Caffè Nero

If I could give a zero rating I definitely would, they have such disrespectful staff! I was lining up to get coffee for 5 minutes and they took other peope who cut the line because they were only buying water. Such bad customer service from both of the staff in the cafe.

Lovely peaceful coffee restaurant in The Outlet Village. There is a calm tranquil atmosphere and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The furniture is warm and inviting, and a nice place to chill before or after shopping. Parking is easy, and best to arrive early mornings.

Super bad service, only from 1 of the three (the one with beard) the coffee was really good, but one of the worst service I'v got in my 10 years in Dubai from that guy.

Caffè Nero never fails to make a good impression with their great coffee and delicious bakeries. Always recommend.

Reminds of London, place is neat and coffee is fantastic, i tried also the spinach cheese sandwich which is also great

Some of the dishes was dirty and One of the employees philipino lady had a bad attitude when I told her to change it!

Please check your dishes before eating something

Great typical Cafe Nero located in the outlet village. Got seating outdoors for enjoying the weather when temperatures permit. You can also have a selection of food or deserts to go along your drinks. Nice to have Cafe in the outlet village considering it’s location within Dubai.

Rude staff. Refusal to acknowledge loyalty program. Lack of information on their side and least consideration for visitors.

If I am craving for an americano or an espresso. Caffe nero is the go to place for me. I choose it over other coffee house brands.

Had excellent coffee today and when I asked for the blend it turned out to be my fav notes, choc n caramel. The guys ground 2 packs for me too take home (ofcourse I paid for it). The service was fantastic. Thanks again for my perfect cup of joe

It always feels peaceful in this branch of Nero, I don’t know what the secret is, but it always makes me feel better hanging out there whether I’m on my own or with company. It’s convenient for working as well. And because the place is never too crowded I don’t have to worry about social distancing.

Regular coffee place, didnt like the sandwiches, it was mostly occupied by families and noisy kids so u have to choose time if u plan to work with leptop there.

It’s very bad service and Chinese girl I tell her don’t make my coffee right now make it When my older it will be ready she make espresso and after four minute she give me called coffee solution

I visited Caffè Nero at The Outlet Village. The heady aroma of coffee is hard to miss as you walk past this cafe. So in between the relentless shopping which is inevitable because of the awesome deals of Dubai Summer Surprises, this is the perfect stop to recharge your batteries.

Their coffee is perfect. Pair it with a decadent caramel, blueberry muffin, an apple walnut bread slice, a carrot cake, caramel shortcake, croissant or their multigrain wraps, you will be spoilt for choice. In fact their Italian style dishes can cater to any palette be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free or dairy free.

The interiors have an Italian feel and their is plenty outdoor seating as well. Just what you need in between your shop till you drop trip to the mall.
