We visited British council and it was very helpful. Specifically Ms. Doaa dealt with us very professionally and she gave us the right codes for the exams which we didn't know. Indeed it was great to visit them personally.

The entire process from booking the tests to conducting the exams was very well executed. The process was easy and quick. The staffs on the day of the exams were well informed and cooperative and ensured the environment was calm for the candidates to take the exam. Overall the experience was excellent.

A well organized branch wherein the staff make sure that all the participants are being meticulously attended individually from the registration process until the whole tests duration.

The only downside aspect is the unavailability of male restroom during my test day wherein we have to use the PWD access for the call of nature. There should be more than one toilet available especially amidst of multiple examinees present who need to utilize it frequently.

The examination room is quiet enough for us to concentrate on the computer screen. Overall, the ambience deserves a fair rating in my opinion. Keep up the good job.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Rani Puntual at the British Council, and I must say, her professionalism and dedication to customer service left a lasting impression on me.

The experience was very smooth and the people were very helpful, I initially forgot to get water with me and didn't have a pencil but they provided both at the exam already. Saiful and jamuna were especially sweet and helped me when I was late.

I just gave my ilets test today and Neeru and Basil was very cooperative and helpful throughout the process.

Basil and neeru are so helpful and very nice im so thankful on them my experience was extraordinary

Extremely happy to have introduced to Future Target Institute. Mr. Feisal and Mrs. Saima was very helpful in taking us to the venue. I would strongly recommend this institute for people taking IELTS.

My experience of taking the IELTS exam in the British council BUID was good. The staff were helpful and friendly to guide us with any queries. We were assisted by Navin and Shabana at the centre who did a nice job of helping us through the exam.

The arrangement for the exams went really well especially kanchan ma'am was really helpful in guiding me.

For my testing today I was a bit nervous but the staff at the Future Target institute made me feel very calm. The registration was smooth and the testing process was excellent. For my Ielts that i’ve taken here, I met with Puneet, Navin and Shabana, the invigilators and organizers. The facility was standard and as professional and efficient as they were in organizing and helping everyone out, they were also through, precise but most importantly they went too serious, and their attitudes (super nice), I feel, personally made the experience much less stressful than it could’ve been.:) was a breezy experience for my first ielts so big ups to them! <3

Bad experience, Please do not go through British council exam center for A level. Unfriendly staff and unorganized department. Today is fourth day, the result is declared, I am still following up everyday for the username and password to look into my son's grades.
Probably, they are more focused on IELTS exam and the result.

I visited the British Council to give my IELTS and the staff present were very warm and professional. Aabed Ali who guided me through my registration was especially helpful. Overall, I had quite a stress-free experience here.

I recently took an IELTS test at British Council Dubai. I can say that it was a superb experienced because all the staff are friendly and approachable, most especially Aniqa and Farah. They are both professional assisting every candidate in any way.

The assistants at the examination are kind and helpful. Sipra & Neeru in particular were very sweet.
The overall experience of attending the IELTS examination was very organised and seamless.

I had a situation where I tested positive covid a few days before the exam. I contacted BC to ask for transferring my exam date due to this.
Call center team was so professional and responsive to explain required steps to apply for date transfer and documents i have to provide to get the request approved.
One business day later, exam coordinator, her name is Doaa, she was so professional and friendly to suggest the right actions in order to change the exam date. In few minutes we got the job done free of charge after verifying provided evidences.

Appalling, pathetic, egregious, infuriating, unprofessional.these are just 4 words I'd use to describe the British Council Dubai.

I completed my final exam as a private candidate at the British Council Dubai over 20 months ago and still the nightmare doesn't end. I'm entering my second year of university and still haven't received my grade. Yes, reader, someone in their penultimate year of university still hasn't received their A-level grades from Jan 2020. I have emailed, called, visited the branch dozens of times, I have sent every grade and provisional grade I have, I have filled out forms, paid hundreds of dirhams for this grade, and yet the people at the British Council Dubai cannot be bothered to fulfill even the most basic of duties. When Sartre said 'Hell is other people', I'm sure he meant the people working here.

