Really upset with the customer service.
The lady with the glasses especially. I hope the management will look to it, here after

I've never had such bad bubble tea. Furthermore, the customer experience was absolutely awful. When asked about the flavors, the lady behind the counter with the glasses was extremely rude. She didn't seem interested in serving us.so I think she should quit if she doesn't know what her job is.

Something that I don't really understand. My boys crave for their bubble tea. They are pricey. Boys love them. I usually just take few sips from them.

The lady with the glasses at the counter was extremely rude and not hospitable. When we asked her to split the bill, she literally rolled her eyes at us. And the Coco Bubble tea wasn't good either.

I have it every single time i go to dubai and it tastes amazing.usually just get whatever the sample of the day is.though i have only tried the smoothies and not the actual teas.

Please open more branches, especially in Mirdiff City Centre or Dubai Festival City
