We really had such a great experience at Bushman in Ananatara The Palm, my son Rafa enjoyed the food and friendliness of the staff! We would like to mention the team who made this experience extra amazing Chef Gaurav, Preeti, Tikka and Kuya!

The steak was so rich, tender and so juicy! Juiceness overload!
Cant wait to come back!

My kids and I just spent NYE at Bushman’s. Normally for such a location and an event like this, you expect food to be overpriced and service to be mediocre, due to the pressures of the evening.

We had an incredible meal made of the highest quality ingredients, worth every penny! The service could not be faulted either. Staff were hospitable, jovial and accomodating. I wish I can remember the name of our waitress so I can give her a shoutout.

I highly recommend this establishment and will certainly go out of my way to keep coming back!

We ate at the bushman’s twice while staying Anantara. The service was superb. Victoria our hospitality on both evenings was so professional and nothing was to much trouble. She had very good knowledge of the menu and had some great recommendations. The restaurants decor is very in keeping with the Australian theme. Exceptionally clean had live music on both evenings which set a really nice atmosphere. We definitely recommending eating at the bushman. If you are you staying at the Antara or you’re just in Dubai. Thankyou for a great experience

Ok and fair enough to be paying the prices as it’s on the palm, but the food is very average

The best restaurant at Anantara! It has absolutely no rivals!
I found it magnificent, cosy, nicely decorated and well lighting (which is no small thing and not easy to find).
Australian influenced dishes prepared with great skill and beautifully plated.
Excellent cuisine, quick and attentive service, incredible staff from first to last!

Steak was excellent and among the most flavourful I have had. The live berry based dessert was great done live but tasted so-so.

Our most favourite place to dine at the Anantara Hotel in Dubai!

First, we planned to dine there only at one evening, but the food, the service and the atmosphere were very good, that we ended up eating there every night during our whole week stay at the hotel

The food, either meat or fish dishes were always fantastic! The service was always absolutely friendly and caring - especially for our extra wishes for our kids- were also a good reason to visit the restaurant every night.

Thank you for making our holidays not only culinary but also eventfully special!

The restaurant was not very busy when we visited to lacked atmosphere which is not a major problem as we was more intrested in the food and drink.
I would say the food and drink was good the staff were excellent and very friendly.
The downside was that for the quality of the food and the restaurant there are plenty of other restaurants on the palm are better but not as expensive as this was which I felt was to much for the overall experience.

Atmosphere there is great for everything food and music (live guitar, singing) beast place in this area, after dinner you can play to billiard?

Wonderful dining experience with delicious food and fantastic service by Jack and his team. Definitely a must-eat place when at The Palm!

One of my favorites on the resort. The Aussie pie is amazing with an amazing crust that truly is one of a kind.

Wow, food was amazing, so much of it too, we were served by an Australian, so authentic. Loved the decor.

Great Australian food! Full bar, and attached to the hotel. Make reservations before you go. The picture attached Is thier tomahawk steak.

Unfortunately I was expecting a high end steak joint, very disappointed with the food, felt more like a glorified Australian pub. Restaurant was super hot, couldn’t settle in and feel comfortable, which ruined the experience. Thanks anyway

The buffet breakfast was my kids favorite. The crepes and omeletes are great! We also had dinner there and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Over all great experience.

One of the amazing steak I ever had in my life. Very humble service. Much visit place for steak lovers.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend im Buschman’s verbracht, der sicher nicht der letzte bleibt. Tolle Weine, hervorragender Service und exzellentes Essen.

Service was very slow. Very overpriced. I spent 831 AE for a paper thin Waygu Ribeye steak, Braised beef Pasta and 3 pints.it is a sin to serve thin Ribeyes. Although the steak had a nice flavor and was prepared to taste It was more like a breakfast steak. My date had the Braised beef Pasta of which had very little meat. Basically had to dig through all the pasta to find the little bits of beef. Completely disappointed in service and Price. The flat bread appetizer is bland and boring. I am surprised that this place has so many positive reviews. Considering I very rarely ever complain. I just don't see it!

One of the better restaurants I have been to. I planned visiting this place because you can order crocodile and kangaroo meat here. My husband said the steak was great, but has had better before.
I was surprised that crocodile is tougher than I anticipated! The times I've alligator it was soft, but this was different, and I suppose makes sense since it's a different animal. All items we ordered had a great taste (except the daikon that came with my kangaroo sirloin, that was not so tasty).
The decor is nice and unique, lots of cork and other woodsy things along with chicken wire and some stuffed animals.
They offer knives to choose from to use with your meal which was a nice touch. But, unfortunately the blades were all incredibly dull and a butter knife would have cut our steaks better.
PS. The brownie was great for dessert.
Overall a good experience and one I appreciate being able to have.

Any sauce is a detriment to the amazing meat, regardless of how good the sauce is.

Live music is a very nice touch. But food it very expensive for what is in the plate. Would be a place I recommend to have a drink as the margaritas are very nice. However.located is too far away to go specially for that.

Terrible and careless service! The waiters are just all over the place: (we asked for a table and the waitress asked us to sit at the bar and wait until the table gets ready.after 15 minutes we followed up about the table and she completely forgot about us. The restaurant was not full, the waiters were just having fun instead of taking care of the guests.
Once we sat at the table they brought the hot starter without the preordered bread. By the time the brought the bread the hot starter got cold.and so and so on.

Absolutely dissatisfied! Do not recommend if you are looking for good food & service.

Fabulous restaurant which I would highly recommend. We ate there three times in our ten day stay. The staff were also excellent and could not do enough for you or be faulted.

Great food, really friendly staff with a warm atmosphere. Really enjoyed the scallops, with the Mahi Mahi. Highly recommended.

The poolside common areas are great with chairs and umbrellas for free. Also the servers are ever present to provide whatever you like from their cafe menu. My wife is hard to cook for since she has to special order for low salt. The chef nailed it perfectly. That was memorable.
