We have our 3 year old with BON Al Twar Br. We had celebrated his birthday with BON where they had taken care of the entire party organised i.e decor, cakes and games, return gifts for the kids. Well organised joyful party. Truly the team had put in loads of efforts. Happy with BON AL TWAR Team.

Failed to issue a refund of a cheque that was incorrectly encashed by them for more than 15 days. The staff keep passing the buck on to one another and seem like they are too lazy to work. Been waiting for my refund for their teacher training course for more than 15 days with no response.

Thank you for ur reply but I would really appreciate it if you look up ur trainee records for my name and you will also get my number from there. Or you can ask Maricor, George or Lisa. Still have not been given any assistance or even an apology for the mistake that they have made. I waited for half and hour for them to finish lunch the other day only to be sent back home from the center with no solution. Worst staff ever, especially the admin and accounts department.

Its really very disappointing and unfair.

One of my close relative is Learner for Cache III at BON centre. She had completed 71% of her work and 75% fee. Unfortunately due to pandamic she had lost her job and she move back now she came back to dubai and luckily got a job and she approached the centre team Mericur to submit her fee to unblock the laser and continue her remaining work but she refused and said she have re-start and re-registration which is totally unfair and fraud, moreover she is saying contact UK office. She was the one who was did admission and fee.

Its really unfair.

Please stay away from such scammers.

الحضانة لا تستحق نجمة سيئه و لا انصح اي ام تحب أطفالها بهذي الحضانه. اللي مريت فيه مستحيل تتحمله ام. تخيلوا رحت اجيب ابني من الحضانه عمره اقل من ثلاث سنوات ما حصلته في الحضانه تتخيلون مقدار الرعب و الخوف اللي انحطيت فيه و المشكله الكبيره انه رايح بالباص بس على وين انا ما حطيت عنوان بيتي و ابنتي ما يتكلم. يالله كيف كان الوضع و كيف اكره هذي الحضانه كنت أبكي بس ما كنت احس بعمري كأنه حلم معقول اللي يصير و المدرسه تخلف اني اتصلت فيها و انا ما شفتها ولا خذت رقمها اصلا. ما اقدر اكمل اكثر بس ولدي في حضني الحمد لله و مستحيل اثق في عالحضانه ابدا. بس مضيعين ولدي

During this period I witnessed remarkable improvement in her overall personality especially communication and motor skills.
