Bur Dubai Medical Fitness Center - Visa Medical

Nice place for visa medical services to be done; staffs are very co-operative enabling each person to finish the process very fast.It is located in the prime location and is easily accessible.

Please be careful because if there is any GOVT Holliday it will be closed but as a medical centre it should be open because any emergency can be happened

Everything was good. I would've given 5 stars but the x-ray lady was so rude, she doesn't know how to give instructions properly. The other staffs were nice. However the blood drawing was so painful it is still paining even after the whole day is over.

I did my OHC test from here. This is the best Occupational Health Screening Center in dubai. Everything was smooth and fast. Very customer friendly and easily accessible via metro. The premise is very clean and in order. They also provide visa medical test and typing services. Kudos to the entire team.

Did my family Emirates ID typing at this centre and staff was very cooperative.later had a issue of picture being rejected for one of my family members.staff got connected with me and ensured another picture was uploaded.after all this my ID was delayed for delivery and staff of this centre was in touch with me constantly to check if I received my ID until I received it. Visited this center for my visa medical and realised that they have started occupational health services as well. It is very nice and will be very helpful to so many people in and around burdubai as it is right next to the sharaf dg metro station.

The staff here at typing center is lazy, careless non professional. I went there on 18th November for Emirates ID typing it turned out to be a nightmare. The guy while typing the form anyways selected a wrong mode of dispatch and now when I see the name is also wrong so whoa for his carelessness.

The staff by Rithul approached and clarified the situation. I am amazed how quick they are in responding. Now I see that name was typed correctly insipite of that I have 2 last names on my EID. Awaiting for solution

I must say this is the best medical center. Firstly, it is right beside the door or metro station. And secondly it is not over crowded. Took me just 10 minutes in and out.

I visited recently to this center everything was great and service was fast but I would like to point one issue, when I parked my car in the parking, Unfortunately I forgot to put my mask and I forgot it in the vehicle, when I reached to the center, one lady from reception avoid me to continue the process and ask me to buy mask even I asked for a peice but she told me we do not have even I asked from another counter also not available, only one guy from reception ask me to wait to provide a mask, (Mr Afzal khan) the whole story is simple, Im talking about the customer service and carrying about them, thanks for reading.

It was a great great and awesome experience.my medical test was done in just 10mins.though I waited like 30mins.its bcoz I was there 3: 30pm (Friday) basically dr working hours that time was 4to8: 30 in the evening.but the moment they start operating they work very fast, staffs are so accomodating.and friendly especially the lady nurse who took my bloodtest sample and so the xray staff.she is very nice, and she explain what to do very clearly.what so exciting is the result came out not even 24 hours.its a rapid no delays.great job guys.the best service.

When my Mum went in the morning, she got done quickly, but when I went last evening on 06/01/2021. The service to register my medical fitness was terrible. I had to wait for over an hour. They had merged the registration counters along with those who wanted to take the vaccine as well. It was very dumb decision. Atleast one counter should have been for those who went for the medical test. Wouldn't deny that the latter part took less than 5 minutes and it was smooth. But the registration department needs to be looked into thoroughly.

Today I did my Medical test. Entire process took less than 10mins. Excellent staff (Security, Coordinators guiding people, Receptionist & medical staff) were really very courteous & assisted with a smile.

Location is easy to reach either by metro/bus or your own vehicle, beside Sharaf DG Metro station (Fahidi earlier).

Strongly recommend for people staying in & around Bur-Dubai.

We went for medical screening for visa yesterday. This center is quite new, hence not busy. The service was very efficient with the staff being courteous and helpful.

There's free parking in basement for upto 2 hours, plenty of time to get things done. We completed the process in less than 10-15 minutes

The center is located on the mezzanine floor and there's sufficient signage guiding the public.

Well Recommended - especially for families with young children and the elderly.

I was said to visit Muhaisinah medical center & it was truly far from where I stay (Karama) I called people to ask if any nearest center, everyone guided me to the same place
I started researching by myself & went through DHA website & looked for the fitness center & you know what? I found Bur Dubai medical fitness center.
I was sooooooo much happy to visit this place the staff, ambience & doctors are really friendly & on your each step there is another person guides you where to go or which room to go.

Its wonderful to getting the medical center at nearest location and had a good experience. Better facilities and very friendly staffs.

After reaching the place only I came to know that it was the opening day. I was literally stunned by the facilities, the warmth of service and parking facilities available, especially the speed in which the entire visa medical process was completed for me. The bright and pleasant ambience, accompanied by a fresh fragrance was like a cherry on top. Thank you so much DHA for bringing such fast paced centers in Dubai and making our life so much happier and easy.
