Nero never disappoints! Enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in a cozy setting. Definitely a go-to spot!

The coffee wasn't very strong, but it was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place.

I had Spanish latte, falafel hummus & chipotle halloumi flatbread. Nice coffee but the flatbread wasn’t that great.

Whenever I come to this mall, I prefer to have breakfast at Nero because the ambiance is so beautiful and I'm coffee lover and always try different brands to explore best as per my experience:)

An ordinary americano that has a sour aftertaste, but it's nice to sit after shopping

Coffee was not very strong, the cakes are ok, team is very friendly. Atmosphere is really nice but some people are not being good- just taking space and making mess. Overall we liked it

The worst cappuccino and Tiramisu cake I've had in my life. No flavour or taste whatsoever, the cappuccino tasted like coffee with just water and an excessive amount of foam ontop, the tiramisu cake was like a standard sponge cake with just fresh cream, it did not taste like a tiramisu cake at all. An Absolute waste of money. Will never go back to Cafe Nero again and would definitely not recommend it to anybody.

Best americano in town! Ace and Bishal are the best two employees of all coffee shops. They have always provided the best service every single time I’ve been there (and I was a regular costumer). They deserve to be upgraded and treated well. They are amazing workers.

Unbelievable slow and unfriendly stuff. You literally have to wait 3 minutes in front of empty bar.

I come morning 8 oclock ' I ask almond sweet why is not fresh ' said 8: 30 coming. I told Ok please if coming I seating and call me.after 10 minutes some one supervisor coming my chair and said order someth8ngs or leave! Becuase alot of people want to seat! 8 am me and me only! Who want to seat? And booking! Nero have services for booking?
1. Not nice talking. 2 not training staff. 3. Not fresh early coming. 4. Not be right coustomer!
I will give zero star and never ever I will go.

Today I went without ordering just sitting for some time before my guest come

The waitress coming rudely and asked me to order
I said I’m coming all time here no need to act like that

Friendly staff, service with a smile. Adrian their manager made it easier for me to choose among their delicious cakes. The lemon cake.

Their staff know NOTHING about customer service. I always end up having a bad experience with them. They are just very rude and not professional

I ordered an English tea. They added way to much milk. So I kindly asked for another tea bag. The lady behind the counter refused. Poor service in my opinion. They made a mistake and made no effort to rectify. Please avoid this place.

Central entrance location in this small mall, gives me a good spot to study/work. There are normal and low coffee tables, though it is quite busy starting from midday. I'd also like the management to fix the seating defects as it is uncomfortable to sit on the seats in photos if you're not covering under your legs, the torn parts of the seating hurt customers' legs. I had to place a shawl to be able to sit.

It's was a pathetic experience! Will never go there again! The staff was very rude and unpleasant! Cafe Nero has placed a very wrong guy at marina mall!

Aweful customer service! I've ordered two cups of coffee to have a work session. After having sat there for 2 hours, went to the washroom, came back - realized my sit is taken, so sat on another couch. Waiter came to me and asked me to leave since the couch was "taken" (no bags or other indication of it being taken). I said I ordered coffee before and would like to continue sitting there only to get the reminder: "You bought coffee 3 hours ago" with a look to get lost. It's not like there was no space for new customers - other sits were available too.
Up to date, Caffe nero was more than just a coffee, but a place to relax and spend a good time. Don't think that will be the case next time.

This Nero has a mix of booths, seated tables and couch seating in the main dome area of Dubai Marina Mall. It can be quite a pleasant place to sit and enjoy your coffee with the fairy light dome ceiling, surrounding shops across two stories and at times some attraction in the middle of the dome. However, on the down side it can get busy and at times some non-customers just taking up seats making it even more difficult to find a seat.

This Nero has the full coffee selection, hot and cold beverages including non-caffeine drinks menu that Nero has to offer, along with various savoury foods such as sandwiches and filled croissants through to pastries and cakes. The coffee itself is usually a good standard with an adequate coffee hit for a coffee chain.

When it's busy, there can be a bit of a line and you would want to try and ensure you have a seat first before you order. However, staff try and keep things efficient at least in terms of getting the line moving.

My favorite place to get a bite and coffee. Love this place for smoothies) Always tasty and fresh!

Generally it was great experience!

Nice choice of healthy items for breakfast. Prices are a bit high, but that must be due to the central location of the café - ground floor - next to the main entrance. Service is ok, could be better though for the price paid. It is considered as one of the working cafés residents choose to use.

Yogurt from refrigerator is hot, macchiato is not good, stuff are very lazy. And it’s not a first time in this restaraunt.

CASH & CARD. TAKEOUT OR EAT IN. LOVELY CALM AND OPEN ATMOSPHERE.

Food: Upto Cafe Nero standards. Mainly consists of savouries, sandwiches and hot/cold drinks.

Recommendations: Tried the mushroom sandwich (toasted) with a Chai Latte. Nice.

Location: Ground floor of Marina Mall, directly opposite Starbucks.

Service: Very warm and welcoming. Polite and helpful members of staff.

Ambiance: The open plan roof is amazing. Very relaxing sitting here. You can sit inside a closed area or literally with your back to the wall facing the mall. Lovely place if you want to sit and do some work, read a book, use your laptop or just drink and think. Seats are comfortable and there are different size tables for singles, couples and small groups.

Price: Moderate- average prices of brand cafe chains.

Friendly small cafe in the main lobby of Marina Mall. Perfect spot to have a pannini and a cup of black coffee meanwhile you wait for your lady doing her shopping.

I visited their Marina mall outlet and the location was perfect just at the main entrance. The coffee as always was really good. In addition buy 1 get 1 is also available on entertainer.

Great coffee and good dessert options. Coffee lovers must try their coffee and I am sure you will love it!

Manager Ariram in a day time when Cafe Nero was closed and we set with my friend on the chair to have some minutes before going to the parking, he approached us to say that we are breaking the law by doing this in Ramadan. We weren't eating or drinking. Just had 10minits of our time. This is ridiculous approach and the best ways to repel customers. I think this situation should be viewed by management of the mall and representatives of development department.

Cafe nero has a very tasty and good quality of coffee. Plus there s a variety of healthy options for snacks and delisious deserts. My favorite coffee place.

I taste Latte coffee, and it was nice experience! I wish I have it again but their price is a bit high.
