Bur Dubai Police Station

Year after year, they get worse. They try their best to deflect and send your case away. You need to hassle, persist, and hassle to be able to get your case acknowledged. I am not sure if they are overworked, understaffed, or just outright don't want to work.

When I first went there to report a scammer, the police ladies took the scammers side and asked me “not to lie” while I was holding on to translated evidence which they refused to take a look at because it was too much. After a year till this day I’m being verbally abused and and stalked by the scammer became I have a case against him but the issue remains unresolved. Some days when I visited the station I had to wait more than 3 hours to get their attention. I have clear cut evidences and even voice notes of threats and insults, but I guess my race isn’t that important to serve justice to. To everyone there I’m telling you, I and you are created by one creator. If you have a problem with my race, you have a problem with my creator. إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ

The officer at the reception was truly helpful. He was so patient and kind to assist as i was experiencing a difficulty. Very professional.

حتى دبي فيها تمييز بين الجنسيات. مواطن إماراتي قطع الاشارة حمراء ، ليدخل مباشرة بسيارتي ينتج عنها ضرر كامل بالسيارة و اضرار بعمودي الفقري اعاني منها ٢٠ سنه للان. بعد ٦ ساعات اشعة بمشفى راشد أعود لمقر الشرطة لاجد الأخ الاماراتي جالس يشرب القهوة. و يقول: (ماكو بيزات يا طوييل العمر.). لا تعويض ولا تصليح المركبة. الحجة لا يملك النقود. لكنه يملك الجرأة بمخالقة القوانين وهو يدري تماما انهم معه.
حادثة اخرى مواطن اسيوي يدخل بحادث مع مواطن. الاسيوي يوضع بالسجن. لان البدل فيها قانون. غير انه يطبق بطريقة تميزية. والباقي عندكم.

Sargent Mr. Abdulkareem (sorry forgot the complete name) did a nice humble welcoming in section 17 Lost & Found. He always makes our service smooth and he deserves an appreciation.he has the complete knowlege about the process.parking available also behind since renovation is going on as front parking is code A and behind code C but you need to walk.marking machine behind little distance you can use rta app if you like.

المبنى قديم. لا يوجد موظف في الاستقبال.
الخدمات بطئية.
لا يوجد اهتمام بالمراجعين. وقت الانتظار طويل.
المستوى غير مرضي ولا يليق بالقيادة العامة. لشرطة دبي. يرجى الاهتمام.

I'm totally disappointed from Dubai police. I'm living here for 6 years and I hv first time experience.my family living in European countries and I always tell them dubai is best but 6th month I'm very disappointed to see dubai police behavior and about my case progress.first they were not registering my case, after 1 week I registered my case in SPS and now I come every day in bur Dubai police station and no body want to listen to me. My case details are not complete with them. Its a very simple case for a stolen car which has been recovered by C. I. D and its still pending.

I thought Dubai Police is different until I went to this police station I got the worst experience no one really seems to care at all there are so relaxed i didn't get any help from them i thought in Dubai it's easier but i was wrong

I am really disappointed and they didn’t except my missing report n service is too slow n they r very rudely talking at me what I expected that thing are not here n still i am waiting i am really upset n this is my first experience that really worst experience where i will go to get my justice’s……….

The worst service ever.i thought that this kind of service was happening only in Africa. Was really surprised.better go to South Al Barsha Police Station.

The officers are too busy talking about order Briyani for lunch than actually helping people and doing their job. They don’t like to work clearly

Pretty straightforward procedures. But if the police can’t implement the face mask on themselves, what’s the point then.

