We have relocated to singapore from dubai and have been dealing with Jolly and her team. Jolly and her team are very professional and friendly and have always kept in contact with us regarding our container. Jolly had always notified us from beinging to end the whole process and kept reassuring us about the whole transit of container. All our goods reached it destination in tact. So we where very happy with the service received

We did trucking shipment in the ME and it was very pleasant, simple and quick. TeRecommend as was super easy to organize dates preferred and the price was very competitive including crating large delicate mirrors and paintings. The terrific team of Derashine, Vinay and Santhosh answered lots of questions ahead of time and always reachable even on weekends. Teams that packed and unpacked were well trained, careful and hard working. They checked the process all the way until unloaded at receiving location and confirmation all in order. Quite a welcome surprise after always hearing how disastrous a move can be!

Bridgeway was excellent in arranging our move. Jolly and her team including Derashine were brilliant and quick to respond. Very knowledgeable about the procedure door to door. The packing was also excellent. Well done and I would certainly recommend them.

The Bridgeway Relocations, Dubai, is a professionally managed company, all staff are friendly, courteous with good technical skills. My recent overseas shipment was handled by them with no issues as such. In addition, they establish a good communication with the customer until the shipment reaches the destination.

Bridgeway did an excellent service of packing our furniture and also storing for over a year (all furniture in good condition). Delivery was also handled very well and team helped set up in new home. Office team (especially Jolly) have always provided prompt and professional support.

DO not do business with this company! They are not honest! They quote a price for you and when it's time for our goods to be delivered, we had to pay more money to have it released from the port! Damaged items incurred during the move and I'm still waiting for them to reimburse me which they refused. They failed to shipped our things on time and we received after 8 months. Go with a reputable moving company and pay a little extra. They are horrible! So much of regret for trying to save money and ended up paying the same if we had gone with a bigger and more affluent moving company.

The team did a fantastic job … esp the handyman Srijit & Aziz made sure that they had totally unpacked all the boxes and cleaned up all trash before leaving. Derashine coordinated the team real well giving me an assurance as I was handling the move all alone … kudos team and shall surely recommend them … reliable and efficient

This is our 3rd shipment from Dubai to India and Bridgeway has a very professional way of handling the work. They have a good team at operations and follow up was excellent. Ms. Derashine was in continuous touch with us to update as well as to listen to our requirements. Very very bad packing. Half my fragile stuff was broken because it was not packed properly. Same happened with a friend who moved at the same time. Do not use this company. Or get insurance at a hefty cost. There isn't a single box which has unbroken stuff. Not even bubble wrap was used to pack fragile stuff.

I chose Bridgeway to store my personal effects when I left Dubai in 2008, based upon recommendation from a colleague. The whole process of the original contract, collection & storage of our goods was handled professionally & efficiently with minimum effort required on our part.

We have kept our goods in storage with Bridgeway since then and have always been provided with a friendly & co-operative service over the years. In particular I would like to mention Jennifer Siacor who has been incredibly efficient, friendly & helpful through the whole process.

Following on from my previous review, we have now decided to ship our goods from Dubai back to the UK. We used Bridgeway for 13 years in Dubai. I reiterate my comments above - they have always been very professional & efficient. The recent shipment of our goods to the UK was handled professionally & to the highest standard, including regular updates on the progress of the ship carrying our goods!

Moved house from Mira to Town Square, when I moved to Mira I had a bad experience (not with the removal firm at the time) - but this gave me some anxiety with moving in general. Brideway Relocations were amazing, very attentive, hardworking, they listened to all my requests and carried them out. I expected one or two snags / issues but honestly nothing bad came from the day - I would recommend this company to anyone - really impressed.

Bridgeway relocations was engaged early in the process of moving country in order to assess pricing across the landscape of the many shipping companies in Dubai. Bridgeway (Business Development Manager Rahul and Pricing Executive Nikhil) was always competitive and I found them very timely in providing their quotes and explanations of what comprised each element of the quote. On packing day the crew led by Shabab showed up on time and worked very well with minimum instruction throughout the two days. I found the crew professional and hard working and in the end very creative in getting most of my possessions into our allotted container. I am now awaiting shipment of goods, but up to this point I am very happy with my selection of Bridgeway to do my international move.

I was very impressed by the professional way of handling of my inquiries related to international shipping arrangements by the Business Development Manager, Ms. Donna de Dios who was really very well knowledgable and smart, I addition to her availability all the time to support and ease the complicated shipping process where I believe that a company like Bridgeway Relocations is worth dealing for having such a professional lady in the service team.

Bridgeway relocations helped me for relocation of all my household stuffs with very polite and professional approach. I have heard from others about good services of bridgeway and thats why opted for their service. Mr Rahul helped me a lot for making the process smoother.

Highly recommend using Bridgeway. Utilised there service to move my belongings in 2018 between Dubai, UAE & Bangalore, India. Considering I had less than a full container load, I did have to wait a bit but my stuff reached seamlessly and was door delivered without any damage!

I've used Bridgeway Relocations when I was relocated from Abu Dhabi to South Africa.
Overall good but unfortunately they didn't pack all my stuff, however apartment was empty when I've checked. They also didn't like me staying while they are packing. A significant number of glassware and other items want delivered however all boxes came sealed. Some of dish ware lids was also not in the cargo.
I'm very disappointed and can only think the packers helped themselves with my stuff.

I strongly recommended this company for all kind of relocations.the company is shining with there quality for sure.

