This review is regarding new employees to the company. Having faced two interviews I was offered employment as a graphic designer. The company offer letter specified probation of three months only.
Having served the organization for twelve months my employment was made permanent automatically as per the terms in the offer letter. The company staff were sent on vacation as per the employment terms.
The undersigned was assigned multi tasks to keep the business operation active. During the absence of other designers I performed my duties diligently with dedication.
If the management was dissatisfied with my services they should have terminated my contract prior to the three months’ probation period.
After a period of ten calendar months the Managing Director informed me verbally that he is not satisfied with my performance.
In response to the new entrance of the company the Managing Director always say if you do not get your work visa then you will have to face the consequence of the state.
I was offered employment on visit visa and the company did not obtain the work visa whereby I had to return to my country with no remuneration for the work done. As per the MD 5000 AED had been paid but there was no proof of payment. The UAE government imposed a fine for overstay valued at 12500 AED. This amount was not paid due to the weak organizational management and I have been black listed in the UAE Immigration and Emigration.
At this moment of time I have been barred from entering the country to seek employment due to the reason of mismanagement and lack of capacity, capability and competencies.
