I hav visited here because nice experience in Calicut Paragon, located in Calicut but here I'm totally disappointed, food delivery is very slow (not much crowded situation), and I ordered for veg dish they gave me non veg curry that also not at all tasty, (ordered for Gobi Manchurian and they gave me Chicken Manchurian,) replaced with Gobi but thats not Gobi Manchurian which I hav tasted previous this is just full of sauce and half cooked cauliflower,
Atfer 45 mints of waiting they hav done like this after complaining this they hav taken 15 more mints to serve my food (which I have ordered)

Waiting time is long, takes 1 to 2 hours to have your food. Calamares is so hard like a rubber bond.

Super tasty food. Their egg appams with fish curry are delicious. The grandma prawns fry are tasty. Puttu is also nice. Kerala Parotta is a much try too.

I came there very big expectations. I ordered food their own suggestion. All are flop, very very poor.

In calicut I have seen RSS wing seva bharathi box in front of table. Also hotel management related RSS people spreads hotel serves NON Halal foods. Hotel management doesn’t make any statement or Enquiry on this. This is doubtful. Many times I eat from there. No more. Ensure Halal food always since your most customers prefer that.

Food was very soulful I had ordered biryani, dry prawns, fish fry, mutton variathu, appam and parottha. Every dish taste on point and spices had blended very well. Service was very punctual and excellent and staff were very polite and kind. Must try restaurant I must say.

Restaurant at the heart of Karama.almost tried most of their varieties in so many years visits.mutton biriyani, porotta, fish masala fry, fish curry meals, beef fry, crab roast and fresh milk tea are must try.they have several other varieties in seafood, chicken/mutton/beef.one visit is not sufficient.their latest addition in menu - Mutton Shoulder with coconut rice is really a treat to your taste buds.

The restaurant with huge seating areas, nice food and party hall was decent one. Having such a big area, they should consider to have a little space for prayer place.

South Indian Malabar-kerala style foods and taste similar to what we eat back there in kerala. Especially mention to their non veg dishes

One of the best restaurant available in Trivandrum and they got branches in many other places like Dubai. Food lovers will enjoy this place as they have variety of dishes available with a reasonable price. They got ample parking space, huge dining area can accommodate any number of people at a time.

I’m a youtuber and digital nomad, traveling the world and looking for REAL AUTHENTIC experiences. And this is what I encountered at Calicut paragon. The place was recommended by a client of mine from South India. She said, “if you want to experience True South Indian food (which is one of the best cuisines there) you have to go to Calicut paragon”. And surely I did. The service was great! The people were nice and welcoming and took care of us as soon well. The owner even came to our table to greet us and welcome us. Mani (the manager) treated us with a super delicious coconut pudding (MUST TRY). I had a combination of fish curries (super yummy and looks small but it is super filling and satisfying— don’t be fooled). My boyfriend had butter chicken which he loved. And we wanted to try their amazing many of mock tails but we were too full for it. But if you come, we recommend you experiment with one. This place was the most authentic food experience I’ve had in Dubai. If you come, ask for mani to ensure you have an amazing experience. LAST FRIDAY I ORDERED CHICKEN BIRIYANI.i got biriyani half cooked, if u cant provide cooked food just mention half cooked only.we cooked again and eat,

Fantastic food and service. Hero of the day was their Porotta and Chicken Varatiyathu must try definetly. In the starters menu the fish kebab and their nadan chicken soup were fantastic.

I had ordered Sadhya other day from paragon and requested for some changes and Mr Girish did send a complimentary sadhya which was really good and up-to the Calicut paragon standard.
We always have high expectation about the quality and taste and I hope you will love upto to it

One of the authentic Indian restaurant with such a great history and taste. A must try place for all you food lovers out there, right in the heart of karama.

Pleasant staff. Not attended when the crowd is more. Good party hall. Liked the food but the quantity is quite less compared to other restaurants and the cost the double for sure.

Consistent food, you can have some authentic kerala food especially seafoods. A bit expensive but good place for family dining.

I have to say, I enjoyed the meal I ordered. Taste was really good. Staff's very friendly. Awaiting to re visit again and enjoy the food.

I was place the order for pick up at 12.14 noon and the restaurant ask to com for pick up at 1 pm, then I paid the bill around 1.10 but no one there to assist me later I ask one staff he said pathiri will take more time to prepare and I ask him adjust with appam, still waiting for it, it’s happen to me second time poor time management

For the payment, servant searched for card machine in every corner of the roomIt’s really unprofessional, as he took my card; we all followed him to every corner for the machine. Within 2 hour we finished everything & say good bye to hotel. Recommend for family especially couples. There are lot of mouth watering dishes in their menu.not that much budget friendly.washrooms are neat & clean. It was a wonderful experience but everyone should have huge patience in order to touch those dishes. Vishu sadhya was amazing. Especially the friendly staff who are very well organized and always had the smile on their face.waited for us to finish our sadhya peacefully.in sadhya the mambazha pulisherry and pineapple pachadi were the highlights.

