Lack of manners on the reception team in the main lobby. Hungs up on you over the phone whilst being rude.

It is a modern big building with a lot of facilities, with great & strategic location in the financial city of Dubai

Obviously, it's a prestigious tower for a business, needs a bit more on the facilities management internally.

It's a nice place for business setup since it's really located in the middle of DIFC

Abysmal building (both office and residential towers). You need to queue to talk to the concierge, give out a ridiculous amount of details which are entered into a computer system and only then the concierge has to escort you to the elevator! Imagine doing this during rush hour… it can take you around 10 minutes just to take the elevator to visit a friend… what happened to good old intercom? !

Nice place, however management has to work on a plan to return Burjuman same like it was before.

The building is pretty but is poorly maintained. Whatever breaks remains broken. Also, no gym and no children's area despite being advertised as such.

Amazing views, lived in 2 different apartments there facing Zaabeel. The pool is big and has a great vibe. There are nice restaurants downstairs and a cool garden area. Only issue is the sewerage smell that seeps into many of the apartments, unfortunately that’s not a fixable issue.

I love this place because I love the one Italian restaurant here. The ravioli & Co. Try to visit this place and you will love it too. The ambiance, the people and the owner.

Burjdaman tower- located near dubai mall and burj khalifa. Tower with residential options - executive suites and guest rooms. Tower hotel which is in construction will also open up shortly.
