Had a very good experience using them until the agent decided not to work with "unfamiliar customers". Stopped giving me help because other customers made them loose money. Very poor personality and customer care is nowhere to be found.

Need your management attention on the ladies washroom in located in 4th floor. For almost 9 months the exhaust/ventilation is not working. Imagine using washroom with all the heat, smell and humidity.
