This shop have not good service at all
After 2 weeks i purchase the Samsung s21 the sim card is not working i ask them for waranty they are telling to waiting 2 hours Will give the new phone but until 3 hours waiting they keep quiet then after i speak too much they telling to comeback another day
The staff is ignoring customer they just want to take money with 0 quality
The guy just telling wait wait wait without giving any solutions this is the badly experience i have
To all of you who read this pls dont buy phone from this shop (save your money)

Its a SCAM company, i purchased i phone 11 before 6 months from carrefor website and this supplier supplied the phone, now the phones battery and display worn out, i checked for the apple warranty but warranty not available.then i came to know that they supplied the used phone.i am going to report this supplier to the consumer forum,

The scam was done professionally in iPhone 13 pro max, they sold me three phones as new and I found out that they were all used, the story happened on May 6,2022 pm

Just now i called to ask abut price of Iphone. Guy who answer the phone call very badly reply to me its just like a im beggar.poor guy dont no abut customer service zero. Before by something from this shop think hwo abut after buying something hwo they will give good after customer service?

Bought iPhone 11 from this supplier through Carrefour, got scammed as the supplier sent used iPhone, 6months past phones battery puffed up and screen is about to fly off the frame.
No reply from supplier with this regard, going to report this under telecommunications & digital government regulatory authority.

I have bought brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max from this shop. Salesman told me this is brand new phone. But it’s not brand new. They Sell refurbished phone as a brand new phone. I checked the imie number with this. The color of the and box color is different. Please care full when you buy a phone from them.
