The lady taking our order was above and beyond awesome. Alma if I remember correctly. Thank you for being sweet to my kiddos! And, for burger King, the food was great.

Tried their chocolate and caramel sundae icecream! It was good. The chocolate fudge flavour should be improved though.

One of the worst branch. Floor and tables were so dirty even we dont know where to set. Very bad customer service experience in this branch

This brach is disappointing it used to be good all your burgers are microwaved not freshly made really disappointed packed terribly taste horrible because of soggy bread

We order early morning on our way home from airport. We order 3 whopper burger with nuggets and big breakfast. When we reach home we realize the burgers was missing ONE! We got 3 drinks and 3 fries, but where is our burger? ! Trying to call their phone number but no one answered. The guy didn’t even gave us any receipts or order number!

Beef Burger is what i love! I don't understand why they have different Menu for online and store. I frequently order for King Box which is not available at the restaurant. Don't forget to take B B Q sauce.

This branch in Al Quoz Emarat needs better customer service overall especially drive thru order taker. So slow.

Plant based burger with cheese and mayo really defeats the purpose of being plant based. Great burger BUT not suitable for vegans unless we ask for it without mayo or cheese. Would be fine if I knew it came with cheese and mayo nor did the staff tell me. Otherwise the food and service is excellent and efficient.

Guys please avoid this place even if you are close to dying with hunger.food quality is just terrible.the burger cheeze and other stuffing were just grabbed from the refrigerator and put into the bun. I am a big Burger King fan however this outlet was a big disappointment, also the fries were not upto the mark.

I am not a fan of fast food, but I bought the children a meal from this store, but the seller forces you to buy food that you do not want by giving you invitations for other things, especially if you are going to buy through the car queue.

They gave half cooked burger and this is problem with all burger king outlets. I don’t understand whats the hurry?

On the other side, its delivery takes for ever! Takes more than 90 mins to arrive while by walking its only 15 minutes.and probably cold.tried it more than 5 times wishing for faster schedule but got disappointed every single time.after that I Knew its perfect BUT JUST FOR DINE IN

Its your common fast food chain joint a bit more expensive than other fast but tasty and value is better

They use to mix fresh french fries with previously cooked ones. Please you need to know Mr. BK. Person who is eating can easily understand such cheep tricks
