Business Venue Building

Visited this building for our office Ejari at ground floor. It was very fast and easy to make Ejari. Ground floor there are Taashil, Amer, Ejari and on-time center for Dubai Court work. During office hours finding parking is a bit challenge. Most of these centers are open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Visited Al Adheer Office opp. Al Nasr Club, Oudh Metha on 14th April around 11.30 am. There were many counters to serve the customers. But I noted that on about 40% of the counters the staff was unable to assist the customers as they had a problem with their IT system.
Secondly, their Manager was not in office and hence my Job couldn't be completed. I was advised to come next day. I am not impressed.

Whenever going to Al Adheed Center or Amer for any labour issues don't forget to carry all your documents required along with Makani number of yours and your companies, also most fees are charged in cash. Met Ms. Kawther Qassab extremely patience and helpful.

Awesome variety but not so awesome prices because the moment they see the demand of an item they will increase the price to double at midnight hahaha

The labour court and also the closeness to other labour agencies made my experience wonderful. I like Dubai for using well trained and friendly staff in most of their facilities.
The reason UAE will continue to grow is because the have create a system which embraces discipline.

The building from inside looks good. It was really great to see people following security measures due to the COVID19 Pandemic

Nice building, has comfortable lounges to wait, pretty cool cafeteria. Never seen a busy work place quieter than this place but the ding dong sound from the elevevator sometimes annoys as you can hear it from any part of the building. Great place for businesses. The whole setup is aesthetically pleasing (especially the view from the elevator) and well maintained.
