I ordered this pink cake for my daughter's 14th birthday and she loved it so much! It looks sugar rush but it wasn't, it was decadent and perfect! And the cupcakes too! Will definitely order again.

Cake Talk Bakery has a talent for creating beautiful cakes. I ordered for my sister's baby gender reveal party. The cake design was creative and fun, and the flavors were good. It made the big reveal even more exciting.

Very bad experience. Bad service. I ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday. One day before I asked them, what time delivery. She told me between 10- 2 pm delivery. I waited whole the time. Nobody is coming. I called and message them several times but nobody picked up the phone. And then I got a message that they forgot my order and that they still can do it. How can they forgot my order, one day before I was in contact with them about the cake. They brought the cake at 6 pm with totally different filling as I wanted, I asked for milk chocolate ganache and cream raspberry and they did chocolate also the cupcakes was very dry and sloppy. They ruined my day. I won’t recommend you to anyone and for me it was the last time.

Had a wonderful experience with Cake Talk! The cake was pure delight, just the way I wanted. The delivery got a bit delayed, but considering it was a weekend and the delivery was free, it didn't bother me much. Just a small note, perhaps a slight improvement in delivery punctuality would be great

First time ordering from Cake Talk and I'm thoroughly impressed. The cake was beautifully designed, and the flavor was exceptional. The delivery was a tad late, but it was the weekend and free delivery was a bonus. A quicker delivery next time would be ideal, but it doesn't overshadow the wonderful experience.

Non reliable delivery service even if you place order on previous day. They take the order but dont deliver on time. Never plan a surprise celebration using Cake talk. If you don't believe me, read most of the negative reviews. It is all about delivery promise and related customer service. They will never keep up their promise. Worst thing is they will stop picking your phone when you follow up. Zero star our of 5. Make your mind to get embarrassed if you ever order from them

Really really bad service not recommending at all unless you go to the shop and get the cake otherwise DO NOT think to get it delivered and the customer service is really bad they see my messages without responding which is so disrespectful for a customer this was my favorite cake shop but my friend received the cake and the cream was a bit melted, my whole family and friends like to get for them but i post on my story so they don’t get from them anymore really disappointed, 2 stars for the taste only

I don’t recommend if you have a planned occasion. The delivery was so late. It was a birthday party and we kept waiting it was so embarrassing. They stop replacing to their whatsapp after you make the payment. When I asked them when exactly is the driver the answer was ‘we can’t give exact time they have alot of deliveries’ so they just give you a very wide range. Definitely not ordering from here again

First time ordering here and I am truly very satisfied! I orderer a chocolate pastel cake with strawberry creamcheese filling. It was so good my whole family loved it! The icing and cake was so smooth and compact. It wasn’t so sweet as requested. And they had free paper plates, cake forks and cake knife. I was so nervous that my family won’t like it as they are very picky when it comes to cakes but caketalk exceeded my expectations! Now I have a new go-to cake shop for my events

The cake was amazing, So perfect. It was fresh and delicious. Service is very good, The best bakery in Dubai.

We ordered a 6inch white chocolate and fruit paradise cake with extra additions of Ferrero Rocher chocolate filling. (for additional 30 AED). Arrival time was prompt. The cake looked good and similar to website display but unfortunately lacked the taste element in terms of white chocolate and cake filling. The frosting was simply meringue/ whipped cream without the slightest hint of white chocolate. Ferrero rocher chocolate filling was definitely missed and instead more of the frosting in between the 3 layer chocolate cake. We were truly disappointed and adding to the disappointment factor was the lack of apology/ communication despite pointing out the errors. Overall the cake tasted like plain chocolate cake with a lot of frosting. If your looking for a wow factor or exceptional taste for a price of 256 AED, better find another bakery that's tested and tried.

Ordered this lovely cake for my daughter's 10th Birthday celebration. It was not only delivered with care but also lived upto my expections to celebrate a special milestone of our family. We were extremely happy with the quality, freshness and enjoyed this super sumptuous strawberry vanilla cheesecake to it's last bite and wanted more of it.

1- communication was not too great but the cake arrived 10 mins before my selected time bracket so I'm happy

Overall, I love how it looks. It looks absolutely beautiful and I love that you use real fruit! There might be just too much frosting and the filling wasn't great tasting, the sponge was a bit too airy.but thank you. It was a lovely cake? You also gave us free candles which we sadly couldn't use coz of the pandemic but we appreciated the gesture anyway.

I recently did 2.5 kgs cake, chocolate sponge with Ganache flavour and I paid 530 aed.

The reason I did from cake talk because of the flavour as it was very good last time
This time it was tasting vanilla cream cake.
After informing the sales person, she replied there was mistake made by chef in terms of the measurements that's y it wasn't tasting good.
But is it not their responsibility to inform us before or compensate for the same.
But nothing. It was my daughters birthday.
Only the look of the cake was Fab.
What's the use of paying and doing it from u guys.

