My experience with the lady on the phone was horrible. The last call I had with her she hung up the phone while I was speaking. She acted like I was bothering her and didn't want to give me information. Replacing her would definitely add value to the business because the coffee tastes really good without a doubt.
Brilliant new idea to get rid of Nespresso addiction (which is bad for the health and the environment)! Love their machine and coffee selections! I will never go back to Nespresso again.
We have a Grande machine at our office and really it is an amazing one since we have a variety of coffee flavors at once. Additionally to this the service of the company on monthly basis it keeps up the machine working smoothly. Thanks cafesti company for the fantastic machine.
Where do I start? From a frustrated overpriced capsule user for over two decades, I stumbled across Cafesti and the A to Z experience was seamless. Although the motivation was financial, as the monthly subscription is half our consumption of capsules, the litmus test was the taste of the coffee and customer service. Nico dropped by with a machine and various coffees and for testing and sampling. We loved our selection and signed on the dotted line. Only caveat is high consumption of beans which was partially remedied the dialed strength, and which was actually to our preferred taste. A+ all the way and highly recommended (which we have done with several of our friends)
