I don't refer anyone to work there as they are totally fraud. The lady named seema owner of cafe is cheater getting her work done doing fake promise and not paying for sallery good work guys. We are humans god is watching you keep it up this will help you in future.

They have delicious starters & chart and awesome cutting chai and ofcourse great shisha & and good staff as well

Sheesha is all time awesome. And The order which we gave i.e. Khepsa rice is too good with the schezwan greavy.keep the same quality as what we get …& the staff is also too supporting and helpfull with us ️️️. Over all I love the ambience of Burnout cafe …. 5 star deserving Cafe

The main think I feel real good is that the Cafe is suitable for any situations like office meetings, party's, etc.
The service of this Cafe is awesome and service credited to lucky sir because the way of handling customers is so good.

Very Bad Manager, 100 percent cheaters I don't refer to anyone to do work for them. Also too much disgusting place with full of rats the girl I guess named seema who manage she is specially very big cheater getting done work and after not paying.

My usual place for work and puff - extremely caring staff, kool environment, suitable for casual and official gatherings.
Shisha blends are amazing, they know how to prepare and serve good shisha.

This is our usual place to Chill out with friends. Staffs are very nice always serve with smiling face. Never force anyone to order for sake of sale. J would recommend anyone to spend a quality time with loved ones

Pathetic service, charged 16AED for a lemon juice which tasted horrible, which when returned we ended up paying the full amount. AC aint working either.

Worst experience. Quality of the food was pathetic. AC wasn't working well. Ordered lemon juice which is very basic still they took more than 1 hr to serve. It was the worst i ever had in my life.i had a sip and gave them back and took the full amount from me. The service is very slow

Worst cafe ever!

We ordered 3 fresh lime soda and 1 chicken tikka pizza and it took forever to get the food on the table. Apart from the delay the taste was not at all upto the mark!
Even the fresh lime was not at all palatable.
Its a horrible place and even after discount we had to pay 160 AED. And they charge 16 dhs for this tasteless fresh lime soda!
I wont recommend this place for anyone, ever!

Really good food from most cafes it's really good seeing such a nice staff with great behaviour and talking had a really great time and their zafran flavour is a must try shesha

One of the Best Shisha Parlour in town with real flavours, perfect ambiance with Bollywood music going on in background, all staff's are very friendly & happy to serve you as many time you want.

Worst Experience ever, with the quality of food and customer service was so poor that they act rude gradually, if you don't spend up to their expectation. Sheesha is not worth the buzz.

Don't get lured by the promotions they run, Call them and verify before you go this place, as they will not have many things on menu available.

Your average shisha place, lousy and over crowded. Shisha was good, service was pathetic. I would really not recommend this place if you are going there to have a conversation.

We were waiting 45 min for 2 soups and 2 pasta in an empty room. After 45 min we received 2 soups and 1 pasta. (

The experience was average. We ordered two cocktails of pan Sheeha out of which one was very strong with the mint flavor. We ordered drinks which are also on the average side.

Amazing ambiance and one the best hookah I’ve ever had! I recommend anything with Pan and their tea (Indian chai) is out of this world! Outstanding customer service and very affordable prices. Sam you did a great job!

Try it for the zafran pan shisha. The hot beverages are ok but the food portions are really good. The masala fries are served hot and crispy with a side of mayo and ketchup. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good place to catch up with friends on a low-key night.

A bit hidden place but good for lounge type of people who have a good sense of long sittings and Gup-shup over Sheesha with good music.

Sheesha is amazing. They got exotic flavour which is a mix of different flavours. Worth trying. Place is different and nice.

Combo options available during happy hours and board games to wake up the kids inside you Only drawback I found is the location which is hardly visible for walk-in customers, other than that it is pretty decent hang out place in Karama opposite to Dubai frame.

First time and found it by coincidence. They get walk in from around Karama I guess. Sheesha is good and a small range of menu items from their own kitchen. Otherwise they order food from the next door Indian Restaurant for you

New place great theme also wednesdays they have buy 1 get 1 on sheesha for ladies, tried some of the indian food items like kebabs was tasty.

One of the best shisha cafe I have ever visited in Dubai, the best part of the cafe is the sickest graffiti interior designs, the ambience, service and the food is absolutely delicious, I tried the pizza fries and non veg platter, it was absolutely up to the mark and I also tried my favourite mocktail virgin mojito and here it was actually mouth watering, amazing taste and about the Shisha, I would say it's one of the best in dubai, I have tried the fruitella and zafraan spring water flavours and I loved it, i would definitely recommend this cafe to everyone.

The ambience is amazing. It's spacious and you feel very relaxed. Something new and definitely to give a try. In love with this place

Amazing place for sheesha lovers.foodies won't be disappointed as well. Their kitchen produces some finger licking stuff that one shouldn't miss. Friendly and informative staff. Will visit again very soon for sure.
