I'm not generally a fan of drinking coffee at NERO, but this time the coffee was delicious, and I believe it was only available in December. The service was wonderful and the staff was extremely polite, but I will return to the same café with my friends.

Is a great place in the middle of motorcity where you can freely have a cup of coffee and have a great meeting. Really liked the place.

Disappointed! Coffee etc usually is fine but what is to be said that if a person waits in line for rather long just to order One simple coffee, waits again for long whilst being seated just to see their person who ordered after them walking out with their coffees (!) already. They were also eating in so an urgency factor was not at play here also not a regular client perk. Without elaborating here further, such discrimination against guests seemingly based on their gender or other factors is questionable. Also no apology was given.

Honestly speaking today was the worst coffee in my life.actually is two months that everyday I'm going there to take a coffee minimum two times a day but day by day the coffee is getting worse plus never bringing the orders to the tables outside and the new training Filipino guy I think that need to change job.is really unhelpful and don't understand properly English! The black lady is good doing her job and also the other Filipino guy named Jimmy something.the other Filipino lady please remove her from the counter!

First class friendly service, good food which I take advantage of occasionally, but primarily I'm there for the good quality coffee.

Caffè nero is my favorite cafe where I enjoy coffees, be it cold or hot everything is amazing. I recently tried this Caramel salt frappe latte, even though I asked for less caramel it turn out to be very sweet. Thank you so much guys! Even before she found it the staff were really understanding and helpful while I was talking to them. Made my day. Thanks again team Cafe Nero!

I am always around one of the best competitive coffee shops nearby in the same area, and one day I decided to have a coffee from Nero as the other one which I used to go was so busy. When I was at the cashier, I had the chance to see Tracey! She was so cheerful, happily serves you and moreover very welcoming! I believe this lady should had been the brand ambassador for coffee Nero. Today i was passing by in Dubai mall and I found her there helping in cafe Nero Dubai mall branch. I was shocked that she told me that this is her last day in cafe Nero! I am not sure how it will be running after she leaves, I am sure that many customers comes just because Tracey is their with her welcoming gesture and nice behaviour, I wish her the best of luck and wish from Nero to keep up their best candidates like her, those people are the company own resources, coffee is sold everywhere the same.

Nero is just my absolute favorite. I love everything their coffee their service their cafe the furniture the ambiance and ofcourse the staff. My favorite is coconut milk latte whether cold or hot I just can’t spend a day without a big cuppa!

Nice atmosphere. Good staff. Vegan croissants. What more can I say? As with most places in Dubai, there can be flies if you are sitting outside that's a bit annoying.

Typical coffee shop on the Motor City retail strip, and an alternative to Starbucks, that serves a variety of coffees, slushies and sandwiches. Pretty comfy, relaxed, place with great service that has had me make this my go-to place for coffee and snacks. Oh, and they have free WiFi.

I have been there only 3 times but every single time the attention has been exquisite, making me feel welcome.
The coffee is good and they serve it on a mug by default - you do not have to ask for it. The frappes are not prepared with sugar by default either, which is thoughtful.
While the scones are not my favourites, the haloumi-falafel wrap was absolutely delicious and a reason on its own to come back.

Nero cafe is my favourite coffee place. They have the best coffee in town which would put the coffee giants to shame. They used to serve the best affogato but they changed it slightly now which im a bit disappointed. However i still go there for the coffee and the carrot cake is one of the best I've ever had. Nero motor city also has an outdoor seating area and next to spinneys so there's ample parking space mext to the autodrome.

The branch needs to be renewed. The furniture is really old now and doesn't give us a good feeling about staying there

The coffee is a bit more expensive than others but it does taste great and they get it right every time. They also have some really good meal options. And there's now an ENBD offer for buy 1, get 1 free so my friend and I meet a lot at the outlet in Dubai Marina Mall. The staff are not particularly friendly but they're polite.

Really amazing cafe. Great value for money and alot of options. Their outlets are in almost every mall in Dubai. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Amazing staff which goes out of their way to help you. Specially the staff at ibn e battuta mall. Cafe nero also has a loyalty card which enables you to get the 10th coffee free

I like their coffee in total, but that specific outlet needs a bit of care, may be some organization and house keeping.

At first, i was not a big fan of this place but they suddenly added amazing vegan options, 2 sandwiches and a cake! Also they serve my favorite oat milk! Love it!

The perfect place for an afternoon cup. Always peaceful and delightful. Staff are friendly and professional.
