C CENTRAL RESORT THE PALM

Beautiful accommodation with a view, excellent cuisine and beautiful swimming.
Opposite the center of Dubai, calm from people and streets clogged with cars

We were for a family vacation for 5 nights in Dubai. We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights in this resort. Everything was going well when we checked-in.while we were heading towards the room, one of the staffs happened to be from my hometown said guests were very much dissatisfied with the resort and were moving to some good hotels/resorts. We didn’t take him seriously though.
But later when we moved to room, we found dust everywhere, huge construction work just outside our room. We were sad and asked the staff in reception to do something about it. All he had to say we can’t do anything. Then we talked to manager and somehow, he gave us 2 rooms in different floor. We thought our problem was solved. But later at night when we came back to resort, we have to face a lot of problems at night
1. No sound proofing was done
2. If someone walks in lobby, we could easily hear footsteps
3. We could clearly hear people talking outside the rooms
4. Opening and closing of rooms were disturbing us again and again
5. My other room was interconnected to someone else’s room, where people talking to each other was clearly heard and disturbing
Later that night when we called reception to do something about it, the answer was “we can’t do anything”. This pissed me off and at 3 A. M, I was searching for hotels. I did my reservation in other hotel for the next 3 days.
Next day while check-out I asked them for refund, all they said there will be no refund and ended up with saying “SORRY”
Very much disappointed and dissatisfied with this resort.

Very clean rooms, always friendly staff. Very tasty food! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
No matter whether at the pool or on the beach - you will always find a free lounger!
There is a spa on the 8th floor where you can use the jacuzzi and steam bath for free.

The construction sites next door are actually a bit annoying, especially given the price! We also found it a shame that the all-inclusive offer was somewhat limited (you didn't get the full range of drinks here, only selected drinks/cocktails) - we don't know that from many other hotels!
We wished we didn't have to constantly be asked on the beach whether we wanted to book massages, facial treatments or water sports.

Checking out with a fresh start for the coming days because of the comfortable stay and great food. The staffs were accommodating also especially Ajit upon our checkin and a warm smile for Ms jona while we were checking out. Thumbs up!

Had a amazing stay at C Central, first of they upgraded is to superior rooms upon our check in, the service was exemplary from the team at the reception.
The rooms were spacious with an amazing view of the palm.
Food was excellent with plenty of options to suit all taste buds.
Chose the romantic setup and Ruth made sure it was executed perfectly, many thanks to Ruth and the whole team for that.
There is some construction going on around the hotel but that did not hinder our experience in the slightest!
Planning on booking again!

Absolutely amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Friendly staff and on the Palm Jumeirah. Views are amazing! The pool in the resort is good and kid friendly too!

Hotel is not ready to accept the guests and should let all know about 3 constructions around, which you facing from your room windows and from the beach. Noise and dust are obvious consequences.
Not only they didn't warn but even refused to make any upgrade. We have paid a full price for 5 star hotel on Palm hoping to enjoy our time, not see and hear all Noise from active construction sites. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
People should be aware before booking.
I do understand this is out of your control, but you are responsible for your guests comfort hence you should let them know and adjust the prices accordingly due to the inconvenience caused, out of your control but unfortunately effecting people who are staying with you.

I was very excited to celebrate my husband's birthday in this hotel but Unfortunately, I didn't like many things and the worst thing was the beach access was closed (I called the reception they didn't mention)

Nice hotel, the staff is amazing, especially Aisha in front office, the kitchen team they did excellent job to refilled my request, I was planning to spend one night here but I extend for more, this hotel will be my stop point in dubai

We had a great stay at C Central Hotel. Staff was very welcoming and amazing special thanks to Eddie, Anant, Johnson, Arnold and Peter you guys make our stay a memorable one.

The beach need more signs, like the timings hours. Or instructions. On when can we go to the water.

The life guard misused his authority and ruined my day but he had good intentions as to save me from any harm. However he was harsh with me as I used the sea water at 6.57am and the time to use the water as per his duty it starts at 7.00am exactly. So literally for 3 minutes he was rude honestly. Even he apologized but what happened has happened.
As for the Music. We came on Saturday supposed to leave on Sunday. The music ended on Staurday at 5pm and that's absurd. It should stay till at least 10.00pm and make the people dance and drink. It's a Saturday night damn it? How can the management do that. We went and slept so early because there was entertainments at all. And on Sunday the day was so calm. The music started at 12.00noon which is really weird. The music must entertain us not made to make us bored. I want music to be energetic.
The food assortment and the drinks were good but they don't compliment the fun we were looking for.
So we the three couples advice you to have energy rolling on Saturdays and Sundays and make those two days are excellent every week.

