Caffè Nero

Such lovely people at this Cafe Nero. They remembered my order after the first day. Nice place to have a coffee.

It’s 8pm and I was just trying to purchase Ice latte in your retail.
Once my order was ready and i handed over cash to pay they said sorry do you have a card we don’t have change for 200 aed.
I said no I do not I only have this and their respond was Sorry we don’t have change.
I toon my money back and then asked Sorry so you are willing to pour that ice latte away and waste it rather than giving good service and try go get change for the 200 aed for your client? They both just nodded along.
Unacceptable service in DIFC area.
200 aed is only like 50 EUR. Ridiculous

Under rated among the coffee franchises. Definitely far superior coffee than say starbucks. Staff at this particular location is jovial and energetic. They are also attentive so there is no need to repeat oneself. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sadly the outdoors is spoilt by smokers (wish I could do something about that but sigh) otherwise the view is nice and relaxing. Good place to hangout for a bit on a regular basis.

In the heart of DIFC lies Caffè Nero. The service was excellent and the staff and very warm and welcoming. My favourite seating is outside, where you get a view of the large buildings in DIFC. There is also parking available close by in Gate Avenue.

CAFE NERO in DIFC is very serene, relaxing, tranquil cosy and soothing over all very beautiful Ambience and neat and clean outlet also they have so many good foods and drinks too but what I want to tell is every time we visit there a same group of Indian people Scattered all over the place and they will take all the tables and chairs and they keep on walking and moving screaming on their phones and talking so loud to each other as if CAFE NERO is their own private place they don’t care for others “WE “ customers we too are there enjoying our coffee and meals and relaxing but they don’t feel shame at all no respect…. So annoying! Please do something about this very much irritating can’t even concentrate on a small meeting if we have for. 10 minutes even we can’t hear anything they are so loud like in a fish market. Please please do something about this matter. Thank you and thank you for those hard working staffs they are all very god and very much accommodating all the time no words thank you.

Very nice location in DIFC specially if the weather is good! The decoration of the coffee shop is cozy and nice with a music in the background. The coffee is tasty and one of the best. During the weekend is not Crowded. The team service is awesome and fast. I like the way how they keep the delivery orders ready for collection! Very efficient and smart!

Always have my favourite green smoothie and capuchino.they kickstart my day.

Great coffe, fast service, very friendly staff. There is also a relaxing terrace that is especially on weekends and inspiring place.

I love passing by Nero, DIFC in the mornings because the positivity the girls are giving, make me go through my day. DIFC area has wayyyy too many options to choose from for your coffee break and my first choice is Nero because of their amazing energy staff.

Always liked their coffee. However this review is for something else. On Saturday I forgot my earbuds in the Dubai Mall ground floor branch. I called them that night but they hadnt found it. So I gave up hope. A couple of days later I visited Dubai mall and checked with their lost and found, nothing. Just for the heck of it I decided to visit the cafe again to see if they haf found anything, with little hope. Imagine my surprise when the lady at the counter went into the back and brought out my black jabra ear buds. Thank you so much guys! Even before she found it the staff were really understanding and helpful while I was talking to them. Made my day. Thanks again team Cafe Nero!

Always a place for coffee and cake near trade Center. Easy access and love the vintage ambience! And the best part is they do have the diary free options such as coconut milk, oats milk, soy for the coffee without any extra charges. Great seating arrangements (outdoors & indoors)
