Caffè Nero

It was one of the nice coffee shops at Festival City Centre in dubai.
Nice selections of coffee, snacks, tea and drinks.

Really bad service, the attendant wouldn't even bring the cup to the table despite being requested to. The guy just handed over the ceramic mug filled to the brim, without a tray or spoon for me to carry it all the way to my table.very inhospitable in all interactions.that is why the starbucks right opposite sells like hotcakes and this rots.

I am usually very understanding and patient with cafe staff as I know they can have tough days, but my recent experience at Nero Cafe was quite disappointing. The server at Nero Cafe Dubai Mall seemed to lack even the basic understanding of customer service. It's unfortunate because I really enjoy the ambiance and coffee here, but the service I received during my last visit was far from satisfactory. It felt as if the server was uninterested and not attentive to the needs of the customers. I hope this feedback reaches the management and proper training is provided to the staff to improve the overall experience at this cafe.

The best Nero is the one in Mirdif City Centre, and the worst in terms of coffee and baristas is the one in Festival City Mall.

We had cappuccino caffe latte and the coffee was not perfect. However the service was excellent and the team is active and attentive and friendly. The decoration is nice and cozy and they have enough charges if someone want to connect his laptop or mobile. The prices are fair in comparison to other coffee shops

I have been a regular customer of Nero ever since they opened in Festival City over 10 years ago (prior to remodelling of this shopping mall).
For me, the highlights of Nero are its wonderful coffee and the great baristas, who are the company's asset, and the skill, which they have to make drinks as you like them.
As for the food on offer, while I cannot comment upon the attractive selection of cakes as I do not have a sweet tooth, the breakfast pots, juices and all day sandwiches need attention as the range is becoming tired and is in need of change, and the freshness of these items has also begun to slip (in a world focused on health who wants to eat a sandwich or drink a juice that was produced yesterday).
To repeat, the coffee and baristas of Nero are its highlight, but as for its juices and sandwiches, these definitely need improvement.

Not bad a bit pricey, the meat ball sandwich was very good, Italian sausage breakfast tray hmm wasn't that great. The coffee Spanish latte a bit too sweet was was good. Golden overnight oats with tumeric and fresh berries wasn't bad too.

The coffee latte is a little bit bitter for my liking. Their chocolate muffin is very good but I tried their apple crumble salty caramel and I hated it.too too much salty for a sweet tart. First time I couldn't finish a desert!

My favourite coffee over others, Italian rost medium which is perfect for flat while and cappucions

This is my Friday morning place for a good coffee. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The decor is lovely and invites you to seat, relax and enjoy your morning coffee.

Loved the staff and loved the iced mocha and they constantly disinfected the tables and seats with a machine once you left, well done, wish most places would do that

Nice coffee and silent place to read or work but not at the weekend
Their prices are good, they don't charge you any extra money if you choice coconut milk they always use fresh milk not same as other cafe.

Cafe Nero is love, love, love.their coffee, their sandwiches, their desserts. A must must try.highly recommended.

Peaceful branch, in the middle of the shopping mall. Nero coffee is one of my best anyhow.

Not the best place to study or read, expectedly, due to mall noise.

What is the point if staff is behaving in an uncivilized manner. They think we are doing a favor ordering from them.

Bad experiance

Great coffee as always. They have different seating arrangements and a very nice arrangement for people who want to work with their laptops, quiet and well lit.

Food: Good quality and variety. Portion sizes are fair. Best for sandwiches and coffee. Cold drinks are also good.

Location: Ground floor of Festival City Mall. Tucked away nicely.

Service: Polite and helpful staff. Fairly fast service (depends on how busy they are). Food is prepared in front of you.

Ambiance: Nice and cosy. You can relax, snug away from the main part of the mall and have a quiet chat/ meeting or just sit alone doing some reading/ thinking/ social media (ing). Furniture is comfy and tables are a good size.

Price: Moderate. They do have a loyalty card system (10th drink is free- ask at the counter).

Worst experience ever.
- the chocolate bars that were sold had some kind of flying insect

- however the staff was very nice so they shouldn’t be blamed.
- I had to ‘shoo’ the flies away from my book
- basically I would not recommend in the festival

One of the best Cappuccino you can have, the staff is polite and they know how to prepare a great coffee. The place is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Recommended to get Fruit Booster: mango and passionfruit. The taste will boost you and get fresh. So nice, a bit sour and less sweet. Well blended. Also, order it less sweet. Spanish Latte is a bit too sweet because it serves with condensed milk. Better to get the normal if you don’t like sweet taste.
Staff are nice but a bit slow.

Cosy place in festival city mall next to magnolia bakery. And right across starbuck. Seating is spacious and more comfortable than other coffee shops around here. Sometimes can be overcrowded but usually you can find available seat after a few minutes

Popular coffee ️ shop within Festival City Mall with open free WiFi comfy sofa chairs as well as tables with chairs, ideal for meetings with a laptop ‍ Little on the pricey side with 2 cappuccino and 2 croissants coming in at AED 50 without waitress service. Coffee tastes good and croissants are warmed in the oven before serving.
