British Orchard Nursery - Dubai Women's College (Al Nahda)

The daycare's commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment is evident in every way. The facility is clean, organized, and designed to stimulate young minds. My daughter really liked this kindergarten, even though she has only been there for a few months.

Good Afternoon, special thanks to BON, Dubai Women College, special gratitude and thanks to Ma’am Zoya, Teachers- especially Ms. Noureen Abbas, Ms. Nadia’s Baig- Shawn Teacher, Ms. Aditi- Angel Teacher, my both children’s - Angel and Shawn, went there, it’s a wonderful place for learning in a friendly environment, special mention for all the supporting staff- Ma. Juvie, and a very special mention for the receptionist who was there in the year 2021, sorry I don’t know her name, she was very kind and so helpful, she is really an asset to BON, including all the staff and Ma’am Zoya, especially for parents like us, who find it little difficult in affording the fees. THANK YOU, once again to each and everyone.

Ever since enrolling my kid I’ve seen many improvements. British Orchard Nursery is great. Classes aren’t too big so kids get all the attention. Ms. Zoya, Ms. Asmaa and all are awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone with little ones.

This nursery has been very helpful to me because, currently my son is at home and not in spring camp. But in school, Ms. Nafisa has trained my son to eat all his food and drink water too and lovingly motivates him to do all activities. Now he always is asking to go back to school and be with Ms. Nafisa. Such a caring and supportive teacher she has been. Thank you Ms. Nafisa for being his teacher.

I would suggest all parents to give their child the best by sending them to British Orchard Nursery DWC Branch. It is one of the best nursery. My child doesn't want to come home. Kuddos to Miss Nafisa (FS1 Teacher, curriculum corrdinator) creativity with the variety of different children activities for kids each day. She keeps the children happy and make them feel safe. Her input with each individual child is impressive. As a parent i am very satisfied that she is my child class teacher. In just two weeks my child went from "no i don't want to go school" to "yes i want to go to school". Keep up the good work. In future I hope to see more magic in my child, s life. Enrolling in BON was one of the best things we could ever do for our son Rudr. He has improved so much just by going to the nursery. The staff are good and easy to communicate with. They work with the children and teach them how to be independent. The nursery is not just about playing with plastic toys, it is about teaching them how to learn.

Special Props to Ms Nafisa who is a gift for each child. She does a wonderful job of keeping activities consistent and engaging. Our son has been enrolled in her class for just over 2 months and we can really see a lot of improvement especially with his cognitive skills

This branch is not regulated by the KHDA and do not follow the management practices of the origin British orchard nurseries.
The employees in particular the teacher, receptionist that I encountered with lack the professional ethics. I realised they were new graduates and lack competence.
Their practices and procedures lack transparency. They do not align with the values and features they present in their brochers. For instance, 24 hour CCTV access to parents is a feature advertised on website and other official publications but not available to parents.
Furthermore, do not abid to the covid 19 protocols. I observed certain instances. They actions and verbal discussion do not agree. For instance, I noticed my 2 year old toddler interacting with older children and I also caught them twice mixing 2 classes kids together in a small play area. This is not aligned with covid 19 rules that specify classes must not be mixed.
They changed by child class without my consent to a higher class that were beyond her current motor skills. I tried to address the matter and made my opinion about this sudden change very clear. I even called the principal but was over looked.
I finally contacted the KHDA, MOE (Ministry of education). I was surprised that MOE said they can not file my complaint because the nursery is regulated by KHDA. When I filed a complaint with KHDA I was informed that even though other private nursery branches are regulated by them. This branch DWM (Dubai women college) is not regulated by them.
I am highly disappointed and concerned as a parent and feel ripped off as a consumer I paid AED 3500. (Aed 1000 is annual medical fee that I compulsory and non refundable. AED 2500 is 1 month fees)

It is one of the best nursery. As a parent I m totally satisfied and saw a lot of developments in my daughter. I saw that the teaching staff is totally focused on the children and taking good care of children. They make sure all the health and safety standards should be good. British orchard nursery dwc branch follows eyfs curriculum. I will recommend others also to join dwc branch.

My daughter has been going to the British Orchard Nursery DWC Branch since she was 3 months old, and she is now 2. She learned so much, and love going to the nursery. The teachers are amazing people with huge hearts, and they really treat my child like their own child. I’d 100% recommend The nursery to anyone who asks.

One of the best school that works on the holistic development of young kids. The school offers variety of programmes that provides strong base for lifelong learning and learning abilities including cognitive and social development. Teachers are well trained as they use diverse teaching pedagogies and they have good understanding of child psychology. I strongly believe that the way in which children are educated in their earlier years can nurture their growth and is a key which can unlock the doors of opportunity for the rest of their lives and British Orchard nursery is playing instrumental role in sharpening the lives of these young little angels.

It is one the best nursery. Being a mother you always want best place for your kid. All you need is a homely atmosphere, hygiencally perfect and most important loving and affectionate teachers for your kid. I found all these things at BON (women’s college branch). They have an extremely dedicated nd talented team of teachers. With my personal experience, I recommend this nursery to all those who really wanted to see difference in their kid’s development. I love teachers in this school. They do marvelous especially teacher Ann a big thank you to you my son can do alot in art this shows alot of creativity.

My niece Huda is going to this nursery and I absolutely love it! The amount of care and attention they give to every single child. How they improve the knowledge of children at such a young age, it's amazing!