3 stars given to the amazing receptionist who checked me in.friendly welcoming staff with fast service, and the location. However, I do not see this hotel as a 5 star hotel. During my stay I suffered from the noise (other guests on the next balcony and the other is playing loud music next door). The valet did not park my car in the garage, you can imagine how it was to get into the car in August (literal hell). The hotel interior is nice and the room was comfortable. Bathroom was very organized and well cleaned however I wouldn’t go back as my experience does not match my expectations

Service and facilities were amazing, Entire resort always kept clean. Would stay here again and recommend to others also. Great for families, couples or singles. Thankyou to all the staff for making this such a great stay for my wife and I honeymoon.

The only negative this is the location far away, but if you’re here for relaxation this is the place for you. All the staff are good, nice and welcoming.the beach and pool are great. The lifeguards are great, especially Mr. Divine! What a nice guy. Always there to help, always smiling, and funny guy too. I’ll be back here for sure to see Mr. Divine again. Thanks Divine, you’re the best!

I loved the place, great location, great food, good service from the staff and a great ambiance at the pool bar.

The hotel is located at the Palm Jumerirah Crescent road, which is one of the best hotel locations in Dubai. The reservation representative, Mr. Nizar was more than happy to answer all our queries and we found him to be very helpful and genuine person. He gave us a good deal and it was a pleasure to contact him.

Rooms: We booked three deluxe rooms with balcony, out of which, two were interconnecting rooms. Our two-year-old had fun running between the connected rooms. The rooms were relaxing, ambient, and well furnished.

Gym: The gym is located on the 8th floor with great 180 degree view of the neighbourhood. The gym was small and the equipment were scarce. However, since it was not at all crowded, the space constraint was not felt. Nevertheless, it may be noted that the gym would feel crowded for more than 5 occupants.

Pool: Now, moving on to the pool experience. The pool entry is from 7 am till 7 pm, until sunset. Indeed the pool design is one of the highlights of the hotel. Remarkable landscaping, patios and external dry decks arrangement made the pool stand out. It has good swimming area as well. If you step out of the pool and walk a little further down, you will get to the private beach.

Food: We opted for half board package. The dinner served at the Waves restaurant was simply amazing. Never miss this restaurant if you could include it in the package. The restaurant supervisor Mr. Sanjay, along with Mr. Vijay were welcoming, courteous and attentive. Their buffet breakfast was also good. Thanks to Ms. Harshita for her pleasant, upbeat attitude.

Recommendation: It is recommend to opt for premium rooms instead of their deluxe rooms if you would prefer a far better exterior view. The issue we faced was that the poor view from the balcony disappointed us. The nearby building under construction stole majority of our balcony view. We reported this to the front desk and requested for a room change. Our preference was to have three adjacent rooms as well. Therefore, the solution offered by them to move to a higher floor with non-adjacent rooms wasn't desirable.

This adds up the positive and negative experience we had at the hotel. All together, the stay was pleasurable with excellent hospitality. For family holidays, this hotel is a great choice.

Construction across the place doesn't make it likeable nor can you really sleep well! Food and staff amazing!

Just returned from 5 nights on C Central.
Lovely hotel, great service and staff, Especially the Consierge staff.
Beautiful pool overlooking the private beach and across to the neighbouring fronds of the palm.
Food great, seems to be different prices in the C grill to the Mojito pool bar but all good. We don't think the breakfast was worth £25 per person but tried it once.
Nice clean rooms and hotel throughout. My only negative was the housekeeping arriving at 6.30pm to clean the room while we were getting ready to head out for the evening.
Building work next door isn't ideal and unavoidable. Wish we were upgraded to a better room with a pool/sea view

It's a building site at the moment work finish1.30 am & starts again at 5am so impossible to.sleep. 2 cement mixers with flashing lights were outside our window until after 1.39 am.restaurant & bar Service is slow generally, we had pre- paid airport transfer & they tried to charge us again, requested Ice to bedroom twice never received it

Keys regularly cut out. Dinner food was poor, 2 of our party were sick after.
It's not 4 star!

No coffee machine in rooms as suggested, kettle & nescafe are considered coffee making facilities.

No wine glasses in room as listed.

Housekeeping were excellent & helpful

Amazing place, super nice stuff specially the girls at the reception desk and Niza and Deyar those are too corporate, everything is perfect. Actually this is my always choice for my staycation

Exceptional customer service here. The staff really understands hospitality. Pretty good breakfast bar and the quality of the rooms and property is great as well. Things to keep in mind if you’re new to Dubai: the beach is not much of a beach, more like a channel between the palms. Great views of the city skyline though. As of the date I write this (Dec 2021), id recommend getting a water view suite if you mind looking at views of construction of adjacent property.

Terrible experience. We were there very early and had to wait forever for check in, even if it was clearly referring to 3.00pm in the booking

Very noisy hotel as there are construction works next door but even after getting a room on the other side we were forced to wake up at 8.00am every day as the loud music starts by the pool and continues all day
Food is very average too

Pool and Beach Brunch, DJ, Shisha, and plenty of food. Great staff, we were well attended by all staff

Total scum, I paid 7 nights ended up staying only 2 because it’s family friendly and full of kids and families and they never mentioned this, so I asked a refund of the rest of the nights that I already paid, they said they sent the refund but it’s almost one month gone and I didn’t see any money don’t think I’m going to get it at this point since the receptionist said it will take max 5 days, so if you looking to go this hotel don’t book lots of days because if you don’t like and want to cancel you getting robbed!

