I got food poisoning from this restaurant. The Big King meal was not good, and the meat was not good either, and I could not eat it, and therefore I got poisoned from it. Even the cashier employees when taking the order were not smiling and had no desire to deal with the customer.
Unfortunately your salad is like mix of very old brown vegetables for animals! I returned it directly after I opened the box! Will never eat from Burger King again
I had a horrible experience. Staff are busy talking to each other & ignoring customers' orders.i was standing for almost 15 min waiting for my meal to be prepared. I watched how they forgot the beef inside the oven, then they got it dry as plastic without any proper care.they put it in open basket, so dirty one as I could see. Then they gave me the most awful burgers I had in my life. I wish I took pics, but I just threw them in the trash & wasnt in the mood to talk & to complain to such a careless staff but next time, i will not!
Tried the plant based whopper for the first time in Burger King. Never going back to beef burgers again. This is delicious and couldn’t tell the difference. Love love it
Its so funny that every time i go in burger king after eating a meal and want to have a simple dessert like the ice cream cone it is always not available in MoE… it is still early night, Twice in a row around past 8pm when i try to buy but its not available anymore.: (

I asked for ice cream and apple custard pie. Man who’s name was AKSAY rudely told me that they don’t have. I started to explain that if customer explained something and you don’t understand, give alternatives to find out. Then he even started to argue by interrupting me with raising voice. This “manager” need to learn how to talk from cashier Chandra next to him and respect customers who’s paying his wage.
The order was so late to arrive. The packaging was in good conditions but food was a little bit cold. The beef whopper was more than well done. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and the fries as well.
The employees in this branch know nothing about customer service. I was standing in front of the cashier for more than 5 mins without her saying a word and ignoring that a customer is waiting to order and I ended up leaving to eat somewhere else.
Very rude, not customer friendly, they have very negative attitude. Never delivers on time and always more than one hour late. And they have the guts to force you to pay full amount of money for their poor quality service and ridiculous delivery. I will never encourage anyone to trust their fake time frame mentioned on the website or to even buy from them. When I ask them what am I supposed to do now after all this delay, this Egyptian manager replied in a very impolite and rude way: so what, we will cancel it then. As simple as that. And when I call to complain, the operator makes fake excuses claiming it is Friday and drivers pray! And someone said its traffic! Another one said we have only one driver! This shows lack of accountability and fake lousy services.
Worst burger King or even restaurant in mall of Emirates! The coustumor service is 0! My fries was too salty when i complained the staff yelled at me in front of everyone and lied that they already come salted which they don't. Then i opened my Swiss mushroom burger which looked delicious at the picture but when I opened it I could barely see the mushrooms it was like a cheeseburger I just payed the double. This is misleading and not ok
Absolutely Terrible, I ordered a paneer burger and fries. The lady i believe her name is Kabita (find the invoice below), she took my order and a few mins later took an order from another customer and handled cash, she did not change her gloves after handling the cash and went on to prepare my fries, added the onions and the sauce and touched the container, basically did not change her gloves at all! This is absolutely shocking during a pandemic especially when we are all trying to stay safe and careful, i would not have expected such terrible service from burger king. Please review and make sure this does not happen again for safety of the customers.
If I could put zero I would have! We ordered through zomato and after 2 hours of waiting and trying to call the restaurant (repeatedly without hetting to anyone) they told us the delivery will come after 20 minutes and then they told us they will cancel the order. No update was given until we called the customer representative in the restaurant didn't offer any solution they were rude and just canceled our order without caring! The weather was raining but still they could've informed us earlier and not wait for our call and I'm sure if they had a proper customer service training they would've handled our problem differently instead tgey couldn't care less!
I wish u could give a zero! DO NOT visit this place, the staff has no manners, no ethics, zero character. Specially Mina, and her manager Dalia. I wish I could make a complain, there are so many other well deserving people out there who could do this job, these people do not deserve to get paid
My order id was 145 on 22nd July. The guy who served mr.hashim he threw the fries on the plate n the fries were taken staright from oil. No salt added. It was difficult to eat. I understand he was busy but atleast the fries should have been seasoned with salt. I don't mind the throwing of fries on plate since he was busy.but serving fries without any salt?
Had worst experience ever in mall of the emirates branch. The customer service is so bad. We visited the restaurant at around 10-11pm on Saturday 08th. A lady by the name of Ruth that apparently was serving us had all the guts to treat us in a very bad way, she was extremely rude and even though we requested to speak to the manager, she was not afraid of talking back to us infront of her manager Muhammad. She did not respect him either. She is the reason why we will never visit the burger king again.
Overall okey. But why some staff of the Burger King laughs at the regular customer. If you go more and more to this place because of your love to Burger King, you face some staff who is looking and laughing at you like saying "again you". They must fix it. And educate its staff about professional customer care.
Good and quick service. Please try tex mex cheesy fries if u r a Vegetarian and if u r a non-vegetarian try Mexican cheesy fries. The crust and the fries just melt in your mouth.
Worst customer service, especially the manager he was the most useless person I came across couldn’t give me any information on the deals they had. 3: 10Pm is when I ordered my food, franchise owner should definitely look into this and train their stuff better. Will never be coming back again to this location.
The worst experience I ever had with burger King, I had to wait for 18 minutes for a burger and once I have received the burger I sat on the table and the sandwich was extremely cold and old, when I went back to the burger King they said no the sandwich is hot but the cheese is cold, well excuse me I know when the damn cheese is cold and when the burger isnt cooked well! Anyways they gave me a new sandwich and when I got back to my table I found out that they have thrown my tray along with everything on it! When I told burger kings manager "Dipesh" about what happened, he told me that's your problem not mine, so I told him if that's your attitude we'll thank you and keep your burger he said OK as you wish and he took the burger. Seriously the worst experience ever from a brand, fortunately I work in media and I will get higher managements know what kind of management and franchise is being run on behalf of their name!