This is the worst relocation company I have ever worked with. We moved out of Dubai in September 2019 and a guy called Punit told me that the goods would be in Finland within 45 days. Today is 16th December and the goods have not yet left Dubai even after sending them very many emails. Please don't use this company and I'm going to make sure the word goes out to as many people as possible plus, we are going to sue them if we don't have the good by end of January 2020.
The worst experience given that all our relocation.

I recently relocated to Dubai from KSA. I approached Bridgeway for shifting goods including all the items (Electronic/Furniture Glass items). All arrived on time within a week without any damages or losses. The packers in KSA are very professional (who worked for Bridgeway (Four Winds) had packed all my goods very carefully. I would thoroughly recommend Bridgeway to anyone. The hard-working team of Bridgeway relocations deserve all admiration for their professional packing/Unpacking and communication they truly deserve very good 5* rating

I recently relocated to Ireland from Dubai. I chose Bridgeway and must give them a 5 star rating. My goods (half a container including large glass items and 3 marble tables) ALL arrived intact with NO breakages. The packers in Dubai had packed my goods very efficently and carefully. The unpackers at this end in the UK commented on the superior quality of corrugated cardboard used and the superior way the goods were packed. I would thoroughly recommend Bridgeway to anyone.

The hard working team of Bridgeway relocations deserve all respect for their professional packing and communication they truly deserve 5 out of five. All the items arrived safe and well. Also choosing very good agent at destination in Poland. Thanks again and all the best.

Not reliable! Be careful while dealing with them.

They will offer low rates but will manipulate the CBM at the time of packing which will have no upper limit compared to estimates. Further for volumes lower than the estimate they are unwilling to apply the incremental rates but try to recover based on estimated volumes. So either way the customer loses.

In addition, even for door to door cargo they have exhorbitant hidden charges which will be recovered at customs clearance through their middlemen agents.

Further at destination, they did not provide any support for assembling the items. The team at my place which came for delivery did not even have any basic assembly tools.

Dealt with their sales rep Punit who is high on sales talk but low on facts and commitments.

Bridgeway is the best company for relocation the team are very professional and very friendly my goods reach Usa in an excellent condition, special thanks to Derashine and Srilekha and George

Moving from Sharjah UAE to Perth Australia was one difficult move as conveyed to me and my family by our friends who had done this before. Everything seemed to be a daunting task until we contacted Bridgeway Relocations. They assured and gave us the confidence right from the beginning. The men who came for packing our household stuff were professionals and carried out the packing over 2 days with minimal disruption. Each item was packed with great care.
We are happy I chose Bridgeway over others. All our stuff reached our doorstep in Perth Australia without a damage especially our delicate and expense glassware and crockeries.

An absolute horrible experience. This company should not be in business. From the planning of the packing, showed up late the first day and took two extra days to pack everything, nearly doubled the price quoted because of the increased volume only to find out after we received the items that many of the boxes had one item in it and in some cases were empty. Delivery was a month late. Many items were damaged due to poor packing. Overcharged for crating that was not used and still has not refunded the money. Non responsive to emails.

I am torn between a 2 and a 3 star review for Bridgeway.
In summary, Bridgeway's services at home (in our case, the UAE) are very good and well serviced. Can't say the same with service once the cargo is shipped.

Let me start at the beginning - We received our Canadian residency and were looking to relocate to Ottawa, Canada. A month from our move, we sounded out a dozen companies in the UAE. Out of them, we zeroed in on a couple that seemed to be both cost effective and response. Bridgeway was, by far, more proactive than the rest and given their promptness decided to go with them.
Come moving day (Jan 6 2018), Bridgeway staff were present at a predetermined time, with their packing and moving staff. A team of 5 (or 6) staff spent 4-5 hours packing our place. This included a wide array of items including an LCD television set, books, linen, clothes, etc. The packing was done very professionally and the staff cooperative and well behaved. All in all, a happy day. We were told beforehand that given the time of the year (low season) and the volume of our cargo (half container), it would take a while for the shipment to leave port. They estimated anywhere between a few weeks to a month. This was acceptable to us as we were only reaching Ottawa end of February.
The shipment left port finally mid February. I was sent an email with details including the name of the ship, estimated schedule and local moving agents/handlers.
Our ETA was end March.on googling, the ship was still somewhere near Egypt which was surprising. On inquiring, we found out that our cargo had moved from one ship to another and we were given a new arrival date - 'sometime in April'. Now Ship 2 was anchored off Gibraltar Bay with no updates given. Finally, the ship crossed the Atlantic and reached Montreal mid April. From Montreal, the cargo went by rail to Toronto where it stayed for Customs clearance. Finally, it left Toronto and reached Ottawa today (23 May), a full 3 months+ since shipment.

The delivery guys were very cooperative and all the goods were accounted for. But my frustrations are with the local agent and the general lack of communication. If your final destination is somewhere central like Toronto, the services should be more punctual. If not, I am not sure if it's worth it. But hey! At least we got our stuff.

Should you.eventually receive your shipment, be aware that you will not receive the service you paid for. Instead you will have literally a DOOR to DOOR delivery and end up carrying all the heavy boxes yourself, as unpacking, building and remove all the debries yourself!

In the contract is mentioned that they can't guarantee a fixed timeline, due to logistics. Which at a timely fashion would be acceptable.get yourself prepared for endless follow up's with either no communication or miscommunication between them and their 2nd, 3rd and 4th parties.

Generally be careful with the quote, again they can not guarantee the exact space needed-but you will be definitely- half the amount underquote you!

Packers on the day were, awsome and thanks to their great job, only one small thing broke during the process!