Furthermore, this year I found out on accident that I won an award which would have given me access to scholarships that could have changed my life, and (un) shockingly the British Council had failed to inform me of this award a year earlier. When I emailed them asking why they couldn't even give me the decency to explain. Or reply.

If I could give the British Council Dubai negative 10 stars I would. I would rather have all my teeth be pulled out than have to work with these people again.

Give me my damn grade so I won't have to, please!

I am extremely thankful to British Council Dubai for teaching me the most worst ever experience of my life. A simple advise to everyone, please advise your friends, loveones and upcoming generations to stay away from British Council Dubai specifically to avoid the life time humiliation and being ridiculed from them due to their continuous chain of false commitments, lack of professionalism and zero custom care. Ideally this office shouldn't exist anymore British Council Global should think about to shut down their registered office in Dubai.

Not giving me a speaking date inspite of going to the center on time. The examiner had some issues with his internet and couldn't fulfill his time. Why am I not able to get a date or time?

I was genuinely impressed by the promptness of service I received from British Council before and after my IELTS Academic test. I was assisted by Amisha, who was always quick to respond and made the process easy for me. They even rescheduled my test when I got Covid without a hiccup. I made use of the 5 free test score reports and they've reached my universities successfully! Kudos, Amisha!

After several calls to the British Council call center with little success in understanding how I can transfer my test dates, I emailed the support center to ask for more help. Amisha responded within hours and was super helpful. We successfully transferred my test date over WhatsApp. If you are looking for immediate support, especially with the uncertainty we face due to COVID, I recommend contacting the British Council's support email address over their call center.

I had a very critical issue and for 3 days was seeking help over the phone with the customer service. However once i visited British council, Ms. Kausar David was extremely forthcoming in helping me resolve my problem. She went out of her way to make sure i received my documents in time. I would like to thank everyone at British council. I have had good and quick responses by phone and email. I would like to thank Amisha for a professional and quick response by attending to my query and helping me find a solution by directing it to the relevant team members.

One of my worst experiences, the staff are overloaded and the queue is always busy, sometimes even not moving for over 20 minutes per person! But for the need for certain purposes I would have never thought about that place.

Very disappointing experience. I chose BC over other Centers for IELTS due to expected quality of service. First of all I could not get my learning material on time and I had to follow up and go to centre several times.

I also signed up for the workshop but no-one send me any response.

And finally I sent a request for the test change date as I did not have enough time to prepare due to the fact that I received learning material late. Customer service representative advised me that I would get a response in 24 to 48 hours and the same was mentioned in their automated e-mail. However today is the 4th day and there is no response from the.

I am very satisfied with the service of the center. It was wonderful. The staff here are very friendly and kind. They have helped me a lot.

However, they ask test takers to leave their belongings on a table before taking the exam, and I do not think this is safe as someone could take something that does not belong to him by mistake, I believe the council should provide lockers with keys for such purpose.

Just called to get some info on English teaching courses and was appalled how bad the English language was of the lady on the phone. I mean, if your facility is offering English language courses, it makes sense to hire staff with adequate English language skills.

Great service and prompt response to inquiries. My experience for IELTS test with British Council Dubai was great. Well trained and professional staffs. One of their great amenity is children play area, my son had a great time there while I was waiting for my turn at the counter.

The staff are polite and helpful. Problem is, I need only ielts writing training but was told i have to pay for all 4 skills. Very disappointing.

The office has an amazing interior, tidy environment, entry is secured, and the staff is extremely hospitable. Also, there is little to know waiting time -the cherry on top.

Staff are very friendly and the process of signing up for an A level exam is relatively easy to do because of their support. Farzeen and Mahwish helped me a lot and I'm grateful for their assistance.
