Very beautiful and unique showroom with a very professional sales person (Basma) she really has a very nice handling way, I recommend this showroom for all.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cadillac showroom, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Basma, the sales representative there. Her expertise in explaining the features and benefits of different models was evident, and she patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of each option.

An outstanding Sales Consultant you have, Miss Basma not only a friendly person showing caring and professionalism, but she is going beyond that, my 2 kids was so annoying as usual:) i was so impressing but she faced that with the cutest smile i ever seen and she explained every thing for us, she did not miss to treat us for a nice coffee and i booked with her Cadillac Escalade today only because she makes me feels the dealership who hire someone like her will give me peace of mind later, thank you so much basma, Al Ghandi Auto, Cadillac

This is the best service and customer care I have ever recvd. I had some trouble with dealing with another representative from the main showroom which wasn't even related to Cadillac city walk but a group company. But when I told Basma the showroom representative at city walk about this. She immediately intervened and sorted my entire issue out. I really appreciate her help and commitment. And I look forward to buying more vehicles from this dealer with the faith that they have also good people like Basma who go out of their way to help a customer in trouble. Worst experience at a car dealership ever. This lady called Basma working there told me she has a car ready at the Yard available for me, let me pay the down payment, told me 14th April my car is sent out for preperation and tells me 2 weeks after this my car didn’t arrive, it comes with next shipment (after she told me before the car is already at the yard and after that it got send out to preperation - make it make sense). Then on Sunday she tells me she will give me the down payment back and tells me the shipment got issues, but it’s Cadillacs fault and not hers is what she is telling.

After I confronted her in the conversation with the lies she was telling me, she told me „save your breath and stop annoying me“. I got the whole convo saved at forwarded to my lawyer already.

If this is the service that Cadillac is offering and this Basma lady is representing the brand I stick to Mercedes-Benz and Range Rover!

I went to this dealership 3 times to get information about a specific vehicle. The salesperson is either not available or when they are available they have no information whatsoever about the car that is going to be for sale and is on display in the showroom.