Amazing place for a proper foodie and Kerala biriyani lover. Only issue is the rush here that takes more than an hour of wait to get a table.

The service is very bad. We were a group of 10 persons and they served the food. They were either forgetting to give the side dishes or noone was there to take care the additional orders. But the bill we received even before we complete food and was going to order the juice.

Worth money, Quality, Clean, neat, very good and natural taste. It’s a good Restuarant for family. Had fish Biriyanni and mutton, both were excellent.

I want to share my experience here. Paragon biriyani is my favourite in Dubai and my home town calicut. So i gave a take away order on 07-06-2019. I forgot to take the change of 400 dhs.but Mr. Sidhique who served me took pain to call me several times to make sure i receive the money back.really appreciate the honesty which is at par with their excellent food.

The food was really quite good. The Prawn Moilee with appams were just what makes your Friday brunch special. The Mutton Curry is also rather good, and I must add, the appams come quickly to the table when you order them, and they are really exceptional. Service is always with a smile, and the meal is reasonably priced.

The sambar they serve is really fantastic - just the right side of tangy, just the right texture of thickness, enough of the right kind of vegetables in there cooked just right, and oh so good overall (sambar, for my international friends is a lentil and vegetable curry, much like a north indian daal).

The place is packed wall to wall with Keralite bachelors, couples, families, and sometimes, almost an entire neighborhood. Now, that's almost always a good sign. You can bet the Keralites in Dubai are only showing up 'cause rthe food is authentic. If South Indian coastal food is what you are after, specially Calicut (Keralite) cuisine, you can't go wrong here.

Premium restaurant with delicious food and variety of food items.well maintained restaurant with a very good ambiance.but it's a bit expensive

Love this restaurant where we enjoyed prawn masala and king fish, vegetable fried rice juices and salads. No need to over order as the portions are generous. There’s more than seafood at this friendly restaurant and next time will go for a beef curry as saw it being served and looked amazing. There’s an extensive menu at Calicut Paragon and the prices are typically Karama style - very reasonable and catering for the community as well as visitors to Dubai! Love this family style eaterie with no fuss, just great food and will definitely be back!

Dubai's most popular malabar cuisine restaurant, although they do have other cuisines like north indian and chinese. The best thing about Paragon are the taste consistency, quality of food and service. Price, although cheaper compared to other outlets offering similar/quality food, prices are on the higher side when compared with other malabar/kerala cuisine restaurants. One excellent alternative to Paragon for both food taste and cost is Aaraamam restaurant. Try it out!:)

Anyone who has actually had food from Paragon that is originally at Calicut then you may feel a bit disappointed. Nevertheless I love the food here!
All through my first 5 months of pregnancy, I had a mutton biriyani from here almost everyday! Not exaggerating!
I often get food delivered and they are okay with delivering for just 20AED (mutton biriyani!) order as well.

Ambience: very casual. Needless to say You wouldn’t have a date night here. Pop in to have a delicious meal. Also cleanliness could be better.

Service: very friendly keralites. Very attentive

Price: slightly higher compared to other kerala restaurants. Crab Tushar is another one of usuals and it costs twice more as compared to other kerala restaurants.

Delivery time: it takes a minimum of 45 minutes.

Best south Indian food in Dubai. The staff is courteous and goes out of the way to help you out. They arranged special packaging for my takeout food so I could take it with me on the flight.

Rate is high and quality is not that much good, 26 dhs for small plate of beef and fish mango curry.better killing the people

A highly recommendable restaurant if you are a fan of South Indian coastal cuisine. But at the same time, there are also continental options available. The Mango Fish Curry was my personal favourite.

However the 'Mixed Tikka Platter' did not live up to my expectations. Personally, it wasn't worth the money. The number of prices were too less (about 14-15) and it didn't match the price tag (65 dhs).

But on the whole, it was definitely a good culinary experience.

Always my favorite place to dine when I'm in Dubai. Especially if I'm crazing for curry crab. They serve delicious and authentic Kerala (southern India) food.

Calicut Paragon Hotel - which is basically run by Kerala management is a very nice hotel in Dubai. Various Malabari type food and other North Indian etc.types of food are available in this hotel. It's well maintained and the staff are alert in keeping the hotel always neat and tidy. However some of the A/c units are quite old and seems less maintained.

Various types of pickles and sweets are also available in the form of ready to take home.

It might seem to be a bit expensive, but their food, service, quality and location justifies the bill amount. One thing that attracted is their care towards their staff. I found a cooler outside the main door which was meant for the security staff who work under soaring heat of the desert.

It's a good place for expat families in Dubai for an outing once a month or so.
