I don’t recommend this place at all, the lady was not helpful and very rude made me feel like the budget I gave was nothing for a very simple dress and was giving an attitude as If the place looks acceptable for such prices she was giving and the dresses weren’t nice at alllll do not recommend at allll. If you would like to buy / rent go to esposa prive much more options nice dresses good prices and the staff were so helpful and nice.

No words can express my thankful and happiness for dealing with Mais and her team.they were like sisters and have many wedding dresses options

Very rude, lady was extremely rude because I had a lower budget than she expected, I’m sorry I don’t have 35000 to spend on a dress for a small wedding. Don’t recommend if you’re on a budget and want to deal with nice people.

They have a really great variety of choices, found my dress really quick with them, Rasha the consultant is really helpful! And gave me great advices, the alterations are quick and perfect! The designer choices are great from all over the world and match every taste.

I’ve received the most amazing service with Rasha and the rest of the employees. They tailor the dress to exactly what you’re looking for and Rasha has been great help in bringing my dream dress to life! The kindest and purest souls with the best customer service and a beautiful selection of dresses that can be altered to your favour.

I have tried on a lot of dresses not only across Dubai but also overseas.

In the beginning, I was also torn between different designs which I have a feeling was also the reason why I ended up trying and fitting almost 50+ gowns.

And then one Saturday, where I thought that it will just be another day of fitting I came across the Bride Avenue.

Among all the places I’ve visited, they have a different way and approach on making sure your time is spent wisely there and they will base and recommend pieces after your consultation.

They have a proper place if you have your girls with you and get the full Bridal fitting experience.

And as I tried on the my dress, tears just fell down on my cheeks as I cannot believe the emotion I was having. Yes, this is it. This is the dress!

I was so happy that I even paid them the full amount on the spot. You would think that no, you shouldn’t because then they won’t treat you well, well no love their service is still 10 out of 10.

From the consultation, to the fitting, to the second fitting and final, the team is superb!

The customer service is very bad after she asked me about my budget, she said you can find this prices is your country!
As am coming from Saudi Arabia I don’t recommend the place for someone who is looking for something lower than 16,000 DRH (she said the all prices is 16+ DRH)
When I stand up to leave the place since my budget is not fit for them, she asked me to stay after all what she said!

If there was 0 stars i wouldve put that instead honestly, one of the staff members was so rude and loud.that staff member is so unprofessional, her attitude was the worse and she was so pushy and didnt allow my sister to see all the dresses.she really made my sister so uncomfortable so we left.we’ve been to alot of wedding stores and none of them treated us the way this staff member have been.i wouldn’t recommend it at all to be honest, there are many other shops with better dresses, prices and amazing staff <3