At the police station in Alqosis I had a serious issue with one policeman he wanted to put me in trouble because he asked to stay without crossing legs he said remove your Le don't stay with cross legs I told him no you can't force me to stay as you wish it's human freedom to stay as we want he quarrelled with me we came in hands they took my paspirt for 10 days then they gave it back to me he threatened me inside the police station I told him I want my Greek embassy to call.
His name I'd Badder.
But there were 2 officers honest and took sides with me they said to him it's not human to use your uniform against civilians they were really good I heard 1 police man saying about me he might report us.
My people dear writers no humanity in this world low is made just for commoners for people with no power for poor people

Very disappointed and bad experience here at the customer happiness centre. Came around 10pm with a friend who have a twin toddlers as she have some cases to sort out. Was shooed out like a dog by an old grumpy policeman at the reception and he said "why bring the whole family here? ". Tried to explain to him nicely on the situation but got shouted at and told us to leave. No respect, basic courtesy and manners at all. Totally not professional at all. Luckily, a guy in kandura saw the commotion and he assisted my friend out.

Unbelievable this is a police station in Dubai! I’m much disappointed with what I saw! The outside temperature was 45 degree and they make people stand outside in very long queues! I was totally shocked as this place does not reflect the civilized image of Dubai!

I've been there to ask some help how to get a police report for lost passport but when I'm at intrance gate one of police officer ask me what I need or do inside when I try to speak he says that I go at port rashid by taxi.he don't even try to listen with my explanation.he just go inside after he told me to go port rashid.seems that police officer not willing to help when it comes in need.

It's not customer happiness at all as they wrote it at the main entrance. I didn't feel any help from that police station or kind way of speaking. No one was open to listen me or try to help. I had no opportunity to open my mouth and say about the main reason why I came. Police man with one star just was trying to send me to another police station and he spoke so loudly that everybody was looking at me and I was feeling myself as a small kid staing on some scene

I came here after crashing into a wall with my car, the policemen was very kind and polite and attended to and finished everything within 5 minutes! So fast an efficient. Best part? They have Ladies parking

They don't listen, very rude and lazy. No help whatsoever, they don't care. Mine is a case of identity theft but I was set up in a way where I was taken to the hospital by the police, this was done by the perpetrator in order to make me sound credulous, I had evidence, they did not even bother to listen to me or view the evidence. They said my story was "boring"

This gentleman has of great assistance in helping me getting document for my daughter's university. I truly admire his outstanding welcoming and effective assistance.

Came here to get a police report and I must say had a very happy awesome experience. At the reception, they asked the relevant questions and transferred me to a counter inside.didn’t have to wait long and I got my report literally into 10 minutes of walking into the police station.very professional, polite and efficient.

The Emaar property management doesn’t want to view their own cctv camera themselves so they can see who took our empty bottle. All the residents leaving the empty bottle so the water company will replace it with the full one.
After calling 901 and explained what happened, the representative told me to call 999. I was hesitant because it’s an emergency number. But the representative from 901 hotline said it’s okay because someone steal the Albayan empty bottle.
Two policemen came and when they learned that it’s only a bottle and worth 35 dhs, they get furious. They judged me, and then they spoke arabic to each other. The policeman in green uniform pointed his finger on me telling me I’ll be in trouble and then spoke in arabic to his colleague wearing brown uniform, then the police in brown uniform get my emirates id details. He smirked and laughed while saying “Philipine” (pronouncing it in fe-li-pi-ni) and so what if I’m Filipino? Why laugh?
They never did their duty and took my concerns in proper way. They humiliated me, pronouncing my name in loud voice.
I called their attention because Emaar don’t want to review camera and asking me to call police. Now that I call police, they laughing because it’s only 35 dhs. They don’t care if a culprit is in Dubai neighborhood. They are the most incompetent people I ever met.

My experience is so negative whereas it was the worst treatment to civilians ever was much of arrogance and rudeness from the receptionist and the counter officer

I love down to earth people and people who help other and what they r hire to do.alhamdulillah such a nice stuff.

We needed to get a Police Clearance Certificate. Went to the police station and the helpful police officer at the reception told us to do it via the Dubai Police app. Downloaded it then and there, took about 5 mins to fill in my details (Emirates ID, etc), made the payment and we were done! Expecting to get the certificate within 24 hrs!
