Café Bateel - Mirdif City Centre

This is the worst branch of Bateel in UAE that I have ever been to. The staff is really not helpful nor welcoming. We have ordered date’s pudding and found a hair in the pudding, supervisor “Rejoice” was informed. She took the plate and kept us waiting for 15 minutes telling us that she will investigate with the chef, instead of immediately replacing the pudding. She came back after 15 minutes telling us that the chef does not know about the hair as if we are the ones putting the hair in the food. Very disappointing and not respectful at all.

Amazing food and Amazing Staff in Mirdif City Center. I love coming here every weekends for breakfast.

I had a delightful experience at Cafe Bateel in Mirdif City Center. The pasta and French toast were delicious, and the overall ambiance allowed for a pleasant time spent with a friend. It's a great place to enjoy good food and company.

After many months of thinking, 'need to go to bateel' finally, i went there.

I ordered a club sandwich and meat balls.
The club sandwich was in special bread slices containing date pieces (you have to order for it, they will ask). Quality and freshness were on top. However, taste was not as i expected (bit blend) but not bad also, just ok.

On the other hand, meat balls were so yummy served with bagoul (wheat type grain), i believe. Tasteful, good in serving size and quality of ingredients and freshness was again on top.

Must go place.
Planning to visit there again soon.

Previously the staff were very professional, looks like management have resorted to cheap labour, the staff are rude, I used to be a regular, until this phenomenon dominated. Good luck with your quality standards.

If you like fancy dishes and classy cafe bateel is your best choice in city center.food is great and beverages are great as well.the cool things it s on entertainer app so you can use for some good offers.it s expensive when it comes to lunch or dinner. I recommend the Moroccan tea (like every restaurant you can control your spending depends on the menu)

Café but they do serve hot meal as well.
All items are tasty and yummy
Tho service is quite slow at sometimes!
Not easy to find table as the place is too busy.
And relatively expensive compered to the competator

I went to Bateel with my friends for breakfast. The food was amazing, service was outstanding. I truly recommend this place.

If you want to try a true Arabic coffee then visit Bateel. Date pudding is also delicious. Service is good and staff are professional too

It was good but different, but on the higher side of a burden on your pocket. Asparagus Soup was 10/10.

One of my all time favorites is Lemon Meringue / Key Lime Pie… both hard to find around town. CB has the perfect combo.the Lemon Tart.just the right size, zesty enough to make your lips sing.and the coffee was just right! Lemon tart highly recommended

Impressive menu! They cater for vegan and vegetarian. The service was fast and the server polite.

I had a really really bad experience with one of the waitresses there was no one to serve and the seats were empty so I sat there to order them a waitress called JOAN she was so rude and disrespectful at me and told me to leave the restaurant if there is any manager over there take some action on her because this is not respectful I don’t like that experience please going her some respect training date 9/07/2022 time was 7: 29 pm see the camera how she treats customers

Nice and bright place to sit for a meal or snack. We had mushroom & egg toast and French toast. They gave some complementary bread. Mushroom toast was spicy and tasty. French toast was too sweet for me so couldn’t eat all. But It was soft fluffy and delicious. However coffee was too strong for me so! No, couldn’t drink that either. The date they gave along with Coffee was too good!

It's located at the first floor, away from the crowded shopping corners. You can find a plenty of healthy food options, drinks and desserts. Their coffee with dates is really good.

No other good place to pick your eid gifts chocolates and dates rather than Bateel chocolate shop not coffee, there you will find very luxury selection of chocolates with great taste, in addition to wide selection of premium dates either plan or filled with different tastes such as chocolate or jam.
They have date syrup and other things like jams and nuts, even olive oil.
All it is coming in high end packing and well wrapping.
Place quite and clean not much big but it is fine since have selection more than expectation.
Prices little high.
Tasty great
Service very well.
Highly recommended for special gifts and close people to you.
Just heading there and pick your choice.

The best coffee shop and restaurant in UAE. Staff of Midrif City Centre are the best. We miss all of you. Waiting for the opening

Fantastic breakfast!
It is delicious and the kindness of the chef and the waiter was established at the beginning and through the food.

The fresh bread at the beginning helped the wait to the main food as it was delicious

I am a huge fan of salmon and I like a good salmon! Therefore, I’m extremely happy to have a well-cooked salmon at the start of my day!
Though my mistake for not realising to say « runny » egg good day though

Cafe Bateel is one of the fancy places for good food and conversations. Limited but tasty options for vegetarians. Staff is very helpful. They follow strict COVID guidelines which is a relief. Entertainer discounts work here so you can get BOGO on main course

I had such an enjoyable experience getting dinner here with my husband. They had a special this week which was the rigatoni with vegan bolognese. You get free bread on the house with an umami balsamic date syrup + good quality EVOO as well! I also got the mushroom soup. Fantastic portion sizes for the price. Highly recommend if you are vegan or not and would be back again soon service was lovely as well:)

Cafe Bateel's kids menu which includes their signature cheese cake is very worthy and delicious.

Went with my 3 year old for breakfast and we had great customer service. We had the white omelette and the poached eggs with salmon and the royal qahwa. Delicious!

The best Bateel amoungst all the Bateels in town! The staff is very helpful and the food is amazing! With such wonderfull service there is no competition in Mirdif city center! Me and my family are loyal customers for many years now! Keep up the good work

جو رايق مع انه بوسط الموول ولكن تحس هالزاوية بالذات منطقة لحالها ، القهوة الرائعة وبعض اصناف الكيك اللذيذ وسلطة الكينوا العجيبة من اروع ما يمكن ان يكون وفي كل زيارة يكون الاحساس وكأنه اول مرة ️
الخدمة ممتازة وسريعة والمقهى نظيف ومرتب والاضاءة جيدة ، يحتاج فقط تغيير الكراسي والطاولات بشيء مريح اكثر.
