This is the 5th year I' m ordering cakes with them (all the birthdays' cakes) and I have only amazing experience with them. Quality, taste, design: The best!

Ordered a Birthday cake for my son and it seems that despite the fact that you pay for the delivery, the delivery, in Dubai, where temperatures currently reach over 40 degrees, is done without a chilled vehicle or even a cooler bag! The cake arrived hot and melted. Of course not suitable for children to eat. This company is specialized in making cakes, in food industry where the cold chain should be meticulously respected. It was my last order with this company. This is unbelievable and unacceptable!

We ordered an eggless Chocolate truffle Cake for a birthday party from Brownie point. The cake was so super delicious, full of flavors, fresh and very nicely decorated. Our guests kept asking from where the cake has been ordered. I would definitely recommend Brownie point for any Occassion. Even the service is very good. The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped us make the cake look better with some additional decoration on the cake. ️

I have had a nightmare with Brownie Point cakes, I have placed an online order and gave explicit instructions to the team member, to my surprise they failed to meet the expectation and never co-ordinated with their own team (Karama & Barsha), When I followed up they had no clue. I ended up buying the cake from another shop and was horribly embarrassed by my Boss. I will never recommend anyone to buy cake from Brownie point.

I had ordered a birthday cake from them for my daughter’s birthday. They gave me the exact quantity of cake needed for a certain amount of people. I had a specific cake design in mind, they took note of it and did exactly like how I wanted. All our guests, especially kids loved the cake. I ordered a fresh fruit vanilla cake from Brownie Point AlBarsha on 25th April for my kid’s birthday. Delivery was good, on time but the cake was horrible. It was just cream and wasn’t a fresh cream too. Base was too hard. We can rarely find fruit inside the cake. We had a word with the store but they were not receptive about the feedback. This cake resulted in a bad taste for my guests and a reputation hit for me.
Very annoying experience and I am never going to order cakes from Brownie Point.

I ordered customize cake for my son birthday, they gave me good price, because I checked with other shops they where forcing minimum 3 kilos.but here they easily accepted 2 kilos.they did what I asked.amazing taste.just a bit sweeter than what expected. I'm a regular guest of Brownie Point Al Nahda branch. I love the cakes, tasty and to sweet. Good price and selection. The Brownie Point Al Barsha branch was amazing! I placed an order for delivery last Jan. 17, the staff named Ms. Coleen was so helpful and amazing! Giving an extra mile to help the guest. Kudos to this amazing staff! Definitely will visit the branch to meet and thank the staff.

The quality of cheese is so bad.choice of cheese should be good.

Overprices! Black Forest pastry was dry as the Arabian desert, and the cup cakes were even worst than the black forest Pastry.
Overall I felt I wasted my money and time to visit this store.
Won’t be doing there ever again.
They certainly don’t live up to the expectations we had as a franchise.

I visited barsha branch. Probably the best chocolate cakes they have. Service was great as well.

I required a cake to be delivered within a few hours and they did it. Quick service and delivered on time not only that I got the cake I wanted in the best price and it was delicious. The cake is always so soft and the chocolate was rich.

I love this place. The agent there is very helpful and considered a real artist. I ordred two times, once was for a huge cake with specific design and the result was the same as i explained for him. Also the next time it was for a normal cake also tasty and full of flavor.

I had been getting the Black Forest cake from here often, however my most recent purchase yesterday was the same cake and my family and I fell sick after having it. Unhappily, after contacting them, I was saddened and very disappointed to hear that I had to take the cake back to the shop where they would make the chef (who baked the cake) try the cake, after which he/she would decide if there was an issue with it. Only if the chef agrees, the compensation of some sort. It was evident that they were under the impression that my family and I were bluffing when in fact we always get cakes from brownie point. Very unsatisfied with this.

I wanted to order a cake for my sister who lives in Karama and my friend suggested Brownie Point. I live in Englandd would like to convey my thanks to Julie Divina for coordinating with me on whatsapp and delivering the choclate walnut cake on time and most importantly make it happen. My sister loved the cake Thanks to Brownie Point team Karama for the yummy cake n excellent service.

I ordered cake from here and asked for a delivery. The cake was supposed to be delivered between 3pm to 6pm and when i called them around 6.40pm to enquire. They said the delivery cannot be done and you need to collect from tge shop. It is such an embarrassment for me infront of my guest. No matter how good your products are but if you cannot give a decent customer service it means nothing!

Bought 2 brownies. One is big, other is small (half size), same prices. Cannot go back to change as it is far. Never going again.

The quality is very nice.
Ambience is average.
Staff at Barsha is nice.
However at other locations the staff is not all well trained.
Prices I believe have recently been hiked.
All in all, good cakes.
My favorites are Chocolate Mousse Cake (which needs to be pre ordered), Dutch Truffle (available off the shelf at all times).
