Food was bad , chicken was shewy , slow service, the only good thing was the flat bread , I dont recomment it , its only good if you want to have a beer.
Probably the worst service ever experienced. Was shown to a dirty table. Ask the hostess to have it cleaned as there was bits of left over food all over the table. All she did was pick up the bits of food with a napkin didn’t wipe the table. Still all sticky and dirty. No one attempted to serve us after that so left after 15 mins after know one attended to us
The food is very basic and the taste extremely average/low. Fresh orange juice was mixed/diluted with water. We were sitting by the pool because we had our dog. Before the end of the lunch, we were completely wet and had to move by ourselves because the grass watering machine was all over our table and staff didn't do anything. We then ordered coffee and waited more than 30 minutes to get it. It's not at all worth the visit
This is one of the restaurant available at Hatta Fort Hotel for lunch before you head out to the Dam. We had lunch here on a Sunday and it was full of people who were all there to head out to the Dam. Menu is quite extensive and we ordered Fish and Chips and Lamb in Pita. The Fish was a very small portion however was tasty and the lamb in pita was quite good. Main course on an average is about 75 AED which is expensive for Hatta. However its the best place to grab a hot meal before you head out to the dam.
Nice restaurant with good view and beer. The food is good and the service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is beautiful, the air clean and for a nice time with friends and beer definitely worth going.
Steak et frites comes with sweet potatoes! Béarnaise sauce tastes like nothing. Service is extremely bad. Few tables and all 5 staff cannot wait properly.
A nice quiet little get away situated in Hatta. Restaurant over looking the pool area with the mountains in front of you. Very neat and tidy well kept facility. Day visitors to the facility accepted. There is also a rock pool with entrance fee charged. There was a BBQ on the go as well from the restaurant. Definitely a place I will use in future for weekend break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Perfect pit-stop on a trip to Hatta. We were ravenous after hiking up to the Dam and spending a day Kayaking - stopped over at the Hatta Fort and had a late late lunch. Kiddo loved the Margherita Pizza (off menu but they were kind enough to make it) and a pretty decent red Thai curry
Certainly will recommend - as the afternoon was taken care of in exploring their grounds with some resident deer and peacocks. Spent time flying kites too! Great for the family
Had luncheon in this restaurant recently. The property was vast and greenery was in abundance in the well manicured gardens. Hotel had a lot of footfalls indeed, due to the long weekend. Buffet luncheon was satisfactory and worth Dhs 125. It had BBQ meat, of which the steak was stringy and not soft & juicy. Staff were pleasant indeed.
Solid place. Food is good and the view is nice at sunset as you are next to the pool when sitting outside. I had the butter chicken and it was delicious. We came here after spending the day in Hatta Dam and it was the perfect way to finish our day of outdoor activities. They’ll charge you for entrance to the hotel (50 AED) which can be used as a voucher at the restaurant. I think coming for the day at this hotel would probably be nice. Ohhh and they also have a cute farm with animals on the left as you enter the hotel.
We were not allowed to enter unless we pay 50 dirhams on each person, we were 8 so we were not sure if we will like the food or not, we wanted to look at the menu and place before we go in. They refused so we did not like that and we did not pay.
We asked if two or three of us can go in and check the ambience and then we decide they also refused. This is a tourist area and tourism destination, they cannot put such rules, We also read a lot of bad reviews on service and food. I think it is not worth it to try. Very disappointing
Ok options. My Cesar salad was soaked in something that reminded a lot of mayo, but not a thick one. Baby's soup was quite small for the 30aed price. Chicken in my Cesar salad was difficult to chew on it. I assume it wasn't from the day I ordered the food. Waiting time was also quite long for a salad, soup of the day and club sandwich. However, this is one of your best options in the area - especially if you are on your way to visit the Dam. Views from the restaurant and the hotel itself are spectacular.
Flies everywhere, tasteless pizza, chicken tasted like FEET, saggy fries, wayyyyy overcooked steak in the steak sandwich, pasta was cold, mixed grill not worth it at ALL! I would never ever come back here again, wouldn't recommend
Great as a pit stop or a stay and explore. We visited Hattta Kayak and stopped for refreshments. We used to stop here when doing visa runs. Gotta see the sunsets.
The place is beautiful for families and elderly couples only! The food is poor, and pretty much expensive that a 5* Hotel from the Heart of Dubai. Flies everywhere and at the entrance the security is requesting to pay 50 aed/person which you can use to pay inside at the restaurants for food&beverage.
If you're hungry, my advice is to buy a sandwich from baqala instead booking a table here
Absolutely loved the fresh calamari appetizer, fresh salads and smoothies - the ingredients just tasted fresh and right. Amazing view of hatta and friendly, well-trained staff. Music selection could be better to match the ambience but overall rating the place 5stars.
