UPDATE- My 2 dogs were with them during holidays and wow, I was impressed with the new services they offered- pet drop off, grooming and vet check- up.

I am so lucky to have found this place. The staff are very professional, responsive even if it is past working hours and have done really well in taking care of Max. Max has been showered and well fed.

I am absolutely happy and satisfied with this place.

Highly recommended!

It's a cheap place to put your pets in. However, I got my cats sick twice in there due to hygiene issues. They just don't take a good care until something happens. Would suggest another place but the price is cheap in here.

Bruno's is one of our favorite boarding facilities for our boys. Jimmy, the Operations manager is a star.
He is the reason that the place is able to maintain a high standard when it comes to dog & cat boarding. The other caretakers are also quite gentle, affectionate and seem to know every single detail about each animal under their watch.

Highly recommended if you are a furdad/mom.

Jimmy and the handlers are very professional and attentive to all the dogs in the facility.
I wouldn’t trust any other daycare to take care of my babies, especially with all the horror stories we keep hearing in the city!

Since 2019, my dog stays there every time we go somewhere. Everyone knows my dog by name and treats him as if he were their own; there's no doubt about how much they care about each dog. Jimmy is always ready to help out and do a great job. Price-wise, they are very reasonable and competitive.

Excellent service, spacious play area, awesome team! Porto loves everything! We would love to take him back!

We were so worried and moreover tensed to leave our baby boy Kenzo …but trust me folks Jimmy and his team did a great job. Highly professional and they updated everyday with our Kenzo’s videos on how he was doing. I am glad that we found a second home for our Kenzo (Puppy). Wehave trust for Bruno’s play center ️

Our little chihuahua Bruce was left for one week under their care, and we are so happy that we get to see updates from them everyday! The staff are hands-on and they really look after Bruce! Thank you! Highly recommended and will definitely let Bruce stay with them again on holiday seasons. The best part is Bruce had a photo opp with Santa! Yay!

Our Bowie really loves playing with his friends at Bruno's. He barely wants to go home when I pick him up in the evenings. He would greet me but he would run to go back to the play area:) The staff are all friendly and you could see that they really love dogs and take good care of them. The owner - Jimmy is also amazing, he is very accommodating and ready to respond to messages even of it's way past their operating timings. I would definitely recommend Bruno's for your fur babies' daycare and boarding needs.:)

I have two frenchies, 3 years old, that are a handful for anyone! Bruno's Play Center is the only place I have full confidence in. My dogs love going there and are always excited when we arrive. Jimmy and the team are always professional. The facility is extremely well kept and clean. They have fun games and weekly themes that keep dogs entertained.it truly is a budget-friendly doggie daycare. Throw in some onsite grooming and my dogs come home looking like they’ve been to the spa. I was so comfortable leaving my dog there for boarding. The staff are amazing and so kind with dogs. Jimmy was also updating me and sending me pics throughout my vacation. He was also very clean and very well showered when i took him back! Highly recommended!
