Byblos Lebanese Grill Restaurant

The location is distinctive, but it needs development and modernization of services and furniture

Decent food taste however it is not in line with the price thus losing it's value for money. This is in comparison with other similar Lebanese restaurant.

Also the experience was not quite warm.

The food wasn't good
And the chicken that they have is not fresh
We didn't complete eat the food.
Grilled hammour fillet is bad

Can't tell about the food, but coffee (cappuccino) is just hot milk. Barely a drop of coffee

We ordered mixed grill for 2 people. The meat was very, very tasty and tender, with bread and small side dishes. The salad plate was huge, we were missing a bit of the dressing and half a head of cabbage was too much. All in all, a great restaurant with first-class service and very tasty meat. We can definitely recommend it

The food and service were great, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the toilets wasn't good

The place smells nice so went to try shish chicken tawook, but they really long time, but before they served some salad and pickles which tastes amazing, and I was expecting more for main order then the chicken tawook came and was really disappointed with the taste and spices which doesn't tastes fresh.

Friendly staff and good service. Food was very good. But I was disappointed of one thing, because they did not serve the tipical Lebanese bread that l was expecting to get. The outside seating slightly to noisy because of the near highway. Overall a good choice and worth to come back

Bad service, no service mind. The food has no test, we were 4 people and ordered different meals today but no one was good,

I fully recommend to visit this place, they serve food with lot of free vegetables, dips, pickles and bread. Everything was too tasty, but portions were so big that we couldn’t even handle to finish it.
Staff is really nice, smiley faces and always trying to help you. They even gave us free melon and watermelon as a gift.

We had dinner there yesterday on a whim after walking past the place and where very well treated. We got excellent food that was in very big portions at an affordable price. We even got a complimentary water lemon desert plate. We left very full and satisfied.

This place is very underrated. Coming into town from a late flight and feeling like something refreshing and light, we ordered the tabbouleh, fattoush, sambosa jibne and saj, and it was absolutely delicious. The balance of flavour is definitely there, and the quality is also there.

Pathetic Customer Services
gave an online order and specifically told No Mayonnaise No Garlic No Tahina yet the order delivered had Mayonnaise in it when we call back who ever was on the reception kept giving us stories to please check
We ordered just one building away so came back to the restaurant brought the order and he said he will change it.

When i asked for manager he said he is the one and doesnt want to give me his name cause i did say i will complain
Please train your staff properly pathetic customer service.

I ordered the mix plate for one person but they have charged me the plate of 2 person.

The taste was good.

The service was acceptable.

After 10+ years coming here, I may stop. Quality and quantity are down and prices are up. This time I received an avocado salad with a large amount of brown avocado…not appetizing. I also had to ask for bread, and they didn’t offer the normally excellent pickled side dish. The lentil soup is still very good.

Amongst all the great food we had, their pita and hummus stood out and were exceptionally flavorful! Great service, and great view of the Museum too.

Ordered humas bairuti and shish kebab,
Both were excellent in taste. Humas bairuti is a bit spicy then Normal one.
Located on main shaikh Zayed road.

A trap. Add dishes we never ordered. The owner told us after 10 min of negotiations that is not “his problem”. Stay away from this trap.

Great place! Good food, very decent prices! Good shisha with 55-65 Dirhams! Very friendly staff! Close to Crowne Plaza SZR.

We usually go to this restaurant, but we went first time after COVID
Overall we seems that the charm of the restaurant is gone and the interior is seems flat.
We ordered mix grill, but accomplishments like French fries and vegetable are not there and the Kuboose was served as we are buying the packet from grocery shops.

But the staff behavior is good

Below average restaurant.
The quality of their shawarma is not good.
Prices high compared to the quality.

The worst service ever. They are so un respected restaurant. After one hour of taking my order they said its not available. Really very bad don't come here

They charged my credit card twice.the manager made it in purpose. He even changed the menue price.
اجرو عمليتين على بطاقتي لنفس الطلب. المدير المصري يحاول يتكلم بلهجه لبنانيه اهو اللي سحب من البطاقه مرتين متعمد. انتبهو منه. المكان والاكل اقل بكثير من عادي. بيقولون لكم هذا المنيو بس الأسعار تختلف.

Food is absolutely overrated below average generally. Pricy and small portions. I’d recommend to invest money in a better restaurant

Overpriced and overrated, the bread and saj are prepared much better at other Lebanese cuisine restaurants, grilled boneless chicken was good.

An unassuming restaurant amongst the street level shops across Sheik Zayed Rd from the Emirates Towers area. A pretty good sized menu, I went for Lamb kabobs. They were fantastic! I will be stopping here again next time I am in Dubai.

I found this place very neat and clean.

Average service and overpriced in general, the good thing is that the restaurant open 24 hours. Separated areas for smoking. The parking is very limited.

From 2015 i visit this restaurant once a year and every year it do not disappoint me with it's same standard quality of food and the good tast for all BBQS and Lebanese dishes that this restaurant are specialist in
Also the place are clean everywhere
So i hope it will keep the same standard next year