Worst experience ever! I’ve placed an order for my son birthday cake at Cake Talk, and i had been put in a very embarrassing situation by ignoring my order until 8 pm evening, and then i was told that the cake got damaged in the delivery car later, when i called myself to follow up on the delay of the delivery! I Cannot believe how carless and ignorant you guys are! I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!

The wors company in Dubai, I order cap cakes for my birthday, which is today at 12.30, and right away they send me the bill. Waiting till 6
30, and because I did not receive my order I called and the answer was, we just noticed your order. We will send it to you by midnight. Are you joking. When you send the bill, you did not notice the order. So unprofessional, very disappointed. Thank you for my birthday gift, but no I don't want your cap cake at 12 midnight.

I ordered cake pops that were dry and tasted bland. Not only that, they got the delivery date wrong but because the date was wrong the cake pops arrived 4.5 hours late!
When they finally arrived and we tasted them, they were not the flavour we had asked for. When i asked what happened they told me they could not do the red velvet so they gave me vanilla instead. They did not give me the option to choose a different flavour and the vanilla was AWFUL!
When i asked for a partial refund due to everything going wrong they stopped replying

Not happy with the quality and taste of the cake at all. Ordered for my sons first birthday. The cake not only was totally bland or had no taste, but even the quality was poor.
We had a selected a beautiful teddy picture on the cake, but when the actual cake arrived, the picture was highly pixelated and it was very crumpled.
1st birthdays are very special, and especially now during quarantine, when we can’t celebrate with other family and friends, we totally focus on getting other things right to make it memorable. The shop never bothered to follow up or get the feedback from us.
I will never order from them ever again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone either. There are much better cakes shops in town.

Best cakes in Dubai! I’ve been a long term returning customer and referred more than 5 of my friends. But their customer service is 1 Star and their delivery times on their website is never accurate. I’ve had one bad experience in May & now again today. I expected delivery by 6: 00pm! They don’t pick up my calls and respond after 4 hours on WhatsApp. It’s such a shame to have the most talented bakers doing these amazing cakes with the worst service! Fool me once, shame on me.fool me twice shame on them

The price is really reasonable and the roses were fresh and amazing! Came on time in a very elegant package with a free plates and golden matching crown. Easy to settle the payment through a link that they provided through WhatsApp.

Honestly it made me so proud when I presented to my family! The taste and ingredients were the best, very soft texture. I showed them the design of what I want and they provided exactly the same design (photos attached) So satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks me for my recommendations.

Ordered cupcakes in the morning and received a confirmation email that the order was processed and confirmed the delivery time I had requested. Once that time had passed I called to see if they would be arriving soon as I needed to take them to the event. Was put on hold and finally the girl came back and said they could deliver in 2 more hours. I explained that I had paid extra to have them delivered at the requested time because I needed them. She said that they were busy today and they usually call to confirm, I asked why they sent me a confirmation email and she said they missed some messages today? Basically it seems they messed up, ok people make mistakes but she did nothing to take any responsibility other than to ask for my whatsapp number to confirm my refund. Certainly doesn't help me to have what I need for the birthday celebration tonight. The products look good online but the service was terrible. Won't try them again

I have had 2 cakes from Caketalk. The fruit cake was nice. The chocolate cake was horrible. There cakes are beautiful but not that good in taste. The look of the cake doesn’t match the taste.

We ordered Unicorn cake for my birthday party.
Price was 875+50 aed. We expected something really wow!
First of all, instead of 3 pm, cake came to the party at 6.15, when guests were already moving home.
Second- very bad taste, so artificial flavors, not enough cream, horrible layers of cake cover.
Let’s say, for less money, in Dubai possible to get much better cake.
And No one call us to follow up how was the cake (even if it was delivered or not).
Don’t be fooled by their beautiful website- don’t order from them.

Terrible terrible customer service and complaint management. Absolutely disgraceful. I used to order from them and recommend them to people, but im not going to anymore. Will be telling all the people I recommended them to to never order from here again.

I ordered a simple cake for my husband's birthday. Ordered the chocolate sponge with caramel filling.something I've ordered in the past. But the cake was so dry and unappealing. The fondant was thick and inedible. Overall, a bad cake from Cake Talk Bakery. After cutting the cake and trying it, barely anyone touched the cake. I have almost the entire cake untouched. On complaining to them, all I get it excuses and justification. Nothing even close to an apology. Initially my intention was just to give feedback, but after their complete lack of remorse, I want my money back. AED300 for dry cake that no one touched is not a small amount for me.

If you have a special moment or occasion coming up, and want it ruined with bad cake, go ahead. If not, please never ever order from Cake Talk Bakery. All you will get is thick fondant, dry cake, almost no filling and a complete lack of care from Cake Talk Bakery.

Love the customized cake they made, the vanilla with cream cheese raspberry it’s very tasty, the character it’s exactly what I wanted, price it’s very good and reasonable.
