We were only there for dinner, the interior of the hotel was nice, interesting everything in the Ceasar design. The staff was friendly, caring.
Food: was hmmmm ordinary. I expected Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen to be something waaaauuuu, I've eaten better, I'm critical because I've eaten different foods from different cuisines of the world.

Amazing day by the pool. Fortuna pool is the best for families.
The Staff is AMAZING! THANKS again to Prakash, Fiona and all the team. Prakash always make our stay magical. Highly highly recommand the day pass there. Food and beverages and Amazing too and coconut water are included.
Will come again again for sure.
Neptune pool is also magnificent with à very Beverly Hills atmosphère.
We can t wait to come back and baby Lyn is excited too to come visit again.
Thanks to the whole team for making our venue always a wonderful experience.

This place goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable and luxurious as possible. I know it's only 5 star, but it feels like a 7 star hotel. The staff ensure you don't have to lift a finger, from amenities promptly delivered to your door, to arrange bookings, arranging taxis with only a wait of under a minute, buggy lifts around the massive residence so you don't have to walk coming within seconds of them calling. Everything is very comfortable inside including couches and seating with refrigerated cooling and drinks and food brought to you in the lobby whilst you wait after checkout. The many pools are so relaxing and spacious, with a beach right behind the pool, plenty of cabanas, with waiters serving with fresh towels, free iced water buckets and cocktails delivered to you pool side. There are plenty of restaurants/bars in the facility and are all very highly rated and well know so you never have to leave. They can also deliver from the restaurants to your room including alcohol or even a midnight snack. The staff is so warm, friendly and welcoming. They hate to disappoint, so if there's something you need that they don't have they will do everything they can to ensure your needs are met. This is my second stay here in the past 2 years and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Dubai. It feels like my second home. Was extremely sad to be leaving and can not wait to come back.

Best hotel for a quite and relaxing vacation, great for staycation and beach one day pass too

The first Caesars Palace outside of Las Vegas brings a touch of ancient Rome to Dubai. The non-gaming resort offers plenty of other distractions with a trendy private beach club, a Pantheon-style theatre, a cutting-edge spa and a restaurant by Gordon Ramsay.

The resort is set on the manmade Bluewaters island, off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence, and is accessible by bridge – it overlooks Ain Dubai, the soon-to-be world's tallest observation wheel. This hotel is a true GEM and the best 5 star resort we've visited, and we've been to a lot of luxury resorts around the world. The moment your taxi is parking in front of the lobby employees rush to open your door whilst others automatically care for the luggage - all done before we even paid the driver. Being greeted heartwarming by everyone gave us a true feeling of everyone being happy to have us around as their guests throughout our stay. All employees including room/restaurant/pool staff etc were extremely friendly and attentive. The location itself is simply astonishing, wonderful modern roman-like setup, very clean up to the littlest detail with a wonderful selection and setup of pools / beach areas / restaurants.a true 5 star experience.

So in this hotel you combine the best service we have ever experienced including the most attentive and heartwearming employees with one of the best locations regarding room, pools and restaurants we've ever come across. Thanks everyone at the hotel for this wonderful experience, we will come back for sure!

This hotel was planned as hotel 2/3 during our vacation in Dubai, the last hotel was the Sofitel at the palm, another 5 star location.however after experiencing the Caesars Palace and it's service the contrast was huge, we were so disappointed by the Sofitel that we even came back to the Caesars for our last 2-3 days (although not being able to cancel or refund our booking at the Sofitel). The Caesars was the apex of our trip and travel experience. Thank you for this wonderful and pristine experience, we will meet again soon!

It's family friendly (kids club called EMPIRE CLUB) with many activities throughout the day (gets sanitised every couple of hours).
The spa experience was out of this world
We were in Juluis tower but had access to the palace as well. (Pool options)

Reception staff kept my scared 12 year old niece waiting at reception lost and alone whilst serving other guests, even after she had already told them which group she was with. After expressing our dissapoitment a reception staff member ran towards one of our group members and spat at him, during this unfortunate covid crisis to which they admitted to after viewing their cctv! A manager had not come to speak to us about this matter until 4 days had passed and only because the victim wrote a review about his terrible experience. I have since learnt they offered no compensation to them. He is now going to the Dubai authorities about this shocking behaviour he experienced from the staff at Caezers Palace, Bluewaters Dubai. This turned our whole holidays experience after only 2 days into our much needed family vacation.

Very luxury yet comfortable place with amazing restaurants and venues to visit and enjoy. The lobby selection of foods and drinks are amazing and their happy hour and the afternoon tea is just very delightful!

It’s a newer location 2019, opposite Dubai Marina. At the cove beach. Great Hotels: Caesars Palace, - Resort & Residence. Ain is the biggest ferries wheel with 250-260 Meter (London eye 135 Meter)
It will start with the Dubai World Expo 2020 in October!

Great food options on the resort side with beautiful views of jbr and the sea. Great for couples and families. Pool is great and have direct sea access.

2 nd time in a year staying at this hotel and I love it, it has the Oceanic feeling of the beach it’s wide clean and has no construction around it, modern design of the rooms

Went to the secret circus brunch here. Really good vibe with excellent views of the city. The food was beautiful and so much variety. Various drinks is stations to quench your thirst. Entertainment was really good too with a few fun games to be played on balcony, really enjoyed this event with good friends. I would recommend for adults of all ages.

The Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai is a fantastic place. By staying at the hotel you have access to all the facilities. Private beach and private pools for exemple. The beach is awesome and the water is way better looking than in Dubai Marina! But you'll have to deal with the planes noises as a plane runway is close. The architecture is, as you can see on pictures, incredible. And the view is rare. Plus I enjoyed the neighborhood.
However all of this has a cost. At the moment, prices are fine in comparison of other hotels. But all the restaurants and consommations are extremely expensive, like at least 160 AED for ribs and 80 AED for a basic glass of wine.

Personally I am very disappointed about the outside staff even though the lobby staff is very friendly, helpful and warm.
Effectively I've been really badly interpellate at least three times per day (during 5 days). They wanted me to justify where was I going or from where was I coming. I'm french, this is my 10th time in Dubaï, I have family living in Dubaï and I never felt that bad accused for nothing. Even cops are more friendly when they control your ID.
I wish the hotel will improve on these situations. I really wish.

Beautiful area to chill for a change, Food was good, however the portions were small, The menu was very limited and away over priced. Expect to pay between 200 and 300 USD for two without alcohol drinks.

Great Place to relax. The location is far better than on the Palm. The bridge to Jumeirah Beach is a great possibility.
