employee was not present in the cabin. Then I ordered coffee and she came and did not see me. She put the coffee on for 15 minutes under the pretext that she did not see me. I told her that I went to the bathroom and asked to heat the coffee and she refused. This happened at exactly one hour. 10:pm

I was waiting for my friend since we want to order at the same time. Unfortunately the staff just told me that it was not permissible to leisurely wait at the premise. I understood but it is a very disappointing and a very unethical working behavior specifically to that female staff earlier.

This Cafe Nero offers a cozy atmosphere and situated in a great area of the mall. A well-designed seating area with a sofas and overstuffed chairs makes it a pleasant place to unwind in between shopping trips or to hang out with friends once your shopping is done for the day.

Coffee was excellent, especially since the baristas are so friendly and helpful. There are many options for pastries, and the blueberry muffin and cinnamon swirl are excellent.

Highly Recommended.

I purchased hot chocolate and returned after a sip. Very bad quality. They serve it like a cold coffee. Very inactive service as well. They make it and expect customers to pick it but do not even bother to inform. Waste of money.

The cappuccino was absolutely perfect, it's been a very long time since I had one with the proper amount of froth and not just dry foam which does not add to the consistency of the coffee. It was wonderful, will definitely try other items from the menu.

Three staff standing in the bar area not doing any things and there is four tables waiting some one to take their orders even when called them to take our orders they say No we are the one have to to go to the bar and replace the order and serve it by our self. So why there is dining tables why there is that much staff …

Loved their sandwich and coffee. A must try coffee spot. Oh and they're so accommodating too!

It serves hot and cold Italian coffee, tea, and some types of sweets and bakery (cake&sandwitch). There are many tables and the location is near the entrance of the mall.

Serve café italiano quente e frio, chá e alguns tipos de doces e padaria (sanduíche de bolo). Há muitas mesas e a localização é próxima à entrada do shopping.

Il sert du café italien chaud et froid, du thé et certains types de sucreries et de boulangerie (sandwich au gâteau). Il y a de nombreuses tables et l'emplacement est près de l'entrée du centre commercial.

Excellent place to have coffee. I had the Caramel Frap. I found their coffee better then starbux and Costa and I found their blend of caremal better then Tim's. It also has excellent service. The lady that served me shoikd get a raise. I rated 4 stars due to minimal sitting space. No other criticisms.

They have the best Americano (ask for an extra shot with the regular) amongst the coffee chains in the vicinity. Really sweet baristas. And their morning freshly baked croissants, especially the vegan and almond ones, are perfect with the coffee.

Yesterday i was with my friend and we sat at cafenero al ghurair for not less than 2 mins coz we are waiting our friend before we order. There is 1 staff lady and i dont know exactly the nationality but she was black like African, came to us and ask if we would like to order and we replied to her, just give us sometime because we are waiting our friend. We are shocked coz she relplied to us and i quote" I KNOW YOU WILL NOT ORDER AND YOU JUST WANT TO SIT" my friend and i was like. Whhhaaattt? My lady friend was talking to her and she revised her word coz she felt my friend was so upset. We left cafenero alghurair so disappointed and upset.

All of us are experiencing this pandemic and alot of businesses are reducing manpower and some are shutting their businesses down. Please treat your potential customer equally and happy. Coz without them no business will grow and stand in this pandemic. Dont judge people.

I am a regular customer at Caffe nero Alghurair Branch and today I am shocked with the unexpected bad attitude from the African lady waitress to towards us with my friend. We are sitting there and thinking what to order like 2 mins. But suddenly the African lady come to us and talk ' its not allow to stay there long if we still not going order. We are still thinking what to order and we have even they're promo card.   I was so disappointed and we left there! So please. I don't think that you have to judge your customer too quickly. Definitely will never come back next time!

My favourite coffee shop in Dubai, the taste of their coffee is so distinctive compared other coffee and their fresh bakery in morning offers good options for breakfast

I’m a regular customer of Cafe Nero alghurair branch, and today I’m surprised with the unexpected bad attitude from the African lady and tattoo girl waiters towards me, on of them dropped the coffee to the plate and say nothing about and other one addressed my friend “this” but saying “what this one wants to drink? ”
That’s very rude and inexcusable.

I would like to have a conversation with the store manager or area manager ASAP to avoid these kind of acts from occurring specially in Dubai

Me and my girlfriend Lisa love coming to this location for our usually coffee and the desserts special. It's also our calm place to enjoy our coffee as well as to do our work as we are digital nomads who absolutely need great coffee and WiFi ️

Caffe Nero Al Ghurair Center Dubai. Located on the ground floor. I ordered the cappuccino and triple chocolate muffin. They also have croissant in cheese, almond, zatar and butter. Vegan options are available but limited to vegan cookies and raspberry croissant only. They also serve vegan breakfast I didn't order any so I don't know what's on the menu. Complimentary coffee when you purchase a keep up. If your looking for something cold to drink they have water bottles, juice, sandwiches and crisps. Nice seating area available. Quite place to enjoy coffee with friends with good comfortable chairs. Good customer service.

Visited this cafe at Al Ghurair Mall few days back and had some of their best items on the menu.

We had:

Cappuccino
Mocha frappe
Chia dessert
Chicken sandwich marinated in coffee
Chocolate cake

The coffee was supperb, made from fresh roasted beans with little sweetness even without sweetener.

I love the Mocha frappe as the sweetnes was just right.

Chia dessert was also good.

Sandwich with chicken marinated in coffee was delicious, you can taste a little bitterness of coffee from the chicken meat.

Chocolate cake was on spot too.

The place is good if you want to chill after a long day at work where you can also see a lot of people passing by the cafe so you won’t get bored if your alone.

They have a friendly staff with the best customer service.
