I was there for screen gard for my s23 ultra.the person suggested me to mat screenprotector.it was very bad it wasnot suitable for the s23. After I put that one I can see properly anything on my screen.because of his suggestion only I put. They don't have any idea regarding that.don't buy anything from from this shop. It's my suggestion

Stay away from this shop.
I replaced my Samsung phone (S9+) display with them.they charged 650Dhs and claimed it is genuine Samsung display. Yet they kept telling nowhere in UAE you get warranty for display but they asked to come to them if any problem happens.

After 2 weeks, display stopped working and when i visited them, they keep telling i should have pressed the display hard.really? They could not find or show me any physical damage when i visited. But later when i called the manager of the branch, he started telling something like liquid damage where display damaged inside. I am using Samsung phones for years and they tell me i should not press the display hard. Display stopped working when it was charging and when i was not even touching it.i started looking at it when display started blinking and gradually it increased and completed when black within day. They should be using fake parts.

Last month i had a problem with my iphone which was locked with american reseller flex policy so i couldnt use it in europe. Then i contacted bristar mobile through whatsapp and a guy hasir nanda just talked to me. The company took the charges of sending the phone to the shop and it unlocked the phone within 2 weeks. And i got my phone back. Thank you britstar mobile.

I strongly recommend every one, not to buy any mobile from this shop. I had very bad after sale experience. It took morethan 3 weeks to get my mobile back after given for warranty claim. Warranty rejected nd returm mobile without repair. Please dont buy from britstar mobile shop.
