Good place to have catchup meetings with clients.good atmosphere. Try booking a reservation beforehand if you are more than 2 people as the 2+ tables get quite busy at times.

The healthy tuna salad is delicious. I love it. I feel the prices are a bit overpriced though.

Missing menu items, waiters do not remember order and you need to remind them what exactly you order. Regularly deliver wrong orders. Annoying service - 3 times come to ask if everything OK. I would recommend to serve clients better rather than ask for feedback so often

The food was devine. The quality was so good and the taste was amazing. Their presentation is also very nice. The atmosphere is okay it good for a quick meal. They have a great selection of desserts which tastes amazing finally the arabic coffee and dates are super special.
It is worth visiting in them in DIFC.

They have the best eggs Royal in town. They just never failed.
Pastas are good as well. Service very nice and all your requests are well transmitted to the chefs properly.

Why did I give it a 3 star? Service was horrendous! Servers would not come even once to ask if anything was needed. I'd have to not only try to make eye contact with a server but also called them out and still was ignored! BTW the place wasn't even busy. I would say 30-40% full at the time I was there.

Second - and this one's big. Their olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette were EXPIRED. THAT'S RIGHT! OK I get it, 1. Vinaigrette and oilive oil don't expire but nevertheless, the bottles had expiry dates on them - see pics I've posted.

Great food, made fast and to the last detail of accuracy in the order.
The detox charcoal berry juice is heavenly.

This used be a great place for quick informal business lunches but recently the quality standards have become poor. Food takes ages to prepare and staff have been inattentive. Seems like the area they've taking is too big to manage.

Food was OK. Pretty much what you expect for Bateel.

However, service was ridiculously slow. 37 minutes to deliver an avocado toast and a plain omelette.

Food was too good.
Bateel shake is a must try.
Their complementary breads are very very tasty.
Dates butter is too good

The food is ok. The waiting time to be served is loooong. Someone waited half n hour to get scrambled eggs!

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a coffee.bateel will not disappoint. Service is excellent, atmosphere equally on par so suggest you try the traditional Arabic coffee or conventional alternatives.

How amazing is this place!

The food is amazing, the staff is so nice and respectful, the view is incredible. It's so peaceful and relaxing, definitely one of my favorite restaurant in DIFC.
+ HEALTHY CHOICES, ALWAYS FRESH AND VERY GOOD FOOD! You can ask for the dressing on the side and they're always doing it.

I did not eat there, but I just had a drink. I was staying at VOCO right next door, and had a really bad case of food poisoning from some pakistani biryani that I had the night before. So I was not able to eat anything, and I don't even know why I walked in there, I guess I was hoping to see if something sounds good to my stomach. But they had this mint lemon something drink. I swear to God, it was all I needed to feel better. So thank you.

We first tried the dates at the DXB airport and loved how fresh and high quality they were, so I made an online order last week to try out different types of the dates and I was happy that they shipped to Canada.
I received them a few days ago and I have to say we're very disappointed with the quality. These dates are dry and much inferior in quality. I sent them an email and didn’t get a response either.

Ask the guidance of trained staff and explain to them what you like.

Cafe Bateel in Dubai Mall is located near the waterfall. Away from the rush of the mall. It has branches in major malls. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner besides coffee and tea. We were there for breakfast yesterday. Loved the date bread. Besides food they sell a variety of dates and date products and chocolates.

Great menu, good place for breakfast in particular. Lots of options no matter what you feel like having.

Favourite place for salads and their home made date bread (there are various other breads too) & balsamic vinegar with hint of dibs. Never leave the place without coffee and taste bud tantalizing desserts. Variety of dates in classy packages makes it ideal for gifts and giveaways.

Bateel is a great choice for weekday lunch. Their menu is varied and rich, with familiar dishes as well as some exclusive creations inspired from Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. The food is well presented, tasty, the quality of the ingredients is evident, even when I order delivery.
Their pastries and bakery products aren't too bad either, it's always safe to bet on Bateel, they'll consistently serve nicely presented food of good quality. It's worth the extra 5 or 10 dhs.

Many options of tasty and clean food, coffee and beverages (from fresh juices to smoothes). Good service. Mid prices. Highly recommended

If know this before, I should have known better that I won't eat in this restaurant. They have a crappy food. Overpriced pastries and cakes and
small to medium food portions that can't fill up the stomach of any diner. Avoid this at all cost.

Great place to chill, go for a coffee or to have a proper meal, good options and quality, the Arabic coffee is really good and the dates as well! Ask for the pistachio dessert!

I went for lunch to this place. It was crowded but the service was good.
Chicken saltimbocca was something different and good.
Bateel club sandwich was nice
