reason that they are not safe to use in the UAE. That’s not true and all appliances can be adapted to the local electrical standards using transformers and it is not up to Breville UAE to discipline Breville owners by denying them service/repair. It is their responsibility however to support owners and the Breville/Sage brand by repairing any of their appliances to elevate their reputation and make them more desirable to buy no matter what. Sad to say, that is poor marketing and extremely poor service from Breville UAE. No one is requesting free service or local warranty and we are perfectly willing to pay for repairs to avoid making 10,000+aed-worth appliance useless and redundant. I have an Oracle Touch top of the line espresso machine and it isn’t purchased from UAE stock but is suitable for use in the UAE (220v) and I am now unable to get it repaired. I definitely won’t be buying more from this brand here, and won’t be recommending it as well. I am very sure that many support me on this opinion. I’ve read many reviews that report this same complaint. It’s time for Breville/Sage UAE to shape up and deal with this one way or another.

Just to give an impress how inconsiderate this Breville management in Dubai is;
When a Breville customer, worldwide, request for expertise or service at this branch, then Breville should take care of such maintenance issue and manage it. Not to ask first from where the machine is. A brand is a brand, and this should be known by the Breville customer service.
Unfortunately, this branch is not servicing Breville products, purchased from different locations.

It's very sad to say, but the Manager at this place is terrible, we walked in to the shop he didn't say hello just shout for the sales assistant then watched youtube so loud we struggled to hear the wonderful sales assistant, then while she was busy demonstrating the coffee machine he came and spoke over her saying something bad about another customer, get a manager with manners. The sales assistant gets 5 stars she is wonderful.

Bad service - we called the number and asked them for service and they asked us if we buy it from another place and we said yes they said its fine you can bring it for service. We came all the way from Abu Dhabi and they didn’t take the machine

Just another meh company that survives-by-default as their is no alternative choice. Selling a product that is in demand does not take much. But providing after-sales service is a whole different story. And unfortunately in a young country with a small population you will usually find little competition for luxury goods like "real" mini barista machines. So they can afford to be lazy - you have no choice right? It is sometimes easier to just buy a whole new machine if you got enough years out of the old one, and avoid the frustration of dealing with a "service-centre" that only pays lip-service to its meaning. So yes an average rating for an average store. Oh and you will see "wow" reviews but that is usually because people here are so used to average bland service that if a store is just "friendly" for example, they will be blown away and give it 5 stars, despite an average experience overall.

Sales staff are knowledgeable about the products and helpful. The service overall was excellent and I ended up buying a coffee machine.

Extremely happy with Breville Barista Pro and Breville Precision Brewer. Using since 3 years and no complains at all. Enjoying daily the consistently high quality coffee. Cannot imagine living without this coffee machine.

Best showroom to visit if you are about to buy a coffee machine and grinder.

Very helpful staff. I came in the last minutes before closing and they were willing to help. Ms Rowaina is fabulous She fixed my machine issue and she was very helpful. They are the best

الموظفة مرحبة وساعدتني كثيرًا. ولكن هناك موظف يبدو أنه مدير كان يتكلم بصوت عالي ويعاتب الموظف الآخر في حين وجودي، وأيضاً يتكلم على الهاتف بصورة مزعجة لي كزائرة للمحل تريد سماع الموظفة.

واسعارهم معقولة جدا وعندهم تصليح ويعطونك بديل في حالة تأخر تصليح مكينتك الاحترافية ، انصحكم بالشراء من عندهم

Products are good. However, service center in Dubai is ruining the experience. Had a very bad experience where the technician is not having the skills, confidence or will to work on my faulty machine. Really frustrated!

1 star because of crazy amount of smoke smell, the shop was ok doesn't look any special, the sales lady was nice.

But when it comes to pricing they couldn't convince me to buy since I found the same machine that I wanted on a different location or website for less. The difference was around 400 dirhams which will make me feel stupid if I did buy it for more.

I asked them to convince me boy to boy from them they can't give me any better reason then the warranty which are also get from the other place.

I really but I know it by the cigarette smell specially that I got my 8 months baby with me.

You guys should consider not smoking in the office.
