A career choice in the life of today’s teenagers is a big? Brought up in good educational environment by the highly informed teachers and by educated parents, Still children at the age of 15,16 and 17 has lots of dilemma about their career choices. Why does it happen? Why are they disillusioned? Is it the problem of few or all the children. It is high time for us to review. I think today’s children have lot of information about career from different sources, which I believe is incomplete to a great extent. It requires a dedicated effort from the student to go deep into this information and arrive at a conclusion. The pressure of job insecurity makes the whole process of career decision more difficult. In the midst of this comes the peer pressure. All the more the child gets puzzled –Study abroad, in UAE or in India is a big challenging decision. No time for the poor child to find a solution as the CBSE portion also has to be taken care. In between all this hurdles the DREAM AND PASSION of child gets questioned. Who can help you at that juncture? According to me a well-informed educational consultant can only help the child to come out of this scenario and make a good career choice. I appeared for a couple of interviews here.this seemed like a great place.and I am sure it is for their clients and people who work there. Somehow the last leg of the interview process didn't make sense to me.travelling all the way to DIP 2 and answer questions about my cooking skills, the nature of my marriage etc. I do understand the concept of "Getting to know you session" but this was downright bizzare.
They do trick applicants into thinking they have cleared the round but in reality it is just the onset of applicants making a fool of themselves.
Either they need to follow open line policy or make sure all their staff is on the same page regarding what to communicate to the applicants.
The final interview was a shocker. I do get the need of interviewers being tough but arrogance is not appreciated even by job seekers. Even as interviewers you need to be OPEN to questions that candidates may have, you also need to address and anticipate any concerns from their end.

Also, they need to be mindful of the language used in the final rounds.
I had a clear vision that even if I was not selected atleast I will have a good experience with the entire process given their reputation.
However, I was disappointed.
You guys really need to focus on what people take away from your recruiting process.
Plus, if I had to be brutal as you all were, I will sum it up with this last line, "If you pay peanuts, only monkeys will come. "

If I can give no star i would do that because getting an interview call from this place is useless!
There is no structure or planning for the interview process. You call all the candidates who have applied for the position then you use them as a guinea pig for your experimental interviews. It was waste of my time and money.
Being in the training world. You need to empathize with candidates who are new and seeking opportunities desperately because they are trying to survive here.
You call them saying they are selected and then send them to DIP2 and not schedule an interview properly then the interviewer who is in a high rank position is asking you nuisance questions (personal questions) which are no where relevant to the profile. Is utter nuisance, useless and wasting candidates time. I'm being brutally honest here because I've spent my time preparing for this job honestly. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
You can't at the end say we'll let you know.
Please communicate properly next time you notify the candidates or shut the door!
