Abysmal building (both office and residential towers). You need to queue to talk to the concierge, give out a ridiculous amount of details which are entered into a computer system and only then the concierge has to escort you to the elevator! Imagine doing this during rush hour… it can take you around 10 minutes just to take the elevator to visit a friend… what happened to good old intercom? !
Amazing views, lived in 2 different apartments there facing Zaabeel. The pool is big and has a great vibe. There are nice restaurants downstairs and a cool garden area. Only issue is the sewerage smell that seeps into many of the apartments, unfortunately that’s not a fixable issue.
