Burger King - Dubai Hills

I have never done a review for burger king as it's standard food, however,.we just experienced such a nice service that needed to post this. The lady at the counter tonight, despite being Sunday evening was cheerful, positive, friendly,.super fast and efficient. What a lovely experience! Seriously the service I ever had at a burger king.

I loved it! I'm vegetarian & tried the paneer veggie sandwich & omg, so so delicious! Mouthwatering. I don't know why this sandwich isn't offered other places BK is located (around the world), but something to look forward to when in Dubai. For the restaurant itself, it was clean & spacious, friendly & attentive staff, lots of seating area, & in a walkable area. Parking is available, if needed. Would recommend & definitely returning.

Over a hour later still making the food delivery time said 15-25 min, cancelled after a hour. Terrible service

Food is okay. But staff less. Is hanging around in the restaurant when their duty is finished. Staff can be improved on manners.

Went back to the branch twice and still they gave me the wrong order

Drive through order. You it a whole to get it ready, but the fix was great as usually it's.

Limited veg menu. Also they run loyalty offers but dont give veg options to choose from on the free meals after completing the required spend. Better to just say we dont have loyalty options for vegetarian customers.

I ordered an icecream sundae and it tasted like expired milk and had a really bad taste, I told the manager and he just looked at me and did nothing. Never coming here again.

Typical Burger King either order is super late, cold, or something wrong with it, not once have I placed and order and was satisfied with it. NEVER AGAIN

Burger king why did you shrink the chicken tenders. This was the best thing you had. Very disappointing

Nice they actually double our drinks and when we start we realized they were mistaken.

Staffs are really nice and there is washroom inside outlet. Parking will be full always but we can park in the next building

I order from this branch through the burger King app and am disappointed each time. The driver marks the order as delivered 45minute s before its actually delivered. I ask for no lettuce and get lettuce. The same issues repeatedly. So disappointed will not order again.

This branch never manages to get an order right. You customize the sandwich yet they still put everything in it. On top of all of that, they’re very slow and they always bring the order with a missing item. Last time, I got my meal WITHOUT a burger! What a shame! It’s been 3 times and they mess up the order every single time

For food it’s a great place! Go for steakhouse, whopper or grilled chicken. Hence swiss n mushroom is a must.
For their breakfast thing, it’s a total failure.
They should reassess their strategy, first of all the coffee is not that great. It’s fine but it’s not a specialty coffee. Hence their competing almost with Starbucks, Costa and Tim hortons.
Burger King should compete with Macdonald’s.
Their basic coffee is 8 AED, and you can’t even have some evaporated milk aside.
Meanwhile At Macdonald’s you can have a coffee (+milk) and a doughnut or cookie for just 5AED.
Macdonald’s as always leading in their promotions and taste.
For such a chain the concerned department should study the market and penetrate on such scale.
Please re-benchmark yourself Burger king.

It was 10am and I ordered coffee and salad.the staff said no coffee.so I ordered juice instead.it take them 15 min to prepare the food. Then when the food came.there's no fork just 2 spoons. I'm not comfortable using spoon in my salad specially it's lettuce.he said he will bring.waited.but no-one come to give me a fork so I ask the counter.and they don't have any fork. Very bad experience for a big food chain restaurant. I think they need to train the staff well. And how to talk to costumers nicely and professionally.

It is a nice and quiet place to have a good meal in peace. Came with family a few days ago and enjoyed their food. This branch is a lot more convenient to visit for folks living in South Barsha than the ones in E311 and Arabian Ranches.

Conveniently located at the Dubai Hills fuel station, it’s an easy place to drop by quickly and get your fast food fix.

Value for money and above all the best fries in the world!

Last three time order booking very bad service one order drive tru book then window order book

Decent customer service, but the food quality was horrible. I had a double whopper and my stomach felt funny for the next whole day.