The place is fantastic. The hotel is new, very clean and luxury! But the best in the hotel is Mr. Farhat and his team! I am very pleased of how kind they are! I really want to thank to Mr. Farhat, Mr. Thushan, chef Paul, chef Tosif, Mrs. Alla on the reception and all of the staff (sorry, I don't know the name of all of you) but all of you make our holiday fantastic. For sure I will recommend you to all of my friends that are visiting amazing Dubai! I am really grateful for all of the things that you make for us.

More of a serviced apartments type of place. Somehow lobby and restaurants don't feel like a real hotel.

Full sheet, all inclusive menu attached, no beach at all, sheet service, building under construction close to the hotel, all night heavy trucks traffic.

Nice hotel at the Palm.
We got upgraded without even asking anything and we extended the check out for free.
Staff is very nice.
The room was huge, clean and with a balcony.
You’ll sleep like a baby, the mattress was so comfy!
The room service is super fast and good quality. You can order directly on the tablet which is useful.

Breakfast buffet was fine, there is eggs station and waffle/pancakes one outside close to the swimming pool. French bakeries a little bit dry but the other dishes were good (I recommend the burritos.delicious!).

There are some construction works close to the hotel, so better you book a room ohh beach view not to be bothered (a little bit more expensive).

Gave one star because of no choice. I haven't even stayed in the hotel. I booked a room two months ago and the reception was forcing me and my family to take a suite. Saying that the room wasn't enough for us. Although the room size was enough as I stayed in smaller room before. My kids were small and they preferred to stay in the same room with us. The guy at the reception shouldn't be forcing us, telling us to pay extra for the suit, which was way more than we booked. Very disappointed, we had to search for another hotel and it was night. We were tired from a long trip.

Nice swimming pool with big pool for kids, no kids activities tho. Not for families, alot of influencers taking pics everywhere! Which is sort of disturbing for families. Nice multi cuisine breakfast, easy parking and nice location near Al Nakhieel mall.

Nicely decorated hotel with awesome pool at the beach. Rooms were very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Price was not expensive for its location at The Palm.

More of a business hotel - didn’t really enjoy my stay as much I thought I would. Recommended more for business stay then. A relaxing staycation!

Brand new structure but very bad managed. Food is terrible, 50% of rooms are very noising, from any balcony you can look into 10 rooms at least.
Front office manager are inadequate, the front desk is full of clients asking for rooms changing and protesting for many problems.
Swimming pool is small and frequently full of people.
Anyway the worst thing is the attitude very rude of front desk managers, they will make lose a lot of money of this hotel.
Definitely avoid this hotel, I tell you.

Beautiful hotel! Went for coffee launch of Dalla Corte espresso machine! Experienced a winter afternoon there tasting coffee and some snacks! If you wana see a beautiful sunset facing the palm, this is your place

A great pool with good view, yummy food

We went for an event here by the pool; the views are perfect. Coffees are great at the Baristas Corner.

New cozy hotel. Customer service is very good. I loved the stuff on reception. Friendly girls speaks both Russian and English. They treat mel like a family member during my long stay at their hotel. Thanks to Yousef I've got a good rate. Stuff of this hotel gets 5*. They are the best.

Not budget minded. But the hospitality made me feel like royalty. I would say most rooms are likely to have a view of water. I paid extra to upgrade for a view which was not a great one.

The restaurant was phenomenal. They have amazing chefs. I had the supper buffet and the set lunch. Both were top notch. The lunch was way too much food for one person.

The doorman was always greeting me and looking out for me. My flight was not until midnight but they held my bags for me until my taxi came. Taxi was 150 AED set price. The organized car through the hotel was 220 AED and met me with a sign. And took my bags.

The hotel is kind of far from airport. But it is a neat area with a private beach and beautiful pool. (Was very cold when I was there). I did not have the opportunity to view the 8th floor jacuzzi. I am a bit disappointed I missed out on that.

The fellow in the gift shop wad very charismatic. I found his pricing slightly more than the airport duty free pricing. Maybe I could have gotten him to lower in price more with some efforts. He has a great selection of keep sakes. He did lower prices when I did not agree to pay this much. No prices are on his items. Just saying.

The coffee shop had a few different people during my stay and they were all nice and the coffee was not my fave. The teas however were really nice to dry. They have a huge selection.

Beautiful hotel. Love the layout on the inside as well as the pool features. The breakfast is delicious with made to order omlettes, pancakes, and French toast. The rest of the buffet is great too, but the guys making the omelettes are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. Of you need to stay in the Dubai, this is a wonderful option.

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but that was reflected in the room rate. Pool bar and restaurant are great, if a little pricey for the quality. Overall a great hotel for the price but not the Palm's finest.
